I have been taking my cars to Pacific Tire Sales since I was 15 years old....we dont need to discuss my current age, just know it has been MANY MOONS that these kind, courteous and superb professionals have been providing my tires service needs. I sincerely would recommend this establishment to anyone in the local area of Sonoma County with pride and conviction.

One of my tires was flat a few days ago and obviously I need to find somewhere to get it fixed. The rest of my tires are in good condition so I was looking for a used one that would last about as long as the rest. I called around a number of places and had some difficulty in finding a place that had used tires that would fit my Subaru. One of the tire places that I talk to you referred me to these guys and so I called them around 1:30 p.m. on Thursday. The guy on the phone with super helpful and even explained how find what tire size my car needed and what all the different numbers on the tire meant. They were able to fit me in at 4 that same day and even had a used tire in stock. When I got there, I showed them my busted tire and about 20 minutes later they told me they were able to fix it! I paid $25 and was out of there in less than 30 minutes. If anyone is on a budget like I am, I definitely check them out!

Poor service, go to Les Schwab or Costco.This is my neighborhood tire shop so I would often come here, but they have lost my business.During a tire repair, the tech attempted but could not get the tire off--old machine in pic. They sent me to Les Schwab who got the tire off but showed me that Pacific Tire broke my tire sensor with their efforts. It was snapped off the stem but rolling around in my tire.Ok, mistakes happen, and I thought we could take care of this. The owner rejected any discounts in service or alignment and any responsibility in this.Oh well, Im down 4 hours and $100.

Went here because it was down the street from my house, needed an alignment done to my car as I do not have the time to do it between work, called Jimmy at 11:30 to see progress, said car would be done in 2 hours, went in at 3 to give them room, came to the shop with no attempt of alignment done because of bad control arm bushings, I told them the tie rods were out of align and thats all I needed checked but I understand, my control arm bushings were blown, the service guy proceeds to tell me it was impossible to do without the replacement and Jimmy tried to call me multiple times to tell me, I got a brand new phone, not one single call, my car has been there since 9am waiting for others to finish, I work at 4, ample enough time for me and them but not one single call other then my own to get info, they also proceeded to write up a almost 500$ quote for basic control arm replacement, begrudegly but very calm and respectfully took my keys and left, never will I return or recomend this service spot

Don’t go here waste of time, selling poor quality used tires. I have my tires replace here and it’s not even 3 months, four of them are already bad. Don’t do it, don’t give your money away to this place.

I just called pacific tires. My phone wasnt connecting. When I finally got through, the man SCREAMED at me, THIS IS THE FIFTH TIME YOUVE CALLED AND HUNG UP!needless to say, I dont want to be served by anyone who would treat a customer WHO IS CLEARLY TRYING TO GIVE YOU MONEY.Im taking my business elsewhere.
