Good people! however over priced cars and we had several issues with it at that price point we bough it for. still trying to get the title and needing to get other things completed. They did fix the issues that we found very grateful for that. still over priced by 1400.00 or more. John is very good to deal with and shawn has been accommodating hector got my vehicle fix with a few serious issues.

John & Sean were both very helpful-got me into a very nice car for a good price compared to many other dealers. both are straight shooters. I wanted a reliable car -older one than I bought but John steered me in the right direction. When I had a couple engine concerns a few days later, they took care of it despite the fact I had no warranty.... they stepped up and fixed it. John and the owner Sean were really great to work with and I recommend them to anyone.

Would never buy another vehicle from this place. I had them look for a truck for my daughter that would be good for a few years since she was only 16. They found one that I paid over $9000 for and insured me it was in good shape after they “inspected” it. It had multiple brake problems from the beginning. I started replacing parts on brakes and then the rear end went out which was making noise from the beginning. I ended up putting over $4500 in the truck to make it drivable. The worst part is that the brakes locked up while she was on the interstate in the rain which caused her and another truck to hit each other and luckily they slid off the road before anyone else could hit them. Both my daughters and a friend of theirs were in the truck at that time. Luckily no one was hurt but it could’ve been horrible. The truck was supposed to be a one owner vehicle which obviously it wasn’t. I found all kinds of do it yourself fixes done on the truck including the rear end which had the wrong parts in it and that’s why it was making noise. It became painfully obvious that somebody did a bunch of cheap fixes to sell the truck at whatever auction M&S Auto buys their vehicles from. After the wreck I called Sean (The owner) to see what he could do about it and he said he was sorry to hear that. I told him to think about it and get back to me with some answers. I never heard a word back from him. I have been in business in this town for 40 years and have thousands of customers and if I ever had a customer with even a remote problem it would be taken care of immediately. That’s what customer service is.

Duvaull J.If buying a used car and youre in the Bradenton/Sarasota area, I highly recommend you put M&S on your list of places to shop (If not the First place). Sean and his team are the real deal. They had no problem letting me and my friends take a test drive. I gave them a price range in which I wanted to spend and they pointed me out to a few and we checked oit the insides and things seemed too good to be true after the test drive. So my friends and I decided to visit a few other used car lots in the area (7 other car lots to be exact). We went to a few just up the road on 41 within 2 miles of M&S, and also a few others on 301 in North Sarasota. None came close when it came to prices & options. Some werent even open that day (Saturday)! After talking it over with my friends we raced back to M&S and the car I wanted was still there (Thank God) and I got a deal that cant be beat. A 2008 Ford Taurus with get this, 42,000 miles on the speedometer at $6,000 after closing costs. Its been 2 months since I purchased the vehicle and after a few trips out of town back & forth, the car has passed the test. It still runs as the day I got it. Do yourself a favor and swing by M&S for just a few minutes. Cars arent cheap, its definitely worth your time to stop by for a few minutes to save hundreds, if not thousands. Just saying . . . . I was looking for a particular old car, and saw on line that M&S had one (Volvo V50). I had also previously bid on one on ebay and was awaiting the outcome of that auction. I spoke with John at M&S, he showed me the car, didnt apply any purchasing pressure and was very professional. I told him that I was awaiting the results of the ebay auction and that If I didnt win the auction, I would come back to take another look at his Volvo V50 on his lot. As it turned out, I won the auction on ebay so wont need the vehicle on his lot. I called him this morning to let him know. He was very courteous and congratulated me on winning the ebay vehicle auction. Very professional.

Terrible experience, bought a car for my grand daughter, they made me wait 45 days for her plate and title, after telling me several times to come pick it up or it would be ready on a certain day, they let her leave the lot with the first 30 day temp tag ( expired) . Told her they do it all the time and not to worry about it, when I told her to return and get a new 30-day tag, the son was rude and in my face like I was the problem.
