Our experience did not match the good ones of other reviewers here. We dropped our boat off at H2O Marine at the end of May and it was just returned to us this week (3 months later). We mainly needed the bimini poles replaced and unfortunately they outsourced for this. They also performed pressure washing on the pontoons and changed the engine oil and filter. It was weeks of calling to ask for updates and receiving excuses each time. Only when we threatened to come pick it up without the repairs being finished did they magically get completed within a week. Whats most disappointing is that our boat was returned to us with dirt and mold covering all the seats due to sitting out in their service yard for months unattended. They couldnt even bother to clean it as a sign of good faith for our inconvenience. We will not continue our business here and cannot recommend to others in good conscience.

Been going to H2O since 2014 when they did a re-power on the boat I had. Since doing business with them then, I won’t go to anyone else. They do excellent work and stand behind their work. Harry is a straight shooter and an honest business man. They are busy because they are good. One of the most impressive things is that after they service your boat, Harry will call a week or two after to check up and make sure everything is good. High marks foe H2O Marine.

Harry at H20 Marine has serviced the boat we fish Kingfish Tournaments, along with my Mako. Harry gives me peace of mind when running far offshore, knowing the motors will get me back to the ramp. Highly recommend, very fair prices.

I didnt have any work done there they didnt have any way to pull my boat out of the water but I would tell you if I could get it there thats the place I would take it preciate it their information their kindness and trying to help

Picked up my Boston whaler from H2O not too long ago after having it fixed for mechanical and electrical issues, what a wonderful and pleasant experience it was to deal with Harry and his entire team. Honesty, Professionalism and mechanical expertise a rear combo I found with Harry at H2O in my 10 year of boat ownership.

They need to learn how to talk to their customers politely, without arguing with them and using foul language. Taking my business to MarineMax!

Harry did an amazing job fixing many things on my Mercury! That God for his shop. I had many issues with many others. They have all the specialized computers to diagnose your problem fast. Really good pricing for their work. I have faith in him and his staff.

As we all know Marine repair is a challenge to say the least to find a Top Notch Marine repair facility.I believe I have found one of the best, upfront honest straightforward and doesnt pull any hidden punches and doesnt pull any hidden punches. If I could give them a 10 star rating thats what they would get.

Well 1 🌟 because. I called them like 4 times they answered my calls always no problem with that I want quote for installation of the engine. The owner said to me I will email to you. 2 weeks pass. No quote I called again a week a go he said to me I will do it today week pass. Nothing. No quote no phone calls waste of time. At least for meIf you are to busy or you dont want job be honest dont waste time. Others costumers

H20 Marine has been a great place to store our Hurricane boat when we are away from the area. They pick up the boat on their trailer, store it on blocks, perform routine and special maintenance and provide excellent customer service at reasonable prices. Harry and Morgan are super to work with and very attentive to our requests.

I took my boat to H20 before reading the reviews on the place. I had a really great experience at H20 and plan on going back. I called and made an appointment, when I arrived the boat trailer was removed from my truck while I went in the office to fill out the paperwork. My issue was a small problem with an oil alarm and the boat was repaired within 4 business days at a fair price. The boat was cleaned before it was returned to me and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Im going to keep taking it to H20 so I will update when I go back but this first experience was really good.

Ive been having my Boat serviced by Harry and His crew at H2O for over 15 years. He started with sorting out my Scarab that was almost destroyed by the first mechanic and now he takes care of my Regal. Two different boats same great expertise and service. In the future, should I purchase another boat, Ill do it with H2O in mind for its ongoing service

If you have a verado this is your guy, I bought a use boat had some minor issues, I thought, he found all my issues and got it squared away, just put 5 hours on them, not one single issue, don’t waste your time getting your verado misdiagnosed anywhere else.

Ive always had excellent experiences at this shop. The owner is very hands on and really seems to take great pride in the work they do. The personal service and industry knowledge are top notch in my book.

I just read the review from typical boat shop I think H20 is the top service facility on the west coast Harry is honest and their work is reliable being in purchasing no one can control the shipping of other companies their prices are the standard and I would pay more for a mechanic I trust! They do all the work for Yellowfin Yachts and they come highly recommended by the owner of that company

From one marine mechanic to another great businessI brought a customers boat to him that me and 3 other shops couldn’t figure out. Harry nailed it ended up being a engine harness, replaced it Customer has been using boat ever since.

H20 keeps on the water. Great staff excellent service.

What an excellent experience. I was met at the boat ramp by the owner at the exact time scheduled (Saturday!). They texted me a repair estimate when the steering problem was diagnosed so I could approve the work beforehand. Another prompt delivery back to the boat ramp. My problems were resolved. Also, my boat was clean (no greasy fingerprints for me to spend time cleaning) without me requesting it. I can definitely recommend H2O Marine Services in Sarasota.

I had a great experience. They did what I asked and did the work quickly. Its the first place I will go to next time.

August 31, 2018. Happily, I drove from Fort Myers to Sarasota, Florida to take my 2006 Sea Ray to H2O Marine. This is why:I recently called my usual Mercruiser approved shop in Cape Coral. The good guy service manager was long gone and the new one must hate phones and...customers more. The management now requires payment, of the 20% higher than last year, estimate in advance...seriously? NO thanks. Then, they kept calling for my credit card number.Kelly answered my call to H2O Marine. She is delightful and immediately put me on the phone with Harry Owens. His sharp, can-do demeanor, the fantastic reviews and the Mercruiser Premier Service and Customer Satisfaction Index Awards compelled me to drive the two 160 mile roundtrips to drop off and pickup “Sporty”. I was in no way disappointed.H2O is an immaculate facility. For instance, even the men’s room in the shop portion of the building is so clean it’s like a nice home. There was not a single grease print nor dust anywhere. I wasn’t the least surprised that Sporty was cleaned (clean as a whistle, actually) and awaiting pickup at the entrance gate. When I met Harry, he said my engine was remarkably clean. It’s better now.Harry told me that the boat should be ready in three days. First thing the next morning the boat was done. A detailed PDF work order arrived via email. It was reasonable and less than quoted, Wow. I hadnt mentioned an annual service item was already recently done. Impressively, his crew found this. More impressive is that they didn’t just do a rote replacement. Don’t most charge the quoted price regardless? Thank you Harry!I forgot to take a new transducer for installation during my drop off trip. Harry quoted a fair price and promised to do it in just 1 hour while I waited. I arrived at opening time. I left, pleasantly surprised, one hour later for the exact quoted price.I have a USCG 200 Ton Masters license and have been a boat bum for my lifetime. Experiences have shown me that the best, most in demand, commercial mechanics strive for “better than new”. The recreational side...not so much. The last time I was this impressed in total by the facility, the service, the cost Plus the brilliant knowledge and disposition of the owner was Rolly Marine in Ft. Lauderdale during a 1969 engine swap...seriously! I’ll remember Harry and Rolly.The dozens of reviews say it all. Whatever I own in the future it is going to be serviced by H2O Marine as long as I’m kicking and Harry is there! Earned and deserved trust is precious.
