Wow….we are still completing our renovation in our home…very demanding but…when this Cortz counter top arrived….so professionally measured and installed…..my spirits were lifted and I can say….well worth everyone’s hard work. The guys from Castillo cut our kitchen granite countertop to accommodate the installation of a new sink. They did a great job. I watched the whole process and they took good time in measuring and marking up the countertop prior to making the needed cuts. The new sink fit in plumb and square .

The people were friendly, knowledgeable, and had beautiful products to offer. Installation was flawless. I received the most thick gorgeous countertops I have ever seen and I couldnt be more pleased.

They installed the granite for our kitchen and bathroom and assembled/installed all of the cabinets. Everything was great! Very easy to work with and the prices were lower than most. Couldnt be happier and would definitely recommend. I had them come back twice for other small jobs. Very happy!

Met Marco at a shop and the staff seemed to know him and I asked for his number. He came over very quickly, very professional and this team was here removing and installing within a view days. I asked him for a different store as I was not really sure on the selection. He referred me to the Granite Store and they were so helpful. Picked a stone and installed within a week. Team was very professional and cleaned up perfectly. Very little work for me to do. Very happy and would highly recommend them. Had a great experience working with Castillos Granite. I love my new quartz counter tops! I would recommend them to anyone looking to update their kitchen. This is a family-owned company with excellent communication throughout the entire process! On the day of install, the team came out right on time and installed my countertop flawlessly. The turn around time was incredibly fast, I had my new countertop in just a few days! I did my research on granite and quartz companies in the Sarasota/Manatee area beforehand and Castillos Granite offered the most competitive pricing along with fast turn around time!

This family owned business made us comfortable doing a new venture in our kitchen remodel. Very friendly and knowledgeable, they listened to our ideas and needs and came through excellent. You can see the pride of this company in the work. Everyone that has seen our kitchen has good words. The details and small things they followed through on made the difference. Many companies can do a basic job, but fit and finish was great. Lots of communication and fun staff. I took a handful of cards to pass out to anyone I hear needs this type of service.

Castillo Granite was recommended to me by a local contractor. It was a joy from start to finish dealing with this small, family owned and operated company. Marcos (the owner) came out to measure, then I met with Gabriella who priced the job and helped me pick out the materials. She was wonderful to deal with and very helpful trying to keep me within budget. On the day of installation, Marcos sons, Marcos junior and Jerry came out to install. They were wonderful, very neat and I am thrilled with the job they did and the price I paid. Although I am not going to post my information here, I have told Gabriella that she is free to give my telephone number to anyone who would like to talk to me about this wonderful local business and even come out to see my beautiful new counters. One other thing, the one bad review was written about Marcos brother who is no longer with the company... You wont regret using this wonderful company and getting to know this amazing family.

The work was for my parents home. We got the kitchen from cabinets to go so we called castillo granite to install and for counter tops. The work took about one week and all the employees were very pleasant. The finished work is absolutely beautiful. My parents are so so happy. Will use them again.

After comparing with other companies we decided to go with Castillo because of the price and the people that work there are nice and polite. However the craftsmanship is not there. After they came and installed our quartz countertops they left them dull and certain areas needed repairing. We contacted them and let them know about it.They sent someone out after waiting over a month and when they came out they buffed out the countertops a little and still, they didnt fix the areas that needed repair. After spending thousands of dollars on a product you would think youd get a better job. Like I said, there nice people to work with but apparently they dont know how to do a quality job.

Quart counter top turned out great, but service was horrible. Bad communication within the company which resulted in them ordering the wrong kitchen cabinet color. Instead of having to wait another 3-4 weeks to get the correct cabinet, we worked around what they had installed. Provided us with a sink, but did not inform us as to the type of faucet we needed, when they had told us earlier that we can get any type. This resulted in us buying a pricier faucet and not to our style. We had a center set, but had to purchase a different kind. Faucet arrived and was told that they would install it but wont do the plumbing. Umm...whats the point of that!? Lots of promises made in the early phase of this project, but apparently, they dont recall. Havent had a functioning sink for the last 1.5 months, and being that its an apt kitchen...this is ridiculous. Seems like the kitchen I envisioned has now become something else...

We were replacing cabinets that had been water damaged, and changed the floor so the new cabinets had to be custom-fit and exactly match the previous install, the installers did it quickly, but unfortunately, the cabinets were not installed exactly like they were before ( even I told them multiple times ) and the backsplash wouldnt fit back in. Installer argued with me, said he did it right, blamed everything and anyone, refused to pay for new backsplash. Salesgirl is pushy and inaccurate on pricing. So many providers of this kind of service, should probably look elsewhere

Did a great job of installing quartz counters in the kitchen & 2 baths for us! Really appreciate the work they put into the job!

Took months to get the job done. They did it sloppily so they had to come back to fix it several times which only made it worse. The dishwasher was not mounted properly, the cabinets got scratched, the laminate floor got scratched, and after months of waiting the support for the bar still isnt in. They did a sloppy job and they dont care about the customers at all, they left us waiting for months even though we paid in full up front. Would not recommend.

Great timely service good pricing. Others quoted me 3 weeks turnaround, they had me done in 6 days. I wont go anywhere else.

They were quite responsive and timely to start. But when things didnt go well they went dark and no longer responded. The bar top in the kitchen wasnt level and had to be redone. The kitchen countertop was cut short of the backsplash so the backsplash tile had to be redone to cover the gap. The bathroom vanities were rough and had to be polished. All of this was done by a different company. The one Google review was submitted by an employee. Very substandard work and I would not recommend them.
