Excellent service, great collision repair/body work. Terrific customer service! I have had to use their services twice, unfortunately, BUT, FORTUNATELY, they are fantastic and have restored 2 of my vehicles that were hit by another driver perfectly! No evidence that there ever was damage. I wouldnt dream of bringing my vehicles anywhere else.

2014 Infiniti Q50 SportThese people need to refund me my deductible. I took my car here since it was on my insurance companies list of collision body shops. That was a big mistake since my first instinct was to take it to Lou Saare just down the street.I proceeded with ATC since it had the insurance companies seal of approval and payment would be less of a hassle. Big mistake, I arrived to drop off my car after making an appointment over the phone. The guy manning the phones and taking your keys said it would be about a week for my car to be done. I waited the week, called and asked for an update. The guy whom i think his name is David, advised that parts are delayed. I called again on two other occasions and it was always it should be done today. In the end, finally went to pickup my car in the evening.After taking it home and further inspecting the vehicle, i found several issues with fitment and alignment. In addition, a ton of swirl marks from the so called detail guy on site and they didnt align the headlights and found clear coat drip marks and paint imperfections. I took it back and they said they would fix it. Another week went by, picked it up in the evening. This time around they burned the paint on my hood trying to polish out the swirl marks, scratched up my chrome grill surround, didnt align the headlight/fog-light, and the front splitter they attached was already coming off. In addition there was something loose under the bumper on the drivers side and visible hard lines. The owner came out and seemed interested in my valid complaint, he offered to replace the grill and fix the issues that were still pending on the vehicle with an apology.I bring back the car a third time, grill replaced, swirl marks somewhat removed however the fog-light still needed alignment, and drip marks still there.At that point I had had enough, overall I was without my car for over a month. I took it to Lou Saaer Body Shop for corrective repairs. Lou Saaer ended up correcting a total of $4400 dollars. When we pulled the front bumper off they discovered it was hacked up at the clip points and in one area glue was used instead of the proper hardware. ATC did a poor job, Lou Saaer did an amazing job and I am pleased with the quality of work, done right the first time.Advance Tech, send me my deductible back, its only fair considering the amount of time I was without my vehicle and time off of work.

The crew at Advanced Tech Collision did a great job. I had many requests and they were more than willing to help in every possible way. I had a blowout on my truck and it damaged quite a few things. They worked with my insurance company and saved me the headache. The work was great. They even repaired a panel alignment issue (from a previous body shop) at no charge. If you are in the market for a body shop that will see everything through and deliver on time then look no further. Brian is of the utmost character and truly cared about my situation. I have taken my car years ago to Advanced Tech Collision body repair on Piner Rd. in Santa Rosa and they did a decent job. Recently, I took my car in to have a damaged fender repaired on my 2011 Toyota. Brian and the staff were very helpful, professional and most accommodating. They did a great job! But, most of all, Brian D. was nice, strait forward and easy to work with. Recently, some one scraped the rear bumper of my Toyota in a parking lot and didnt leave any information (very common). I stopped by the shop and Brian had a technician work on it and minutes later the damage was repaired. That saved me $$$ for a deductible to the insurance. Thanks Brian, Youre the best!!

Excellent, my car came back looking like new, the staff was efficient, empathetic, and professional.I wish I had taken my truck here. I took my truck to G & C, because that is what the insurance company recommended.Had I taken it to Advance Tech it would have been done right and all the little extras, scratches etc would have been taken care of as well.I have learned a very expensive lesson. I was pretty upset when my car was in an accident and wasnt even sure it could be fixed. But it could and was, by Advance Tech Collision Center. Advance Tech was very attentive to detail - my car looks and runs great now! I highly reccomend that you trust this auto body shop in Santa Rosa to do your work, or at least get an estimate.

Absolutely the worst auto body shop in the world. I had two different cars repaired there. The paint started pealing on one after a couple of years the last one the paint started peeling right away. They did not make sure any of the cars devices work. I had to replace fuse and do the little things myself. When I complained I was told we dont do work we dont get paid for. Advance Tech Collision Center sucks.
