Spring Works installed a lift on my 2019 F-150 and I could not be happier with the service and follow up. I called to get pricing and ended up getting all the information I needed. Every person at this establishment is very professional and knew their stuff. I have already recommended Spring Works to a few of my close friends and co-workers.

Spring Works was recommended to me by America’s Discount Tire on Cleveland Ave. I was a little leery of using a new automotive provider.I was treated with respect and I was never dismissed or talked down to. Everything was explain throughly and as it ended up I did need some work that I originally was not aware of. They worked with me to let me know what were the most important items that needed taking care of since I couldn’t afford to have all the work done at once. There was no pressure from them to get all of the work done now. I will get additional work done in the future and I’m very grateful for the staff if Spring Works

It was very difficult to get ahold of them. They didnt help me one bit with my leaf springs. Then ignored me after I was patient and respectful. Very disappointed.

Competently built the spring pack for my Tacoma to accommodate extra payload.

I ordered a pair of leaf springs for my trailer, It was urgent that I get them this week, has the ones I had were not the right kind, and the trailer is sitting on jack stands with the boat.I had to call to verify if they had bushings for them in stock as well. They did not, but the employee there went above and beyond.He called around and found the bushings at another retailer. When he called me back he let me know what he had found and that he would process the order to ship out today.I will shop back here for any boat/trailer/truck parts I need in the future.

These guys are great. This is the second truck I’ve had in their shop and both times the work was excellent. Leo and his crew know suspensions and convey options in easily understood terms. The work was done on time and the waiting area has laptops available! They even will call Uber if you need a ride.

New to the area. Wish I had gone to Spring Works to begin with!!!Unfortunately I made the mistake of getting my suspension components originally installed by 4Wheel Parts... those guys can’t run a shop. Don’t want to go into details but I went through 4 or 5 iterations with them trying to fix their mistakes.. Eventually had enough and went to Spring Works for a free inspection of suspension and driveline components. Within an hour they knew exactly what the root cause was. (They also noted various issues with from the previous install by 4Wheel Parts)... I made an appointment with Spring Works the next day and they got the truck running more excellent and smoother than it ever has. As well as fixed all of 4Wheel Parts mistakes. And they did it right the first time!!!!Angelo and the Spring Works team is super knowledgeable and helpful. The waiting area is very awesome too. Fun shop to be in. Will be returning customer

The first time I went to Sring Works was in 2015 to install AMP Power Steps and a leveling kit on my 2015 GMC crew cab. They did a fantastic job and answered all my questions and were very personable and friendly. I recently decided to install air bags on my rear springs to help stabilize my truck with heavy loads. After having such a great first experience with them, I didnt even bother calling around for bids. I will only have them work on my truck, and the quality of work was again top notch. The friendly, through service with genuine hospitality was very refreshing. And their pricing is in line with the market; even though I would pay more for the quality of work, peace of mind that its being done right the first time, and the service they provide.

Leo went way beyond for me and my truck. I bought it used and found big problems. Leo got all the details organized and convinced the dealers to cover the cost. Who takes the time to save a new customer money? Leo told me not to worry, he would get it all worked out and he delivered, plus the repairs are great, my truck is awesome now.

Every time I recommend someone to get their alignment there they came back with a huge list of preventative maintenance about their car things that arent bad or broken and they they them that their car needs them and they cannot do an alignment with out them. When struts have a little bit sf seepage they tell them that they have to be replaced. So do not go here unless you have a brand new car if not they just want to take advantage of see. They just want to make the most they can out of you.

Great service this is the second car I brought them this week and they have done a wonderful job. They are prompt and do quick work with good quality. Not that it is a bother to wait here, the customer waiting area has plenty of space, snacks, coffe, tea or bottled water and not only do they have free WiFi but they have Laptops available for customers waiting. They even have an arts/activity area for children!

Very nice people. Treat you with humble ness, been bring all 3 of my cars recently there’re working in my mustang. As a 17 year old going to car shops it can b tuff knowing that most car shops just look to get easy money. But not with these guys they’re honest and straight forward with you. I’ve personally done a lot of work on suspense on my and my friends vehicles and I always bring the vehicle in to spring works right away for an alignment and to check over any lose ends. I’ve order after market parts through spring works and even had them instal HD suspension components when I didn’t have time to do the work my self and they always come through, get the work done on time and the right way. I also really like how they always have a very detailed receipt with everything that was ordered, worked on, and numbers showing you what was actually done so there is never any guessing if a shop really did work or not. I would 10/10 recommend anyone to take their vehicles here for any suspension needs, there is a very skilled and friendly staff always ready to help.

I was halfway across California on vacation, when a spring broke on my old pop up camper. Went to spring works cause it was close, and based on reviews. Turns out that leaf spring is such an odd size, the closest one was a state away, and I would be stuck there for two days. Leo worked some kind of magic, I think working after their closing time, and found my spring, had me back on the road the next morning for less than the original quote. Going above and beyond doesnt explain it. He was calling me keeping me updated through the whole process, they were so helpful and nice. definitely recommend this place. Two thumbs up!

I wanted to lower my Buick Lacrosse but there are no manufactures that produce springs for the car. The Spring Works made a set, I ended up with exactly what I wanted, their communication is beyond great, my expectations were exceeded, I would leave more stars if I could.

THese guys know suspension. I have a popup camper on a 2001 Dodge Dakota 4WD that was swaying unsafely down the road due to the load. Originally Valley Tire & Brakes sold me bolt on spring for the rear suspension @ $250+THis was a waste of my money and time. Did not solve the problem. THen the upgrade my shocks which helped a little.Springworks came though with a add a leaf solution that rocked although it cost about $1K. But thats cheaper then driving dangerous.Springworks were professional and gave me good advice. I told Valley Tire about their their solution not working and they did not offer to take them back...
