Always a pleasure but stock is limited
Ive never had a problem at the Sarasota CosmoProf. Unlike Salon Centric, everyone there is friendly, I get greeted upon walking in, and have never been questioned about my licence(I keep it up even though I am taking a hiatus from working in a salon). The ladies at Cosmoprof even remember me after several months of my not coming in.
Lacking in products, low stock!

Absolutley will NEVER return. I went to the store today, and spend A LOT of money on product.... Over 525 Dollars to be exact. As Kristina Fultz was in the process of checking me out, she dropped one of my products on the floor, and broke it. I nicely told her I would purchase it anyways, and use it for back bar to avoid them having to eat the cost. I left with all of my product. When I got home, I went to take the product into the house, and the bag split open at the bottom, breaking one of the shampoos I just purchased(that I could no longer sell). I have extremely heavy shampoo bottles, etc, and she didn’t even think to double bag my order, she’s lucky I didn’t end up with a broken foot. Not only did 1 bag break, but 2! To top it off.... I called and Nicely explained what happened, she admitted that she should have double bagged it, but is refusing to exchange my product for a new one. I fully understand all sales are final(due to covid), but in this case where something broke due to your negligence, an exception should be made, 100 percent. If not an exchange, comp a 10 dollar product to keep your customers coming. This is WRONG, and I will NEVER give her/them my business EVER again. Do yourself a favor, shop at salon centric. You would NEVER be treated this way.These bags should NEVER be filled this high without a second bag to carry the weight!
