Purchased a one-of-a-kind sofa table from this store. Freddie and John were great to work with and very accommodating. Their delivery driver, John, was wonderful too! We definitely recommend this store. Furniture is beautiful.

EVERY STAFF MEMBER WECOMED US. THEN WE RAN INTO JOHN, SUCH A DELIGHTFUL, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL PERSON. WE GOT TOP NOTCH SERVICE AND EVEN GOT TO MEET THE OWNER.

Beware from buying furniture at this establishment. I spent over 16,000 on Leather couch and chair. I bought the Furniture in June 2020. It was delivered to me in October 2020 with multiple communications with Kathy. The chair that I received it appears the leather is not in good conditions. It appears small leather scratches were the nails were put in. They are telling me its my fault and they will not cover it. I only have had the chair since Oct and its now Feb 2021. After contacting kathy again, nothing is being done. Beware and dont purchase from them. They dont stand behind their products and the amount of money this was.

My wife and I were just browsing the shops in historic Santa Fe. We walked in to Cowboys and Indians just to look around. One of the employees asked if we had face masks and we politely told her that we would be happy to leave and we turned and started to leave. She sarcastically said ‘whatever’ as if she were a teenager; she wasn’t. After reading several of the other reviews it appears they should probably work on their customer service skills.

I popped in here this weekend as I was walking between two other destinations. Im glad I did ! The furniture and furnishings here are so unique. Id show pictures but the store has a no photos policy! Prices arent for the faint of heart, but the craftsmanship is astounding. There is a table in the basement that has me thinking about remodeling my house around it! Many of the furniture pieces are inlaid with turquoise, coral, mother of pearl and precious metals. All with a very rustic, southwestern style. The biggest drawback for me was not being able to take pictures, as I like to visualize pieces in my home before I buy.

Thank you for leaving. That is what the sales person said to my two friends and me as we left the store in May, 2019. Earlier we had been admiring one of their furniture pieces and he approached us and said can I help you? but in a tone that indicated he wasnt really interested in being helpful. He was clearly more annoyed. I told him no, that my friend was admiring the stone inlay in the piece. He continued to stand and stare at us, expressionless, which was rather creepy. I said is that okay? to which indicated it was then turned and went back to his desk to stare at us for the remainder of the time we were in the store. When we walked past him to leave, I said thank you then got the thanks for leaving reply. I thought I heard him wrong so I said nothing in return but upon leaving the store my friend told me she heard the exact same thing. Not a very welcoming place. If you have $$$ to spend on furniture, find someplace else.

Serendipitously, my wife and I found Cowboys & Indians while walking around Santa Fe. We were blown away by the uniqueness and beauty of their merchandise. We could have searched the full southwest and not found more attractive pieces than available at C&I. Mike and team made the purchase experience memorable and they worked hard to ensure the furniture was delivered and setup hassle-free and undamaged. Amazing folks with remarkable furniture and fixtures. We couldnt be more happy and recommend Cowboys & Indians highly.
