Dropped into see their selection since they have huge slabs of stone on 17th Street. Met with Clarinda. She was accommodating and patient with us as we went thru the selection process of remnant granite pieces for our laundry room. We walked over to see their selection of off cuts that were available. She guided us thru and was helpful with finding a suitable stone. When we had some second thoughts back in the office she was VERY accommodating and patient allowing us the time to reselect if we wished. We were so impressed with her service we went back to her to order a quartz top for our large bathroom vanity counter. There are a lot of places to get stone/quartz in SRQ, Clarinda definitely made the definitive difference for us!

We just moved to FL, signed up for HUGE building project and we had no idea where to go for things.I worked with SHERYL. She was super patient when my husband and myself, first time building a kitchen, wanted to see everything NSS had on premises. She later explained how the purchasing, measuring and installation method works. This place has real craftsman working for them and excellent customer service. I really did my research when picking out my bathroom countertops and installers since I wanted specialized custom countertops. I had spent a fortune on my all marble bathroom shower and didn’t want to skimp on the countertops. I got double thick countertops with a waterfall edge. You cannot see the seam on the edge of the countertop and it looks AWESOME! And instead of 90 degree angle L shaped vanity I switched it up too. The waterfall on the side looks gorgeous!! I am soo happy we decided on doing the waterfall. I can’t imagine it without it. I wish I did that in my kitchen. The top of the countertop did also need a seam. I wanted the seam in the middle of the sink but with the layout of the countertop I was not able to have it that way. I was nervous about it being in the middle but that also looks great!! They definitely sent a skilled person to do the job. I am soo happy with my results and am so glad I did my research and didn’t just hire anyone. I called and visited so many granite places and even called the countertop manufacturers to ask who there favorite installers and fabricators were and they had told me this place and I never even told them I was already looking at them! Five stars all around from every point of the process. And many people see that and recommended them to me and now I can easily see why! Prices are competitive and the same price as anyone else. And to me you get the best work. I honestly don’t think anyone could have make it look any better. It’s perfect! I will definitely go back to them in the future and I would highly recommend then for any of your specialty or regular countertop needs.My only complaint is that they did not mention it was going to smell so bad after they put them in. When I got home from work the house smelled sooooo bad! I turned on the fans and left them on all night. The exhaust and the regular ones. After one day (i would say 15-20 hours) the smell went Away.

These guys jumped through hoops to help me. I own a vacation rental (I live outside Chicago so this was all done over the phone and email), and probably had an unrealistic timeline to get my job done. DON’T DO IT!I am an Interior Designer working in this Industry for over 15 years. I have been lied to by this Company on several occasions but this last episode was the worst. I hired this Company to do a large job. The Granite was paid for and transported to Natural Stone Solutions. I worked with my Sales person - specifically reviewing all details of this job. I was using a very expensive $1,000. Farm Sink that was in place for the Template. The Cabinet Company built the Cabinets per my specifications. This Granite Company DID NOT template this correctly and ADMITTED THAT THEY MADE A MISTAKE! Then they said they would fix this problem, and asked for my clients Farm Sink. Then they wanted to charge me $600.00 for their mistake. I had another Granite Company look at this mistake and said he would transport to their Company to repair and install. Now, I want to get this Sink and MY Granite from them .....but they would not release this Granite to the next Granite Company to repair their problem WITHOUT PAYING IN THEM IN FULL! This I will pay $1,000. To the other Granite Company to FIX THEIR PROBLEM... and install their work!They have blamed everyone else, when they wouldn’t fix this problem: The Cabinet Company, The Sink Company, and my Company. I paid this so I could satisfy my Client that has been waiting 3 weeks for the install of Granite and use of their Kitchen.

Paulie was very helpful from the beginning. He provided a list of slab suppliers and provided immediate estimates for all the selections. When we picked our selection it appeared we would need three slabs. NSS did not have a remnant. We decided not to do the bathroom and eliminate one slab. Paulie then tried to figure out how to rearrange the templates to see if everything could fit on two slabs. He finally came up with an arrangement to accommodate all required pieces but prefaced his remarks with it will depend on the cutting. Well Paulie’s templates worked, the fabricating shop was right on and the installers did a perfect job.Would recommend NSS for any countertop work.

I was checking out different counter top businesses in Sarasota (there are many) and as soon as I walked in Cheryl approached me and answered all my questions. I had no idea what I was doing but they were there to help. Wonderful experience and my counter tops are beautiful!

NSS did a great job on my reception desk installation for my business. This was a unique design that they handled perfectly. I will be using them for all of my new stores.

I did get a quote here but did not have them do the job. Quote took a week, the price was high, the choices were limited. Also they said I needed 3 slabs or 180sqft but my counters are 84 SF. Another fab did it with 120SF and free seal. NSS charges $508 for sealing stone. Amazon sells enough to do 10x for $69. Better to get your own fab man and shop wholesale for stone.I guess NSS goes for big commercial work, not individual homes.

We used NSS for our master bathroom project and couldnt be happier with the results. We shopped around and on the front end of the process we received the best pricing and best service with NSS. The measurement was the most professional I have seen using laser technology to get the right measurements and quick drawings of the layout. The installers were awesome, very professional. We thought we had an install issue but it turned out to be the slope of our floor which threw off the cabinets then affecting the fit of the tops to the cabinets. They immediately had me in contact with the manager who promptly came out to check and then made recommendations to solving the issue which was very helpful. I will use them for my next project.

My quartz countertops are absolutely gorgeous. Amber was so easy to work with. She knew right away my taste. And did a good job helping me choose the stone in my budget. We had one glitch. One of my slabs were missing when it was time for installation and could not be reordered due to it being discontinued. Amber definitely came to my rescue. My top choice stone was a little out of my budget but when my slab went missing the owner agreed to install my top choice for a minimal increase. Mistakes happen even with good companies. I gave 5 Stars because they made their mistake right. Installation was quick and precise. Installers were polite and cleaned the area before leaving. I would definitely recommend.

Worked with NSS to remove a granite counter top and install a larger Quartz counter top on an existing island. Amber was a pleasure to deal with for sales. The price was reasonable. Delivery was in the ball- park with what was promised. Only problem was that the measurements were just slightly off - talking about less than 1/2 inch at each end - not enough to insist on a do-over, but enough for us to be annoyed with it. Someone came out to look at the finished work after our complaint and offered to reset it, but not remeasure/re-do. We opted to avoid the disruption and leave it as is. No one from management made further contact with us. With NSS, you deal with one person for sales, other people for measurement, another supervisor for production and scheduling, and finally a sub-contractor for installation. Overall, just OK. Would probably give someone else a try for any future, similar work.As an update after the owners comments, wish to say that only one person came to inspect the work (not two). Only resetting the supplied stone was offered (not a complete re-do). I didnt agree that resetting would solve the measurement problem and declined that offer. The original measurement team arrived with high-tech equipment. If the owners statement about our signing off means we should have second-guessed their measurements, I think thats quite unreasonable. Once again, the overall result was good, but not perfect.

We remodeled our kitchen about a year ago and when it came time to pick a granite company I knew exactly where to go, NSS. Sue Kim is a pleasure to work with! After looking at nearly every slab of granite from Tampa to Naples she helped me thru the process from beginning to end with more patience than Job! Our home is 3 stories and it was not easy to get to our kitchen. They had to lift the (huge)slab 3 stories over balcony into kitchen! The install went off without a hitch! Ive never seen a group of guys work so hard and so well together. NSS is the only place Id call for granite. From the point of sale with Sue, the office staff, the owner and the guys that installed i couldnt ask for a better job! I know most people only do reviews when theyre not happy- so I thought Id do one for a company that goes the extra mile and deserves a great review! Thank you Natural Stone Solutions!! I always recommend you to everyone :) oh, I almost forgot to mention that their price was much more reasonable than others in town. You dont have to be ripped off to get a top quality job!

We had a Great experience with NSS. We had a beautiful and large counter top installed in our dining room. It was a challenge to install and they rose to the challenge and placed it beautifully. The entire process of purchase to instillation was easy and went as expected. Would 10/10 recommend them.

We love how our kitchen/laundry room project turns out. We will definitely use NSS in the future and will happy refer them to our family, friends and neighbors.

I had to have my kitchen and 2 bathrooms remodeled due to a flood, i am a part time resident and had to do most things remotely from Md. I went to NSS to get pricing on Quartz tops, I dealt with Paulie Izzo as my salesman. From beginning of selection till end of installation it was the best experience i had during this remodel, Paulie and the staff at NSS were very professional and did everything on time and gave me a great product. Being the owner of a plumbing business in Md. we don’t usually hear the good things . NSS AND Paulie made this part of my of remodel painless. i again want to thank them for a job well done.

The process was really good. My only issue was with our island. The top wasn’t quite level. Our kitchen contractor was able to fix it. Looks great now.

Our experience began with helpful advice in the showroom and continued to be excellent throughout the process. Sue was very communicative and Readily available by phone or email whenever we had questions.The gentleman who came and did the template was prompt and very clean and thorough. The installers did a nice job as well. The granite was a good value for the money.
