Out of stock any many things. Nice clerk said it could be weeks to get usual items. Went online and ordered everything from their website and had everything in a week. In store sales are usually better than online but what can you do if the store cant get inventory.

They had a big sale going on! I went with my aunt. I didnt need anything because I had just ordered some things. She got 3 body gels. It was Buy 2, Get 1 Free. She was happy about that.

I love bath and body works..... But I went a few days ago and the sales that I got emails for where NOT in their store. They said that those only apply online or certain stores. Or they were out of them. And they didnt honor the pricing. False advertising I must say. And then they are like vultures. You tell them your just browsing and they continue to follow you and try and talk to you. And then some of them were very rude and unprofessional. Everything they said was on sale wasnt. I put my items back and walked out. The girl was very rude and didnt even try and handle the situation like a manager should.....

Walked into this store the other and was presently surprised when a staff member Blanca greeted me and my wife and took complete care of us. Answered all of my wife questions with complete confidence. Hats off to Blanca for her outstanding customer service. She really stood out. I highly recommend the location.

Great went for the candle sale my 2nd time ever going to a B&BW. 1st time I found the perfect candle which was sold out during this event. But I will return to find it again.

Fantastic store. Love bath and body works. Right now an amazing sale is going on. If you have your coupons the sale is even better. I highly recommend this store for amazing smelling lotions body sprays candles etc.

I love this store. I just wish it wasnt inside the mall. The people who work at the kiosks throughout the mall basically follow and attack you trying to get you to hear their BS on their product. Where I come from up north B&BW had stores that were not inside majors shopping malls

The most obnoxious place to shop. The people working are like vultures. I didn’t even make it 3 feet into the store before 5 separate associates asked me what I was looking for a shoved candles in my face. What ever happened to, “if you need anything let us know and we’ll be glad to help you”?I know they are trying to be helpful but it’s a bit overkill. Let me shop and sniff candles in peace. I think I’ll just order online from now on

This shop holds many different items, including room and body sprays, an assortment of candles, and of course their handsanatizers. There select pre-covid was plentiful with different holders, post-covid it has gone down considerably. This is understandable but many previous collections are now gone so keep this in mind. The aroma in the store can cause some headaches but other than this it is a nice little store.

The people there help you if you need it, but otherwise let you shop alone, which I appreciate.

Awesome staff..but there is one person that works there..she use to work at Desoto mall at BBW but was transfer to UTC mall and i find that out today by being in there shopping and so happy to see her..so i told her i will be back now that i now you work..love this place

Love this store! They have so many nice things and wonderful scents. I got some new candles which i absolutely love because the smell lasts and the candle burns for a while as well. Well worth the price if you have rewards and coupons

Always pop in when they have their annual sale. Love the Japanese cherry blossom and mad about you scents. The staff is always so friendly.

Very welcoming as always I used to go with my daughter all the time before she passed I actually teared up and had to leave. Going to try and go back before Christmas.

I love the wide variety of scented lotions. The staff is always friendly and more than happy to help you find what you were looking for. I wait for the sales, and then stock up. I will always be going back, as I love both the sent and the quality of the lotions.

Im surprised. They have changed the smell profiles, it used to be all fruity and nothing worth spending money on.But they have changed direction. Which is good. I bought the merlot cherry hand wash i love it.

I got $40 worth of candles for gifts & some gift wrap I thought it was cute & all but they would not give me individual small paper bags for them. So I think I will return them. Thats crazy, how will I be able to keep them separated & hidden from my nosey co workers.
