The process was smooth except for a minor Trust document paper issue. The purchase price was right on top of the offer made online and quite fair in my estimation. No monkey business on appraisal and straight up check was an excellent feature.

Unfortunately I have to say for me this was the worst experience out of the three places I wanted to get a quote for my car. I have made an appointment for 3 o’clock, and it was 430 and I still have not gotten back. He did approach me and tell me he is behind when I came, but if you are behind you should try and work quickly, instead he was taking his time since his door to the office was open and I could hear everything he was saying to the other customers. I did the quote online and called to make sure they really were buying cars and that I would get close to what they quoted. They called me right back and I felt comfortable with their answers. We took the car in on our appointment date and time and was immediately waited on. They did the inspection that took about 45 minutes. The offer came in very close to what the online quote was for. I actually was shocked that it was that close but the car was in good shape and I accurately filled out the original form. They were also very careful by wearing face masks and keeping social distancing rules in effect. We were very pleased with the outcome. The only downside was that the paperwork took a little longer than I anticipated.
