From our initial meeting until the final touches Steve provided EXCELLENT service and extremely professional workmanship! My kitchen is a dream come true, and at an affordable price! The blinds and shutters were the icing on the cake so to speak. Im very satisfied with ADO and the level of professionalism and wouldnt hesitate to use them again in the future. One of the panels on our kitchen cabinets fell off and I thought I would never find someone to come out and fix it. I called Steve on a Friday afternoon and he was out to our house within a few hours. He did an excellent job and even took care of another minor repair while he was here. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Im extremely pleased with the custom blinds Steve provided me with, as well as the cabinetry in my laundry room and kitchen. ADOs work increased the value of my home by $15,000!!!! My home truly looks like something out of the pages of a magazine! Im extremely satisfied and will do business with Steve again in a heart beat! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS CONTRACTOR !!!We signed a contract with American Decorating Outlet (ADO) inMay 2016. We notified them that we were leaving Florida in the middle ofJune 2016. They assured us that the project would be done by June 10th, 2016. They did not finish the project even by the end of June 2016.The items of the project that were finished, were done sufficiently poor. A part of the kitchen cabinets was not even delivered. They promised tore-order it, but we never received it and it was never installed.When we returned to Florida, we contacted them immediately. They were full of thousands of excuses of why they could not or would not come and complete the project.As a result, we had to hire a different contractor to completethe job and to correct all that was done improperly or sloppy.We spent an additional $3,000.00 to finish and correct their sloppy work.

Just had my kitchen completely redone and steves business is top notch! He saved me about $3000 in the product and the installation guys were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Hope to use him again with my bathroom next year.

To be honest, I happen to know Steve personally from doing my window treatments years ago and now he just did my kitchen for me. The person who used to manage his business earlier this year is no longer working for him. I was surprised to see all these negative reviews and had to ask him myself. When Steve went to Europe for 1/2 a year this person tried to take his business down. Im glad Steve is back in charge and able to get back to the service he is known for. I know that my kitchen looks great and I saved around 10 gs! Ill post photos soon.

RUN as far as you can from this D- business. He took our money and left our kitchen in shambles. I hired him under Thumbtack ( he paid them to suggest him) and it was the WORST decision in my life! Please be warned! I am willing to share pictures, nasty texts from him, receipts showing payments upfront to him..ANYTHING you need to be aware of his and his workers substandard business practice. He has changed business names at times so beware and watch his BBB ratings and other ratings on various sites! I sure wish i had followed that rule, i wouldnt have lost my $16000 plus had to pay an additional $5500 to have another contractor come in to finish! He started my kitchen in September and by December, he STILL had not finished. Buyers beware!!!!!

Steve ordered my cabinets 2 years ago and I am still waiting on 2 doors that were warped from the start to be replaced by warranty. All I have heard are excuses. After spending 1,000s on cabinets I just want my kitchen finished. BUYER BEWARE, if you have an issue with your order it will probably get dragged out for years.

Took 2 months to put in a tub and 2 weeks later we have a leak. Terrible customer service. Terrible follow through. Lots of excuses. I recommend not using for anything.
