Wanted a crack on my screen fixed. Got it back with the screen dented and the phone became almost unusable because of it. Went back to get it fixed for that, and they gave it back to me still dented. Had to go somewhere else for me to finally be able to use my phones screen again.Also the guy doesnt fix any of the phones. You give it to him, he closes the shop in the middle of the day, drives over to some other guy, and the other guy will fix your phone. He is just a middleman. Just go directly to any other phone repair spot.

This place is not time- efficient. When we arrived around 11am (time they said it was going to be open), the Closed sign ridiculously said theyll return at 10am. We waited for 45 minutes and still was a no- show. I would also like to complain on behalf of the UPS delivery man, who I bumped into, couldnt deliver his packages either due to no employee being there to receive them, thus inconsiderably puts an error to other peoples schedule. Phone Guys, please be better at timing. Thank you.
