Infinite Home Improvements is performing a remodel on our kitchen and bathrooms and they recommended Innovative Stone SRQ for our granite. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The workmanship is high quality and they did an awesome job on our kitchen counter tops. Due to the size, we had to have a seam and it looks awesome and the two pieces match and flow together very well. One would never know they were from two different pieces!

I am so happy I found Innovative Stone SRQ. I arrived and Liz came up and introduced herself to me. I explained what I was looking for. She immediately said I have a few options and we went into the yard and looked at them.i had brought the samples with me from home for the floor, paint, and cabinets. I made a selection and told her I had to complete ASAP, we went to her office drew up a rough draft and scheduled the template right away. This woman knows her stuff! The gentleman who arrive on time did a fantastic job, cleaned up and left. The installers arrived a week later and installed the countertop, they too were polite and cleaned everything off and thanked me and left on Friday. That Monday the template was completed for the backsplash. And the following Friday they installed! It is perfect, the crew was amazing. We will use them again. My new granite countertops are absolutely beautiful. Innovative Stone SRQ did a fabulous job, and were very competitively priced. I am 100% happy with their work, and would recommend them.

Do not use them! I had a very small bathroom vanity counter top I wanted replaced. I pick out a quartz remnant and they have me a great price. When they came out to measure, I had them remove the old top with sink and faucet to be used as a template for the new top. The cane out twice with a counter top that did not fit on my cabinet base and had the wrong edge which I could not understand being that they had my old counter top to trace!! The then had to locate a new piece of quartz. They cut a new piece and came out and it had marks on it so I sent it back again. They came out the countertop was dull. They told me it was because they had to buff out the scratches for me. So I sent it back. They cut another piece. Had a buffed to a shine with another company and came out again. Finally!!! 6 weeks! Not perfect either!

Innovative stone was wonderful to work with and could not be happier with the outcome. Flavia was a joy and the installation was flawless. Found the prices to be very competitive with other companies and the ease of the whole process was extraordinary.

I stopped in on a Saturday and Cali helped me match existing granite I had in my kitchen. They were able to template and install my additional kitchen countertops and a bathroom countertop with an eight days. Everyone from the sales room staff to the installers were very professional, kind and courteous. They were also timely and did great job with the cuts and install. The install stuff cleaned up after themselves as well, which was very nice. I would highly recommend this company.

Love the granite - it looks great. Installers left a mess...marks on the walls, and a mess on the floor. Whatever they use to seal the granite counter tops, they dropped blobs of it on the floor that stuck to the tile - some of which Im still trying to get off, along with shoe prints. Some of the sealant was also on my walls - and when I tried to wipe it off, that left a shaded area on the paint. Good news is that Im in a new home and the builder is sending a crew back to do touch ups. Otherwise, Id be freaking out!

We are absolutely thrilled with our new quartz countertops and marble backsplash! Every step of the way, we received excellent service. Flavia in the showroom was so helpful in choosing the colors. Everyone at Absolute Granite was courteous and professional. The young woman in the showroom helped us with our decision about the granite we wanted for our kitchen, she knew many things that we didnt know about granite which helped. The fabricators and installers did a great job. We discovered a couple of small perturbations in the granite about a month after installation, we called Absolute Granite, and they had a person at our home the next business day to repair the issue. I would highly recommend these good folks. We shopped about a dozen granite suppliers in the Sarasota-Bradenton area, and we feel we got the best price, best service and are very happy with the finished product. This was the first place I went for a small project: a 5 foot counter top in a bar area. Flavia showed me what was available, gave me immediate pricing, offered advice on selecting colors, etc. I did look at a few other places and came back to what I originally saw at Innovative. I placed the order, set a date, and later had to re-set the date due to medical issues. Flavia took it in stride, rescheduled the installation, and wished me well. The installers arrived at the appointed hour, quickly installed the countertop, and left with no mess. They explained what they had done, what I needed to do, and answered all my questions.All in all, it was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend Innovative Stone SRQ to anyone. Oh, they were also the best price....no minimums for a small job. Overall, a great place to do business.
