I ordered a Grande Mocha Cookie frap with EXTRA Carmel and they didn’t put ANY Carmel in the cup. I said something and tried handing them the drink back to fix it and they said all they could do was give me a separate cup with Carmel in it. If I paid for the extra Carmel why can’t you take the time out of your day and make me a new drink with Carmel inside the cup.

Pulled up in the drive thru and they were super nice as it is and then asked me what my favorite scary movie was. Not scary, but I replied Hocus Pocus and she sounded so enthusiastic lol really made my day for some reason, Halloween is my favorite. Really cute idea to get people in a Halloweeny mood

This place gets busy! But, it did move pretty quickly and my drinks were perfect. In case you missed the fine print its drive thru and walk up only!

Ive shown up 4 times in the past 2 weeks and 3 times they have closed early.I work nights and will stop for a coffee on my way to work which means I show up at 825pm-830pm. Have been doing this for the better part of 2 years now with no problem.Now apparently they do not have enough staff to stay open as I roll up. I never know when they will close early and there is no way I could know and its even been timed enough that they put a sign in the drive thru to block it as Im sitting there in the drive thru, or even last night where they serviced the person in from of me but refused to service me due to it now being 830pm even though their posted time is 900pm.This has been absolutely awful service as of late and terrible management of this establishment.6 outta 7 would not recommend using this particular establishment ever again.

The drink I actually ordered on the mobile app had everything in stock but when I arrive to pick up they told me they ran out of it and dont serve dark roast after a certain time. Can the app just tell me when they dont serve things after a time so I know when not to order it!

Usually great service but today I ordered my usual drink and it was spilled all over the lid and the bacon/gouda breakfast sandwich I ordered was replaced with an sausage/egg sandwich. I hate sausage.

Ive been to this location twice. First time the order was incorrect and when I said something about it they were very rude. Today I tried to give it another chance, once again drink is poorly made and the service is unsatisfactory. Very rude employee at the window.

This Starbucks has made a comeback in my opinion. I have stopped here in the past for coffee before work and sat and sat and sat there for ever waiting for my drink. I stopped going, cut it close to being late to work one to many times. I recently decided to give it a try again and was so surprised. There were like 3 cars in front of me and they barely stopped their drinks were ready so fast. The employees are always friendly here.

I came this morning instead of driving all the way to the el cajon location. I have to say they rushed my order.. my bacon, egg, and guoda sandwhich was the smallest little thing I have seen and it did not have the fried egg in there it was also overloaded with cheese, and it tasted very old.. The chai tea they made is watered down, like very watered down and luke warm it was gross, not coming back here agian I figured I would give it a shot but never agian. I prefer quality over quantity and I see the reviews are talking about how fast they take and complete your order. Its not about how fast your order is complete although that has a huge play in a drive thru setting in but make sure you put the things you used back into fridge, for instance the milks you leave out all over the counter and the chai tea mix that was sitting out as well. You use it, you put it back, simple.

The employees at this location have THE BEST customer service. Especially Shawn (Sean, not sure how its spelled). I am willing to drive to this location just because of the customer service and I live a block from another location.

Fixed my order no hassle

This location is kind of weird. Theres no indoor sitting area, a small outer sitting area so basically just a drive through. Sometimes I go and they are super awesome, my drink comes out fast and its just a great experience but I feel like more often than not when I go they have nobody else in line and it still takes 10 mins for a drink to come out. I dont normally get anything super complicated either.

They always have a long line when I go but they are pretty quick.

Service is good. Coffee is strong and bitter. More variety in their pastries would be good. They have more variety in their drinks now. Also good.

I love this location!! The drive thru line can be long at times. But the employees are so quick. Not only are they quick... they all provide excellent customer service. Its by far the best Starbucks location Ive been to that is consistently amazing.

I ordered a mocha frappuccino. It was the worst one Ive ever had. Totally liquid, no ice, and tasted like chocolate milk, even though I added an extra shot. Very disappointed.

We went there this morning and it was fabulous.

I needed a pick me up after the night I had. A skinny hot mocha with two extra shots of espresso... did the trick

I dont see any point in this really, its Starbucks. You either love it or hate it. I love it, and I love the breakfast options and the protein boxes. As a mother on the run I appreciate a truly healthy meal I dont have time to prep for.

They basically robbed me of $5. I ordered a cold brew with sweet cream and it was just watered down creamer. It was white. That is NOT cold brew. I want my money back!

Inconsistent on how they prepare drinks. Use to love to go and enjoy my drink but now they allow anyone to come in whether or not they are a customer and hang out. So you get the seats taken up by homeless and disrespectful teens that have no place to hang out.

My favorite starbucks ever! I’m willing to drive the extra few minutes to come to this location over the one thats directly across from my work. All of the baristas are kind and genuine. The food comes out quickly, and the drinks are always made perfectly for me! Love love love this store.

Always out of everything

I have certain days when they make my drink perfect and certain days when they dont. It seems only some people understand what sweet cream topped nitro is. I even made sure this morning. It was on the sticker. Still no sweet cream, but they are the only store carrying nitro in my area.

For the lastest installation of Starbucks in East County, they are friendly and their service is always fast and efficient. They are conveniently located near the 67/52 on ramps and are easily accessible making for a stress-free detour when starting a busy day.

Sloooooooooooooooooow! DMV staff move faster (sigh). Morning staff seem okay but afternoon staff cheerful but move like molasses. Tried twice but no more!

A Sunday afternoon visit and the drive thru line had about 8 cars ahead of me. The baristas got through the orders pretty quickly and I had my drink within 10 minutes. Drink was made perfect baristas happy and smiling. :)

Quick and easy. Theres WiFi and a patio, but no lobby to hang out at. Very friendly staff. The outside has seating and is dog friendly. 😊

Update: Got an attitude from the girl at the drive up when I told her that if she was going to engage in an extended conversation with a drive-thru customer to have them come to the walk-up window.Coffee is always good. Very small parking lot is not usable when the drive-up is busy.
