At first it was a little rough, but the supervisor in the mens department did her best too try and help me purchase some casual pants and unfortunately they did not have them there she explained that i could get them online and have them sent to the store with free shipping for the same price. I liked that she made an honest effort. Sometimes its just the little unspoken words or things we do that can make all the difference.

I just want to say thank you to the two employees that really helped me out a lot. They went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed.thier names are Nigeriah and James. If youre shopping and the Savannah Oglethorpe Mall and need help I recommend you find these two.

Went in for the Sephora with a friend who was looking for a specific item, and we found some amazing lipstick colors.

Needed school uniforms for my daughter. They had just what we needed. The employees were very friendly and helpful.

I never thought JC Penny could offer such a low standard of merchandise. When I paid $224.70 for a complete bedroom bed set and the pillows started to come unsewed in weeks. Not using them really annoyed me! being on a limited income, this was a a treasure for me to finally get it.

Love JCPENNEY. I thought I would have not found it. You walk through one mall to get to JCPENNEY in the other mall. But it was and experience. But have good walking shoes on.

Staff was trying very hard to help people out looking for school supplies. But they must have forgotten that the can order sizes above an 8. My daughter was in tears because we couldnt find anything in girls to fit. After a year and a half out of school it was just o e more blow to her emotions as a pre teen.

I had a online order for pick up. Got to the store and they got me in and out. Quick friendly service.

JCPenny Savannah is ALWAYS hot, they really need to invest in some A/C...other than that the quality of their clothing is ok but I honestly would not shop there without a coupon. Customer service is hit and miss....

I don’t know what’s going on with JC Penny in Savannah. As far as shopping goes it’s all good and they have some associates there to help.. but as far as business wise I will have to say they are lacking. My son was working for them and they laid him and others off due to the pandemic. My son needed a separation notice. We went to the store and the manager didn’t know how to get one or what to do. She took our number and information to give to HR but we never heard back from anyone. No one answers the phone and the person we spoke with said they don’t have any emails to contact anyone. I say just close it down already. The business sucks!

Do not shop online here i bought 2 items for christmas and only one of the items were ready for pickup i called and they told me it would automatically be refunded to me i called and emailed the manager end of january they said they would issue a check ... the check was finally issued in the end of march but only for ONE item. they have NOT REFUNDED ME ALL of MY MONEY

Store left anti-theft device on item. I live over an hour away. Promised gift card upon return and store manager didnt honor when arrived. Had to call customer service and have escalated before providing a $10 gift card via email.

JCPenney is one of my favorite stores. Since the one where I lived closed down I now have to travel to Savannah. This store was organized and with the social distancing it was easy to navigate.

I purchased a pair of Jeans online. They arrived with the security tag on the Jeans. I called to JC Penny and they told me to take them into the store. I took a 30 min lunch break from work. 3 people in line and I waited 45 min. I asked if I could speak to a manager I was told get in line like everyone else. I will never purchase from JC Penny again! And I got sent home from taking an extra long lunch break so I lost a days pay. Thank you JC Penny and happy holidays!

Understaffed! Its the holidays! I shouldnt be waiting 20-30 minutes because its only 1 person at the jewelry counter. I left and went to zales because I couldnt stand there any longer.

Went to pick up an online order I placed and the lady helping me was very nice and helpful. After I got my order I went to look at purses. I couldnt tell from all their displays what was on sale or not. There were 40% signs but they didnt match what was on that shelf or it said some styles so you still dont know whats on sale without asking about every purse that you liked. I left without one.

Always great prices. Sales people are helpful and pleasant at checkout. Selection for womens clothing was exceptional. Needed dress socks but the selection was severely limited.They used to have price checkers but none were found.

I have saved a ton of money shopping the frequent sales. Some of the prices are so low you buy extra in case someone you know may need it. Shipping is fast. Quality is exceptional. Customer service is easy to reach and eager to help. You will be amazed by their diversified product line.

The employees are awesome. Angelique always makes me feel welcome. There are two managers. I dont know their names. One is a heavy set black guy, the other is a heavy set white guy. They are both awesome. I should be an advocate for Jcpenney. I can spend all day in there. Love this place. Absolutely!!!!!!

I love this JCPenney at the Oglethorpe Mall. The staff is friendly and attentive I felt they tried to make my shopping a pleasant experience. Only complaint I have is that corporate needs to hire more employees so that there are more than 2 cash registered open on a crowded Saturday afternoon. The 5 stars are for those employees there.

I like JCPenneys its a smaller story dont have to run all over the place looking for what you want theyre in the mall but you also can get in from outside at the parking lot theyre always well stocked and clean and and best of all when Im asking employees something they were always willing to help me

Went to Sephora to get some assistance with foundation/concealer. I heard about the skin matching test they offer, so i was excited! But the worker was distracted and kept going to assist other customers. I felt silly for asking questions about primer, etc. It was busy, so maybe if i came in at a different time of the day, it my experience would have been better. I dont think ill be going back to this location for my make-up needs.
