Great all around auto shop - they have been taking care of our familys cars for years now. Super easy to get an appointment and their prices are reasonable. They dont practice any price gouging and we really appreciate that. The customer service is wonderful, love talking with them, they always make us feel welcome!

They replaced my fuel pump and gave my truck back to me with a check engine light on... Now I have to take my truck somewhere else to actually get it fixed.... These people are a joke... They dont speak English, and they will mess up your vehicle.. dont let their low prices fool you... Their prices are low because they dont care about your vehicle.

I went in for an oil change and a man named Jeremy was the first to welcome me in. I was so impressed with his professionalism. Not only was his costumer service on point but he also saved me because they noticed as they were doing my oil change that my breaks were completely shot and that i was breaking on the actual metal plate itself and i had no idea. Well I went there and it was an extremely high amount just for a check-up inspection and I didnt think that that was cool...

I have taken my cars and motorhome to BNC for a few years now and been very happy with their work and service. However, I recently waited over 2 weeks for an appointment and when I got there they informed me that their machine to smog the RV was broken!! It sure would have been nice if they had given me a call.I hope this is not a sign that their service is going down the toilet.I may give them one more chance.....

So nice people but every time I’ve gotten my brakes done there, they need work immediately after. The pads get worn out and like, I don’t know if it’s just the stuff they buy, and it just is manufacture defect or they aren’t good at there job. But yeah... super unfortunate.

I discovered BNC Auto Care when I was looking at apartments in Santa Rosa. On my apartment hunting trip, I ran into an issue with my car and was referred to BNC Auto Care by the person showing me the apartment.I gave them a call and Michail (the owner) answered and was able to fit me in right away.Long story short, I eventually found an apartment in Santa Rosa and have been going to BNC Auto Care ever since.Michail and his team are professional, friendly, knowledgable and most importantly, they care!

Went in to check my some minor issues I knew my car hade. Slightly bumpy as I drove. Wanted them to check my car out. At the end of the da Jeremy told me my whole steering wheel assembly had to get replaced... literally everything! There’s no way a slight bump while driving is caused by all of these. He wanted $3,000!! Are you kidding me!? So unprofessional. Got it checked by another mechanic and it was only my from struts. That’s all! Rip Off at bnc. Never going back

Love this place! First time going, I needed a smog and they were the cheapest place and I called 10 different places! Everyone is super friendly. I texted my brother while I was sitting there waiting for my car and told him he needs to go there. Definitely going to recommend them to everyone. And my car was done quicker than I was quoted. Which was also great since I work graveyard shift and had gone there after getting off work. If there was more stars Id give it. Great place to go for excellent service and prices.

I have been using BNC for several years now and I must say out of all the local repair companies here including the Lincoln dealership I have never been so impressed with the workmanship and professionalism. Avid has been more then fair and always goes out of her way to make sure I am getting the best parts at the best price. I have two cars that are my babies. The people there have gone way out of their way to make sure I feel comfortable with the repair. (( I have to tell this story )) I bought a normally cheaper set of brake pads and rotors for my girlfriends car then I would normally, due to having some finical issues.They kept squeaking when she would hit them. I was so disappointed with my choice of pads and rotors I brought it up to Avid while having my other car there for repair, not expecting for anything other then letting her know I was disappointed in my choice of brakes. One day I get a call from Avid who asked me to bring in my girlfriends car and I ask why. She said she wanted to look at the brakes for me at no charge and I said I would be grateful for that. I dropped the car off and came back later that day to pick up my girls car and I was shocked. Not only did they replace the brake pads and rotors but they replaced it with some of the most expensive pad and rotors money can buy AT NO COST. I dont know about you but I never had a repair shop go out of their way to take care of me like them. I bring all my cars and including my company vehicles to them. I have nothing but respect for a company like this. Thanks again Avid for making spending money on a car repair feel as comfortable as it can possible be.

I took my car into BNC and they took care of me right.... Both avid and Jeramy did such a great job helping me out and the mechanics are wonderful. I just walked in and they helped me right away. And it didnt cost me an arm and a leg I would definitely recommend this place over any place in Sonoma county you can bet I will be back and Im telling my friends!!!!

Avid, is a very honest person, the Mechanics of very understandable and Nice.. BNC have fair prices, and dont try to rip you off like many large and small repair shop are the cars dealerships, Ive been doing my car repairs with them from Sebastopol to wherever they have gone. I trust them with the lives that I drive around with my family and myself.

Well you know what they say if a shop is always busy they must be good and theyre always busy theyre always extremely courteous its a family-owned situation reasonable prices they can cover a lot of things and they do it the reasonable time and its great shop to go to
