Everyone is really nice & helpful. They have most stuff, not to many empty shelves. They have a great deli & hot food for a meal when you dont want to cook. They also have the Apron where the whole entree is in a bag ready to go home & you chipol it. Most of them are really good!

Conveniently located at Bee Ridge rd and Beneva on the south side - this is one of the oldest Publix stores in Srq. It is clean, well organized and managed and the selections are always good. Parking is a breeze and the associates are helpful and friendly.

I went to the liquor store and Melissa behind the counter was so knowledgeable and cheerful it made my day. She pointed out some great deals and gave tips on mixing drinks.

Went to go get Cubans sandwiche and was none. Then went to go get chicken strips Was 1 customer ahead a head of me didnt get recognized, so went to sub shop. 1 person ahead of me, and was like invisible. Nobody said Ill be right with you. Ignored, the whole time, no matter where I was. So disappointed. Ive worked there before and this is not exceptional. I was going to complain to the front manager, but went elsewhere for for my needs. I love Publix bit was very disappointed by the deli. The front made up for it. But should have been better knowing the name and respect you usually give.

Very disappointed in the Pharmacist and Publix policy on refilling prescription. He would not fill a prescription for me because I was not one of his regular customers. Ive been a loyal Publix shopper for over 25 years. This is not my regular location, however I have shopped here, too, several times over the years. Because I dont use many prescriptions, Im being punished instead of being taken care of due to loyalty. The truth is, there are so many more places to shop in this town with much cheaper prices and better customer service. Good bye Publix.

I have to say Publix really sets a great standard! I was in a pinch,I needed 2 things I forgot for dinner tonight. I had all 4 of the littles with me and 2 fell asleep. I called and spoke to one of the managers and explained my predicament. He was kind enough to meet Levi at the door and take him to customer service to cash out and walked him back out to me so I could stay with the others in the car. I know many may have opinions on parenting but with 4 kids under 6 yrs old and when your by yourself sometimes you just need a little help! Thank you!

Publixs corporate policy is to not enforce their own mask policy. Theyll ask you to leave if youre not wearing shoes or shirt. Theyll ask you to leave if youre listening to music loudly. Theyll ask you to leave if youre cursing loudly or threatening people. Theyll ask you to leave if youre smoking in-doors. They will not ask you to leave if youre callously disregarding the health and well-being of every single person in the store by not wearing a mask.No less than 20 people without masks, no social distancing and was told by a manager-ish employee with a sty that it was corporate policy to not enforce the mask policy.I will no longer fill prescriptions here. I will no longer shop here. I will discourage everyone I know from shopping here. Shame on Publix.

Laid out very different than the other Publix stores Ive been in. I found it a little hard to find things. The store was very clean and as with all Publix stores the employees were very friendly and helpful.

This Publix is small, but clean and super well stocked. I have never encountered an unfriendly employee there.

During this covid-19 So many people not social distancing or wearing mask properly going into or coming out of the store. This particular Publix is to small for these kinds of things.

We love this Publix but will need to look for a new pharmacy. The past several times we have had prescriptions called in, they were not available there. That is not acceptable.

Cashier alli was extremely rude and unprofessional, kept asking questions about the election and politics, she also got in an argument with a customer in another lane because of her conversation with another customer, she proceeded to yell at the customer before he walked out. I am very dissatisfied and she should be fired!

I have been shopping here since this store was built. Great people. Makes you feel like family. Once the manager had a cart fixed so my mother could ride in it. Doesnt sound like much but she couldnt walk, and having the opportunity to take her with me just made both of us feel good. Caring. Thats what Publix Center gate is all about.

The prices are great! The staff and management is amazing! Everyone always goes out of their way to make sure that you have a wonderful shopping experience! My little one loves to go there they always greet us at the door with balloons and have race car shopping carts available! We do not shop anywhere else! This has been our store for the last few years and the management is the best ever! Thanks guys for making grocery shopping fun!
