I purchased my car used many years ago. Although I really love my car, it has been a money pit. I have had it serviced at dealerships on the East Coast and West Coast in which I was always overcharged and the repairs were usually unsatisfactory. A neighbor friend referred me to Local Heroes, and I have never gone back to a dealership since. At Local Heroes I know my car is always in good hands. I have never been overcharged nor have I ever left the place with the problem unresolved or with additional problems. Everyone at Local Heroes have always gone above and beyond the call of duty and have left no stone unturned. Long story short the customer before me was not kind and Deb did her part correctly but he did not which in returned caused a major deal. Took my 2000 CRV in for SMOG. Their scheduling was super easy, front desk service was exceptional, super informative, and their mechanic was prompt, courteous and professional. I really appreciated their service and highly recommend them! They are also a DMV authorized agent so why wait in line when you can get stuff done there? Very cool.

My new local mechanic! Melissa was super great and friendly! They got me in same day and found out my problem was minor, fixed it free of charge! The mechanic Johnny even helped me with a minor suspension issue! Feels so good to finally find a trustworthy mechanic.

Being a single women it can be hard to find someone to trust. Local Heros has taken very good care of my car. They send a reminder when the next service is due, which I would forget if not for the reminder. Today the service guy pointed out that I needed a cabin filter. He showed it to me and it was full of ashes, from last fire, and debris. I didnt even know there was such a thing. Thank you!

I went back to Local Heroes to get my tire looked at. It was almost flat and had I bought the new tires from them two months prior. They found a nail in the side wall and it couldn’t be repaired.They not only ordered and put on the new tire in a timely manner, but also looked into see if it could be covered under the manufacture warranty. When it wasn’t covered they apologized and only charged me for half of the tire cost and charged me NO labor.Now I know why they are called Local Heroes! They truly go above and beyond and think of serving the community and not just themselves!Way to make a difference! I will always use this business!

I found these guys when I needed a new headlight on short notice on a Saturday, they helped me out and ever since then I exclusively use these guys. They are always honest and don’t try and up-sale or charge you for unnecessary repairs, on top of being extremely friendly. I have had problems with previous shops taking advantage but these guys I trust completely. I highly recommend this business!

Got my car registration done on my lunch break! I spent more time at the DMV just getting the VIN verification than I did for the title/registration at LHAC. I was going to try to save a few buck by going to. AAA but they never got back to me after 3 voicemails...and when it tried to show up, the line was ridiculously long. I hate paying for a service I can get for free but the nominal fee LHAC charges is well worth it. I came home from my lunch break with plates, stickers and official registration for the glove box... I even had enough time left over to put the plates on. I cant recommend them highly enough!

We have been coming here for close to 2 years and they never fail to provide the best customer service, great pricing and guaranteed services to all 3 of my family’s cars. I called several places looking for an all-in-one shop on a Wednesday and Local Heroes not only called me back immediately, but I got a same-day quote. They ordered my tires as soon as I told them I was going with their shop on Thursday morning and I was told to bring my car in on Friday morning. I had my car back by 3pm Friday afternoon and had 4 new tires, alignment, front brakes, rotors, and an oil change for around $1k! Their service was friendly and professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing service on their vehicle!

I needed an oil change, but they also rotated my tires and checked my brakes. Found a tail light that was out I didn’t know about, etc. Plus I got my Veteran discount too. Go Navy!! Hands down the best shop Ive dealt with. I was in SR with my family and needed our headlights replaced and adjusted. They were very fair, didnt push anything on me and gave a full rundown of our GMCs status. The mechanics in the shop were very friendly and helpful as well. We took the car back to have tires replaced too which my wife said went very well and they were very nice once again. All in all, best shop in the area, I just wish there was one up in Washington where we live. I will take the car back there for an oil change and brake work next time Im down there.

They are about 3 miles from my house. I have used them 4 times already for my vehicles and love their work and honesty, I had them smog my old truck and they put in some needed repairs and it past with flying colors, even offered to drive me home so I would not have to wait. I found this shop on Yelp. The report was so good I took my car in that same day.My car was needing oil all the time. I saw some oil near the dipstick and then some spots under the car. Also the car was smelling hot.When I got to the shop, everyone was so friendly. I explained what I knew about the problems with the car. They were kinda shocked I think, they saw engine oil all over the car. The undercarriage was covered, the hoses were covered, oil was everywhere.Shortly after that they found the culprit. The dipstick. The dipstick had been replaced when the old one broke. But the new dipstick wasnt fitting in the tube correctly. A few tiny little O rings laying around the shop fixed the entire problem.IF You have a problem, go to Local Heroes Auto. You can trust this shop. They care about doing the best job possible for every customer who comes into their shop.

Called in to ask about some issues with my van and I was given a wonderful display of professionalism and kindness. The staff explained everything to me clearly and wanted me to save as much money as I could and also filled me In a bit in my issue. 10 stars
