Chris in the Sarasota store is a lifesaver! I called the 1-800 customer service line and was coincidentally connected to a store in my state. I ordered a gift online, + overnight shipping, and was expecting delivery today. I still hadnt received a confirmation number, so I called customer service to see if there was an issue. Chris did a great job informing me of how orders are processed and prepared for shipment. Instead of simply telling me that Im out of luck (my order was not processed or shipped yet), he offered a great alternative which gets my gift out the door of his store today! Im very satisfied with his customer service, and will order directly from the Sarasota store moving forward. Chris, thank you for being awesome, and know that youre appreciated!

So I want to be clear I am not commenting on the products they sell they are great I am complaining about the inconsistent treatment. One day bought some of their products the sales men was great friendly helpful tried to up sell me basically did his job really well. I took home the products shaved and loved the shave not thrilled with the scent but that is on me. I my father needed some mustache wax and comb so he decided to go there and I had decided to go ahead and buy a full size kit with top of the line brush not cheap at all. We walked in started looking around and the guy finally gave in and asked us if we needed any thing so my father said yes so the guy helped him. at no point did he ask me if I needed anything, at no point did he try to sell their products to me. So because of that I decided that I would not give them my sale. So please if you work there please ask for the sale you might just get it.

Love this store for gift items.

Before discovering this place I disliked shaving to the point of avoiding it. After using these products I now look forward to shaving.
