Out of everything I need literally every time I come. Shelves barely stocked.

For the past year, the people working there are soo rude, unorganized, and never have any products with all the boxes everywhere! They are always chit chatting, and if you ask for help, they will look at you with an attitude and answer very rude, with no intentionof helping and go back to talking, not professional, the store is always dirty.

Not much on the shelves. But not their fault. Maybe trucker shortage or pandemic

I have had better experiences than my previous visit. Shelf were very bare, and the lady behind the counter, well lets just say it was clear she didnt want to be there..

Being a recently reluctantly relocated recovering hairdresser, because-- lets face it: even if you dont work behind the chair every day it is at your very core and identity--I needed a small restock of supplies and had another appointment in the area. Well, the area according to Google Maps.Through no fault of the stores I had to turn around twice (its toward the left of the entrance of the shopping center and across from Sakura, BTW) and exactly when I was at the limit of interconnected curse-words there she was. Next to a frozen yogurt shop that didnt look half bad, either.When I walked into the store the positive energy was palpable. I happened upon employees that were colorful, happy, bantering and joking around. Being a heavily tattooed, pierced extreme extrovert I was pleased and comforted by seeing the staff likewise expressing themselves through art on their bodies as well as some fun hues in hairs.When I looked lost for a moment two women were happy to come in and point me in the right direction and included me in the banter like I was one of the girlfriends in the store.While I was checking out I struck up a conversation (I strike up conversations everywhere--its who I am) with an employee I hadnt seen yet and we briefly shared our journeys to Savannah. I felt such kinship, understanding, empathy and genuine care. I didnt realize it until that moment but I had been holding my breath waiting to find my people.Cosmo Prof Savannah is a beautiful example of women banding together and making something beautiful. I was so touched to have found my people but even more to find HOME.When you go in ask for Linda, its a fun one from a sister.

Came in for coloring supplies, left with a smile! Prices were just what i was hoping for, and Jennifer up at the counter was really nice. Will be back! (Though hopefully not too soon, i like this color!)

After my friend getting me the wrong shampoo U called to exchange it for the right one and was told they no longer take things back! All I can say is That is done great customer service!!

If it wasnt for Jennifer they would have to close. She is such a delight and very helpful. Even though she is short handed

This place had a bad rap but since going in there Ive only had good experiences. The employees are always super helpful and even go out of their way to find what I need or order things for me that they may not have. People say the prices are high there but I feel theyre about average or even on the low end for chemical or styling products. Little things that are easy to find like gloves and files and combs, etc, can be found cheaper elsewhere, of course. Theyre in a really convenient location and I find myself not wanting to bother going anywhere else.

Love this place. Always clean and organized and the staff is amazing and helpful. Love chatting em up about all the new products. They always go above and beyond whats required of them and that makes a huge difference in my eyes. Im willing to pay a few extra bucks if the service is outstanding. My only gripe would have to be with corporate since they dont offer student discounts or wholesale/retail discounts. If youre a booth renter but you have a product you really love and would like to carry for retail, theres no bulk discounting, that Im aware of. But, maybe someone could correct me on that.

Extremely nice to me when I was there,I drove over a hour to get there and only had minutes to spare and the girls let me shop quickly and I was extremely grateful since traffic was more then normal driving! Thanks to the 2 ladies,my mother and I were very happy.

Love the girls who work here. Cosmoprof, needs to stock all replacement blades for all clippers they sell, would be something I would love to see happen.

New girl are really helpful !! They made sure I got what I needed to make my hair look great!!

Been going here ever since I was a little kid their onion rings Chicken fingers and fried shrimp are my favorite. Really good bbq too

I went here one day with my mom and sister and the girls here were RUDE! They need to re train these girls. If youre gonna be rude to the customers then maybe working with the public is not for you. I will never go back to this place!
