Great store! Friendly and helpful employees! Clean! Will lighted! Well organized!

Nice... Walmart food and prices without the crowd.

This place has to clear $1M per month. There is no time of day, weekday or weekend, that this place is not packed. It serves ALL of Palmer Ranch and does a great job. Kudos to the customer facing staff, and kudos to the management team as well. I remember when they started to bake brioche bread and they had a separate section for it. They then changed and put it with the other breads, and it was difficult to find. I gave feedback and the bakery department agreed. Shortly thereafter, they changed it back. Thank you management for listening to people on the front line. Thats increasingly rare nowadays.

Went to the pharmacy on 6/29/2021 for my mom. Amber is an angel. She is so awesome, caring and efficient. I cant be with my mom all the time but my heart can rest with the knowledge that the Publix pharmacy staff cares for her and takes such a great effort to make sure shes cared for.

Picked up the best egg salad sandwich...and my free prescription

We stopped here on our way from the airport to our condo in Siesta Key. The store open(not cluttered), clean and well stocked. We found everything we needed except for tubs of potato salad which either they dont carry at this location or they were out. We had to go to the Publix on South Tamiami Trail and found it easily there.

Deli customer service is the best. Very happy and polite gentlemen.

We always stop at this Publix to get fresh flowers to place at Sarasota National Cemetery which is miles east of the store on Clark Rd.

I visited this store while on vacation and it was refreshing to see a store with everything in stock, no lines and no overcrowded shopping.

Online ordering is a complete joke. The pick up time is when they actually start making it, or when you get there. Then u wait.... the reason u put in the order in the first place. Smh

Nice store per the usual for publix.Even is the best bagger. He is clearly under 18 so if you want your bags packed right go after 5.... Otherwise I would just pack my own bags. The other baggers are slacking.

Very nice, bagger put my cold cuts at bottom of bag then put heavy stuff on top, then went to put the heavy bag on top of the bag with my hamburger rolls in it. I have found this to be an issue in multiple stores PUBLIX NEEDS TO RETRAIN THE BAGGERS!

Kathy the cashier is unbelievably rude!. I have never been treated this way at any publix ever. “This is what you people do” she said to my Hispanic friend when she thought I had More than 10 items in the express lane when I had 8. She actually asked the customer in front of me to count the things in my cart. Completely unprofessional behavior, and a little humiliating to be spoken to like that with other customers listening.

Fairly typical Publix but I did find several products that were being sold past their Sell-by dates.In fact I had to return one personally.

Friendly and helpful service. Even down the nice lady trying to get us to laugh with her jokes.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I politely asked the “lady” with the long white hair about their buy one get one ad with Ferrero Roches. Then I received the most impatient, rude response with a very bad attitude. Not an ounce of professionalism. Wrong person to put in a position of customer service because I now have a bad taste in my mouth with Publix.

This Publix has serious issues in stocking food items they are constantly out of the same week after week their seafood is atrocious and poor quality not even on the same planet as Detwillers who has the highest quality in Sarasota. I have tried to complain but it goes in deed ears. Their produce is hit or miss sometimes good and sometimes awful. Their roasted chickens cost $7.89 each and I’ve seen larger pigeons than they are. Most places are $500 and are twice the size like Walmart who has the best. Beware before going to this store unless you want to pay mire for less.

Theyre really taking the COVID-19 precautions seriously, which is a huge relief. A very safe and speedy environment to shop in.

The guy in the seafood department wrapped my salmon up in the paper and then weighed it. Im not eating the paper. I understand them putting it on the plastic. But that paper they wrap it in definitely adds to the weight.

I love coming to Publix at 7 am after going to the gym and seeing Robert in the deli. He is always at the counter ready and greeting everyone with a smile. It shows in his attitude that he loves working with people.

This Publix’s staff is kind of rude. Primarily the old old woman at the customer service desk. I always have minor issues with her when checking out there some how or another, but today I tried exchanging an unopened original item and she seemed chipper about not allowing me to exchange it (receipt in hand) because it was a“ non perishable “ but the item was prepackaged originally anyways from the store itself.... definitely will avoid this location from now on.

Jaymee in the deli always greets me with a smile! Her bubbly attitude makes me feel wonderful as I decide on which delicious Publix Deli Sub Im about to choose! As soon as I make my selection, away she goes paying close attention to detail to my pub sub to ensure its top notch! Will I be back?! Of course!!! But only as long as Jaymee is going to be making my sandwich!

My wife will not shop at Costco or Walmart foods. Publix is so helpful and the stores so clean I agree wholeheartedly. At least they are a Florida homegrown company that is great to its employees. We should reward that behavior!

Friendly workers

A store in desperate need of a manager who is aware.Often, too often, aisles are clogged with abandoned restocking items.Too often check out lines are way understaffed.These are problems easily solved by someone attuned to the store.Unfortunately, the people in charge are aloof, absent, or possibly trainees. No matter their status, the store and therefore the customers suffer.

Cakes are horrible . Cupcakes fall apart. Ever since they changed their bakery to “ more healthier” ingredients their cakes are inedible. I bought several birthday cakes from Publix over several years and they all were delicious until the change .
