We have been in the market to replace our SUV for several months and finally decided a Hyundai Palisade was the replacement we were looking for. We began searching for the exact trim and additions and found this SUV at Manly Hyundai. We called to verify the availability and talked to Britt Matthews, who pulled the keys to await our arrival. After a 1.5 hour drive, Britt met us at the door with the keys in hand. The SUV was exactly as advertised, including the price. Britt and Erik made sure the whole transaction was as fast and easy as possible. I definitely want to thank Britt, Erik, and the rest of the team that made our purchase quick and pleasant. Manly Hyundai had ALWAYS taken excellent care of me. They do so in a timely manner and make sure to keep you up to date. Lauren, my service writer who I usually work with, is awesome! She is very professional, friendly and knows her stuff. If youre hesitant to get your car repaired here because of maybe pricing I understand but you cant put a price to quality for some things. You pay a good amount here because you get excellent service, and your car continues to run smoothly. And having original factory parts always helps with the longevity of your vehicle. I will always bring my Hyundai here for these reasons.

Although I have been back for the same issue three times, the efficiency of the labor has me concerned. All other services have proved to have solid outcomes. I am also curious how much other service departments charge for inspecting other issues. I was charged $190 to have them look at the fuel door handle that was no longer opening the fuel door! The five stars are mostly for the women in the service department. They are always thorough and supportive, they definitely are the glue to the department.

I recently purchased a Hyundai from Manly and had a pleasant experience. I worked with Adam as my sales guy. He is friendly and full of knowledge. When I stumped him on a question he was quick to find the answer. I also worked with Curtis and Josh along the way these two managers were compassionate to my needs and met them. The whole thing did not go without its hiccups. When something came up I was always kept in the loop. After getting my vehicle delivered, I had to bring my vehicle in to have accessories put on. I worked with Jennifer she is helpful, friendly and was great at letting me know when my car was ready. I am very thankful I had such a pleasant overall experience.

Great family owned dealership! Ben was extremely patient, helpful, straight forward and honest. There was no pressure put on us to actually purchase a car which made car shopping actually fun! I was even able to bring my car seat and stroller to the test drive to make sure everything fit how I wanted it too. The process to purchase was easy. My car broke down, had it towed to Manly and I’ve now gotten my repaired car. Jennifer helped me every step of the way, explaining what needed to be done, the estimate etc. I changed my mind a number of times re. what I wanted to do w the car, she was patient & understanding. The part had to be ordered and through no fault of Manly’s, it took weeks to arrive. Once it arrived, boom, done. I’m happy with the service and felt Jennifer did an excellent job, she called me way after closing hours on a Friday night to give me some information- now, that’s good old fashioned good service! Past Service appointments have been great, but the last one left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth. Service was friendly and reasonably on time, but they did a complimentary service check and told me a few light bulbs were out and 2 filters needed to be changed. They said they could do it today, if I gave them the go ahead.I generally do my own maintenance, so I declined. I knew the air filters were about due to be changed, but when I checked the light bulbs that needed to be changed, I found that only 1 of the 4 bulbs they said were out actually needed to be changed. If I had said yes, I would have paid to have perfectly good bulbs replaced and been none the wiser. Too bad, as past experiences have been top notch

I bought my car here and my past experience with service has been good. When my car broke down last month I had it towed to Manly. The initial timeframe was one week for repairs. I asked about a loaner and they said the loaners were 6 weeks out.Fast forward not having a car and they then said it would be another 2 weeks because the part was back ordered. Again asked for a loaner and was told they didnt have any.I just talked to them and the part is still back ordered for at least another week and a half with no actual date. Again, no loaner vehicle available.Talked to the corporate office for Hyundai and they will assign a case manager who may get back to me in 10 business days. They said that they might pay for a rental car, but I would need to talk to the case manager about that.This will end up being at least a month and a half with my car at the dealer because they dont have parts. When they finally do get the parts in I get to pay close to $3000 to get it fixed.Again past experience with the service department was positive, but this experience will have me finding someone else to take care of my car and I will never buy a Hyundai again.Stay away from Hyundai!

I consider having work done there to be a luxury as normally I would try to do it myself or go somewhere cheaper as usual I felt as though I was getting luxury service received family updates to the progress and when I picked up my car it was washed and vacuumed for me. Laura even stuck around a few minutes after closing time to make sure I was able to get my car. Being that they were able to get the part I needed and do the work in one day it also turned out to be an economical choice considering the price of rental cars in Santa Rosa.

I shopped briefly for a newer used car. Online Manley had what I was looking for. I drove an hour and a half to find only a couple of options. The salesman showed me a car that had not been safety checked. Except for being dirty it was pretty much what I was looking for. It would not be available for sale for a few days because it had to be safety checked, smog checked and “detailed”. They agreed to detail it and deliver it and take my old car as a trade in. It was delivered as promised. It had been washed, not detailed, and not very well either. A couple weeks later I was contacted and asked to bring it back as it needed to be smog checked, apparently that was forgotten. I drove it down, an hour and a half for a 15 minute, if that smog check. No offer to make it right, fuel and time off. The salesman boasted about blowing 500 cars a month out of the dealer…lost my business for when I replace my other car in a few months.

I bought a used Hyundai Tucson from Manly Hyundai and it was much better than expected. I expected high pressure and overselling. What I experienced was not that at all, but rather a sales person (Rocky) who was extremely knowledgable about all of the features. He was able to answer all of my questions about the car, and all of the dealers policies (such as the 7 day return policy for used cars). The finance person did not spend three hours trying to sell me needless extras. Overall a very good experience and I would definitely do business there again.

I got outstanding service from Manly, and it was Service Advisor Laura Stout who took such good care of me. They were just about to close for four days for Christmas 2020. And my Genesis died. But Laura got me in without an appointment, got my car fixed promptly, and took care of it on warranty at no charge. Laura took care of my last car too. For four years she has been great to me. This was my initial new car service (Hyundai Veloster) and I am already very impressed. Jennifer managed the entire process and was extremely friendly, efficient and went over the inspection with me at the end. After I made my choice he made sure I saw the colors in person so I could make the right choice. Then he ordered my car and I got just what I wanted. The first day we went to this dealership we walked out with no car and insulted by the salesman Ben and the sales manager/assistant GM Josh. They called my friend condescending, rude, and that he was playing games. I did not want to spend my money at this dealership after being treated like that so I looked at all the other Hyundai dealerships in the north and none of them had my car with the package I wanted. So we called the GM and made an appointment to speak with him and let him know how we were treated. Well he was just as bad as the other two, showing up 2 hours later and excuse after excuse, loss cause so I’m writing this review. We were helped by Curtis and Erik and this was a pleasant experience the second time around but it still leaves a sour taste in my mouth.

I was in the market for a car to replace my Prius Prime which I found a bit uncomfortable on longer drives and I was consider a Sonata. I searched Autotrader and found that Manly had the least expensive price. The price was already much better than any dealer especially during Covid 19. I contacted Ben and he was very helpful and I did all the needed paperwork online and when I arrived the car was all cleaned up with a full tank of gas and a few more signatures and I was done.
