First time shopping here. People hype it up more than they should. The selection in variety is mediocre. The deli was nice. They shave their meats really well. There is an option to order, go shop and pick it up before checkout. I think they also have an online order option as well, which is nice if you shop there often. People were friendly.

I will never by a grab n go sand which from this location again. It said it has mayonnaise and it doesn’t. Not even. Packet. For $5.59, this sandwich is definitely not worth it!

I frequent this area as it is close to work. This publix is one of my favorites. Clean, organized with nice, helpful staff. It is a great place to pick up lunch or stock up. I visit at least weekly.

This publix is epic. Best of the bunch across the chain.Good location at Paradise Plaza, next to a CVS and bagel place.Easy parking, all the usual publix stuff...along with an especially good international section and fruit and vegetables area.An adjacent liquor store fills out the offerings.Can wire money, but lotto, get many newspapers here.And dont forget the change machine that converts coins to paper moneys.Great bakery.

I like this Publix a lot! Its very well organized (like almost every Publix) and its also never too crowded.

In my experience, most, if not all Publix, provide a pleasant experience from start to finish. Clean, intuitively organized, well staffed and stocked, it seems their corporate policies are well communicated to all their employees. The parking lot can raise your blood pressure a little, depending on the hour, but it would be my only criticism. It feels to me like Publix must be a good place to work, right? I dont think you get that kind of consistency unless you take care of your people, and its apparent that they do. Well lit, clearly marked and loaded with good details like B.O.G.O ( buy one, get one free) which changes weekly but always available on useful products. Id rather have a root canal than go to neighborhood Walmart so thanks to Publix for easing that pain.

I go to this Publix just about every other day. Just within walking distance from my house and right across from the mall on Siesta Drive, this Publix is conviently located right in between many small shops and pharmacys. The staff is always super great and they have one of the best sections Publix has to offer.

Came in 20mins before close to grab some things for the grill! Howard in the meat department took his time to make 5 bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers because they were out of them. Great Customer service! Very well ran Publix!

This used to be a great publix. Now they dont have so much. One example, Red Rock Ginger Ale. But it is a lot more than that. They are either out of basic stuff or it is not stocked. Cutting many products and and not a large choice. They charge over 4 dollars for milk. Pa leeze. There is a Publix every 3 or 4 miles. Walmart doesnt rob you for a gallon of milk... Why does Publix? There are some things that are still decent. The Bakery, The Deli, are still above average but the aisles and the OTC and hygiene products are lamer by the visit.

The deli doesnt have public subs pre sliced? So its spend more money or have to take too long for my lunch break...

I always get great help when shopping for another person, especially in produce.

I was on vacation and ordered the kids puppy cake. They had it made for me in less than 24 hours. The cake was not only adorable but super tasty! Thank you to the bakery chef for making this happen especially on 4th of July weekend!

This place reminds me of Albertsons from home which is one of the better stores. Publix is that store you go into after a hot day because it just seems so cool on the inside. The cashier did an awesome job. I got a 6 pack of bottled coke and I kept thinking soda is so expensive here! I thought 5 dollars was a little outrageous. Turns out theyre 2 for 5. I had no idea jntil the cashier told me. Perfect addition for our fishing trip..

The Asian gentlemen named David took over 30 minutes to make us 3 sandwiches and self check out wasn’t reading our card so we had to have customer service desk help us, There were 2 people ahead of us. But only one person working at the desk so we have to wait another 15+ minutes.its shouldn’t take over 50 minutes to get 3 sandwiches.

Customer Service at the Hot Bar was the worst experience I have had any Publix in the area. No one would offer assistance during the lunch hour. The line behind me was about 3 deep. I walked over to a Manager working on her new display of meals to go, who would not assist but only offered that someone would be with us soon... Everyone in line was surprised at her response and lack of urgency during lunch. I love my Publix at home but this one during lunch is no longer an option.

So many things to pick and the choices are unlimited.

My daughter and I were looking for a specific brand of a holiday item in the weekly flyer, but at many other Publix locations they could not find it and said we were out of luck. However, at Paradise Plaza, Asst Manager Sergio Eastman made a note of the item and, upon receiving a shipment, put some aside for us and called us back. When we thanked him in person, he reassured us that his mission was that our needs were always met after going to the store. This will certainly make our holiday easier and we cannot thank Sergio enough. Paradise Plaza is our Publix for good reason! :)

Was having a pretty bad day. Flipped an atv could barely walk but went into Publix for a sub to feel better. Steve at the deli helped me out. He seemed like a pretty knowledgeable guy so I told him to make the best Italian sub possible. He did not let me down. Best sub I have had in my life. Made my day a success. Steve is the man.

One weakness is that their hot foods to go section is really small and a third of the time its not even full. A related weakness is that the hot foods section closes long before the store does so sometimes I drive there to get dinner and its already shut down. Im not talking about 15 minutes before closing time, but rather two or more hours before closing. Id also like to see their cold prepared foods section be much bigger. The prepared foods section at the nearby Luckys market is far bigger, so Ive ended up going to Luckys more than to Publix. The Publix bakery section has very good overall prices. They have a good number of sales that dont require coupons, and that offer sizable discounts on products of 20% to 50% off.

They were absolutely awesome at that store. My girlfriend and I went shopping there when she was getting out of her walker to get into an electric cart she started to fall and a nice woman named Tanya came over and helped me hold my friend up from falling. And then she came up to his later to make sure everything was okay. Everyone I met today at that store was so nice and kind to us. They will definitely get our business more often. And again thank you so much Tanya. You were awesome woman.

Lived here 25 years. Dont shop at Publix much any more except when I need something quick. 3 stores near me. I drive 16 miles to Detwheiler for produce and seafood. Publix is the tourist store for condo rental folks. The stores are always clean and staff super.

I’m a little disappointed in this location. I come to Publix for a lot of reasons. Cleanliness is one of them, but the truck stop male restroom was a shocker to me. I’m going to think twice next time I come to shop. God forbid nature calls.

This Public is one of the oldest in Florida and was remodeled a few years ago. It is conveniently located, plenty of parking, lots of great stores close-by for a full shopping experience and all of the Public great products and service that you have come to expect.

Everyone knows Publix is the place to shop. If they dont have it they will special order it for you. Produce is very fresh. Staff is very friendly. No one can be Publix Fried Chicken or baked chicken.
