Initially I had a lot of questions, I called references, I looked at pics of their work, and didn’t like that payment was debit card only. But I ordered the work and the tile installation was first. Absolutely gorgeous and the process was very smooth. Next was The granite installation and a selection process was very easy and they allowed me to see the layouts on a computer screen just to see how the veins of the rock could match up or flow in the kitchen area, and lastly I had the backsplashes and fireplace tiled. I’m very satisfied with the overall experience.

They have excellent service and assist you in the entire process, and they ensure that you find the product that suits your needs and budget. We’ve used them in the past and when we started remodeling a new home we KNEW that we would be working with 301. Not only did they assist in all of our granite needs, but they connected us with other great contractors and we even got our cabinets through 301! Plus, they gave us great ideas for our design (waterfall edge for pass through window) and took their time with us when so many others do not take any additional time on customers. Truly Could not recommend more.

Great company, lots of choices for any budget. Responsive, easy to communicate with. Their cutting technique is excellent. I do recommend them and will use them in the future. The only reason I leave 4 stars is because the people who installed the bracket for the dishwasher used round head screws instead of flat head, and both screws scratched the control panel on my brand new LG dishwasher. Maybe the dishwasher was a bit high, but it can be easily lowered from the front legs. They should have told me. I think it’s a rookie mistake and they should know better. So that’s quite disappointing.

Had need for a granite piece to complete the outdoor kitchen countertop look. We found a remnant granite piece at 301 with the help of Beatriz. Template made and fabrication was done in timely fashion. It turned out great and we will be spending a lot of time grillingThey have very good service and wide selection. Shop them last and you will see what I mean.

All areas left clean after all work. Had a slight glitch with installation; however, Okan had it taken care of immediately. I am very happy with my kitchen. We needed to replace the vanity cabinets and tops for 2 bathrooms.I walked out of one store having encountered an extremely rude sales associate. I was on my way and a few blocks down I saw this sign which said cabinets..... I quickly turned in. Upon walking in I was greeted by this young lady who was very upbeat and quite confident. Everyone in the store took the time to acknowledge my presence by eye contact or a simple hello.This turned to to be a great experience.Holly my sales assistant was very knowledgeable, helpful and most of all not pushy. Beforehand we were able to determine where the template went, to better utilize the design of the granite. Workers cleaned up after themselves and were courteous. Dont go here unless you plan on doing the work yourself or have someone doing it for you. The materials are nice. However, nobody tells you they rip everything apart but nobody will put together plumbing or electrical they took apart. It only says it at the bottom of the statement they give you after you set everything up (like fine print). Also the guy who installs will scrape up your walls while doing the floors and baseboards, and when you tell them, they will tell you oh people usually just paint over it. Well I didnt need a paint job until your guy came and scraped up my walls near the baseboards all over. Nobody ever did come back to fix it. Go here for materials only. Only the daughter is even friendly at all.

The staff was so helpful and took time to work with us to pick just the right materials for our outdoor kitchen. They were professional, friendly and so helpful. The installation went without a hitch. Again, the quality of the workmanship was excellent and the final product is spectacular! We are so appreciative and wouldnt shop anywhere else.

Their knowledge, expertise, follow-up and attitude were very welcome before, during and after the installation. It felt like we mattered to them. We visited 8 stone showrooms, and looked at hundreds of slabs in Sarasota, Bradenton, Tampa and Orlando. When we finally found the Crystallo quartzite slabs we wanted, 301 Granite handled everything for us and made it easy. The installation went smoothly and the craftsmanship is excellent. Minor things that needed attention were handled quickly and professionally. Everything came out great and we love our new countertops. 301 Granite is highly recommended and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I worked with Okran at 301 Granite and I must say, Im completely pleased with my Granite. When I first got there I was greeted with warm welcomes and no pressure to make a purchase.I didnt a slab I liked, I found one I LOVED! Okran had his team come out and measured/templated everything and then last week, installed it all. Its absolutely beautiful!The team was polite and asked me questions about placements of soap dispensers and faucets. They left my home clean when they were complete.Wonderful family business! From the minute we walked in we received excellent service. We had been looking for a quartz remnant in a specific size and color for a table top in a number of granite shops. We quickly found the perfect piece at 301 Granite. They were careful to double check the table size and delivered it 10 days later. It fits the base perfectly and we now have a beautiful custom dining table.

We have used 301 Granite for 2 different projects now, 1 being an interior renovation. They have a good selection of remnant pieces which we were able to take advantage of for a bathroom vanity. Okan was very helpful in helping us select our quartz which we are very happy with. Both projects were done on time and installers were great.

It was a rainy Saturday when I went to 301 Granite & Marble to get a new top for my vanity. Sue helped me immediately, accompanying me in the rain to select the correct remnant for the top (Allure, down the street, couldn’t be bothered.). Sue was highly knowledgeable and helpful; and, although I had a list of 10 countertop places to visit, I decided to stop with 301 on that day. Everything, from Sue’s help to the installation, has shown 301’s dedication to customer service and to a top-notch product. I love my vanity top!

When I was browsing through the yard of 301 Granite & Marble Inc. I found among the many slabs on display a piece of quartz with a blend of light colors which I liked and thought it might look nice in my kitchen.One of the employees was so nice as to cut me a good sized sample to take home. When ordering the quartz I was advised to choose a 2 cm countertop instead of a 3 cm which makes the kitchen look light and airier. Thanks to their accurate measurements, the countertop fits perfect on top of the cabinets. They also had deep double sinks and fixtures on display which was exactly what I wanted. I also took their advice to add a rectangular piece of quartz between the top of the bar and countertop, this completes the picture. I am very pleased with their workmanship and can only recommend 301 Granite & Marble Inc.R.W.

Beginning to end, 301 Granite went above and beyond to make sure that they provided an exceptional product and experience. Yarkin helped us locate and secure the perfect granite at a fabulous price. Then John came to our home to do the measurements for the install, he was great, so knowledgeable. We returned to 301 and worked with Yarkin to do the layout with the slabs to get the best effect, again, he was awesome. Christian and his partner, I’m sorry I forgot his name, did the install yesterday and they worked so well together and with such precision, I can’t stop looking at my kitchen granite and backsplash. I just finished completely remodeling a kitchen down to the studs. I shopped several fabricators and was most impressed with 301s knowledge, operations, employees, and pricing. We used 301 Granite for new countertops in our kitchen. They did a great job. Communication was prompt and succinct. The sales, template, and install crews were all very professional and skilled. We had a distributor delivery issue, that was potentially to delay our install three weeks, but the 301 Granite team went to work for us, and sourced our material elsewhere and installed only one day late to the original date. We will definitely use 301 Granite when we remodel our master bedroom. Thanks for the great service!!

We used 301 to install some very hard to work with glass tiles for our kitchen back splash. The installer did meticulous work, only broke a couple of tiles trying to cut complicated corners and, in general, did a very good job. All in all a very good experience and would highly recommend giving 301 a look when planning any granite, quartz or tile project.

I wish I could give them 10 STARS! This family run business has a wonderful reputation, and now I know why. I picked some marble and they held it for me until my job was ready. When it came time to do the job they told me a new shipment had come in and was even better quality than what I had picked. They could have sold me the old product that was not as nice but they said they wanted me to be happy and gave me the new better marble at the same price! Who does that today? Talk about honest, and caring that their customers have the best product possible. Perfect finished job,honest, very well priced and they were so NICE! Highly recommend this family run business.

The granite countertop in my kitchen was installed just a few days ago... It was my first experience with “anything granite “ in n my home. The next morning I noticed something that I felt needed attention so I call “301” and the following day they had two guys out to correct the problem. Cannot recommend 301 Granite. The product that was eventually installed looks great. But dealing with the owner was horrible. We bought a home in Sarasota but were still living up north. We traveled to Sarasota and visited 301 Granite to choose new quartz countertops for a kitchen remodeling. They would not give us a direct quote, but said the product we selected was well under our budget. We then returned up north as the renovation project proceeded. When we got the bill several weeks later (shortly before the countertops were to be installed) it was considerably MORE than our budgeted amount. We were over a barrel as we could not fly back to Sarasota to pick out something different. We spoke with the owner, Asli, who in so many words told us tough luck. She was argumentative and unfriendly. She reduced her price by $100, not even close to what we were led to believe. There are LOTS of other choices, we ended up getting the bathroom countertops from another company and were happy with both the product and the service.

I purchased granite counter tops and after installation noticed the granite was cracked. They told me it was the natural cracking of the stone. I beg to differ when the crack goes all the way across the counter.
