If you can, ask to work with Miss Kc! I came in last Saturday and the two men were pleasant but didnt help me like I really needed. I came in today and she put together everything in 20 minutes and I love it all. I dont write reviews normally but I was in the parking lot after and was blown away by how easy miss Kc made it. SHe took the time to explain the differences in what I was looking at in carpet and the waterproof floor stuff and helped me make sense of what my contractor was doing when it was a little confusing. WORK WITH HER, SHE HAS THE DESIGN EYE.

She helped me design our whole house and was very patient with us even when we had to make three trips to decide for our guest bathroom. They let you take as many samples as you need to take which is a fantastic program and they have a wide and diverse selection. KC when we finish everything you are coming over for that wine I promised

Great staff, really awesome to work with. We had a one day window before we moved into our new home to get carpet installed and they made sure everything arrived in time and was taken care of before we got to our new home. The carpet also looks fabulous.

Extremely helpful staff, thorough, great prices, quick turn arounds. Working on my second project with them. First was a kitchen with precise cabinet requests, second is a guest bathroom. Has been a pleasure to design, order and receive the Omega cabinets.

This place has tons of options which is why I gave two stars instead of one. But most of it, if not all, is way over priced. Also, I told my sales person that I need a tile to hardwood transition with the wood flooring being higher than the tile. He said he would get me the transitions I needed. When I got them, they didnt work. I paid 80 dollars each for two transitions I couldnt use. I contacted them several times only to be sent to voicemail each time. I never got my issue resolved and ended up going to home depot to try to find a resolution. I still have 2000 sq ft of flooring to redo in my house. But I wont do business here again. Once they get your money, your on your own.

Nightmare! Their tile is defective. Tile no. 1 looked gray and was natural stone. It turned brown upon installation. Tile no. 2 stripes on porcelain, stripes came off when curtain rod was placed on it. Ti.e no. 3 came in the box with 3 vastly different marbles. Luckily we returned it. Tammy the manager blamed everything on the installer who is certified by the tile institute and has 30 years experience.

I was just in the Sarasota store for 20 minutes. Not one hello, smile, or we will be with you shortly. I will buy my 2000sq ft of flooring elsewhere. Thank you
