Vegan menu options. No lard added to beans or other fried or sauteed food. I had the vegetable tacos, came with a very delicious lentil soup, rice and beans. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Back patio area was covered, clean and nice to sit out in.

This is for Walmart delivery service. I paid the money for free delivery a couple of years ago and was never able to schedule a single delivery time after trying about 30 times. I asked for a refund and got it. With the new round of deliveries, I again paid about $100 to get free delivery. You still are asked to tip the driver, with a default for about 15% of the total. I believe this is based on your original order total, because when items are not available and your total goes down, the default tip does not. There are always things that are not available on my order. Almost every time there are things I paid for that are not delivered. Still, I am extremely grateful to the shoppers and drivers who kept me out of crowded stores during the worst of Covid. Five stars to you guys. One star to an online system that is still being worked out.

The prices are reasonable. However, its not a great place to get men shoes unless you dont care about style. I couldnt find any styles I liked in my size. The shoes in my size were not styles I liked. My wife also said their threads costed more than the sale prices at another store.

The layout is so consumer friendly its like other Walmarts but things are easier to find n shelves are stocked a good variety and workers available n helpful n actually know where things are .

They sell out of common items all the time. Last time I went to they only had one flavor of yogurt and no instant puddings or jello. Pretty poorly managed.

Great customer service today! Max in sports area assisted me with finding the bike I was interested in. He had to go to the back to find it. He was so helpful he even rang me out in that area so I didn’t have to stand in the long lines in the front.Thank you Max for your great service!!

Pretty nice for such an isolated Walmart. Removed a star because the cash register was open and the cashier was too busy flirting with the person in the next register. She also seemed pretty upset that I dared to walk up to a register WITH A LIGHT ON while she was busy socializing.

I always buy at Walmart, they have good products at good prices. But they have a serious problem. They do not update their offers and when you think they have brought you a product at a good price at the time of paying for it, the offer disappears and they always charge you more for the product, as if the offer had never existed. Do not trust the prices before buying and if you have doubts, take a photo.

At exactly 7:48 I enter the building and a guest greeter stops me, as he was talking to a vendor instead of greeting me into the store. The staff member told me I’m not allowed with my animal in the store. I asked him if I needed to show an ID, but he asked me why I have him with me in the store. I felt so ashamed that I didn’t know what to tell him, as other people where watching. I wanted to scream and run, but the staff member had his name tag backwards. So before I tried to get to my car, I asked the staff member to provide me with his name. The staff member the rudely asked me for my name, which I was happy to give him but he kept covering his name tag. Finally he shows his name was “Joseph”. Please don’t take your animal friends with you when “Joseph” is around, the other Walmart staff respected me and no one even bother to asked why I’m different. I tried to call the store but no one answer.

I am happy to see Walmart carrying my favorites. I appreciate Marie at self-checkout so very much. The greeters are kind and welcoming. I will return for staples. Very content with my Supercenter Walmart in Santa Fe. Thank you!

Enjoyed shopping at the Walmart Supercenter. The aisles were neat and orderly. The Walmart associates were friendly and helpful.

It is busy, very understaffed. SO BE PATIENT WITH THE EMPLOYEES. I waited 20 minutes in line at electronics to get a phone case and screen protector. There was only one girl, she handled herself professionally, she was the only reason I didnt give a 1 star review. Long lines every where you go.

My experience is that its great to each individual people that if its not at other Walmarts its guarantee to be at Walmart supercenters

Check your receipts! We bought a bottle of alcohol here and it came out to be much higher at the register than the price tag said. We told the manager and she said they can’t “change” the price because “it’s a law.” Maybe that’s true, but she had no remorse that something was mismarked. Then proceeded to tell me there are tons of things mismarked in the store! That is criminal! They are hoping people won’t notice the price difference between the shelf and the receipt. Will never shop there again.

Its a good store, I understand that they could be under staffed at times. But not having enough cashiers can sometimes be annoying. On the other hand I appreciate the fact that they continue to add more groceries in the way of organics.

The bread Department was hidden from me momentarily. When you walk in at the grocery side front door, look tho the right past the produce and you cant miss it. Its a nice store but set up so different with having the pharmacy on the grocery side but about the middle of the store. I give them two thumbs up? 👍🏻👍🏻

This location is terrible! Rude and incompetent employees who refuse to assist customers at every turn. This is not a complicated job to have. What’s more, management needs to get its act together, and hire those who aren’t completely inept. Pretty simple. I highly recommend Target, instead.

This Walmart is like a smaller Walmart in a huge space. I guess I was expecting it to be much bigger based on the outside. I didnt get lost inside which is a normal experience my first time at a supercenter. Lol. I spent a bunch of money here so, I guess it was a good Walmart. The check out lines were crazy long. This Walmart is brand new and should leave their guests with a great experience. Sadly the Customer service manager is a horrible person who likes to waste peoples time. She refused to price match a Walmart price and made up some ridiculous excuse that the only way to get the price as shown in the Walmart app was by doing a Walmart pickup order and coming back for it the next day. No thank you.

The customer service here is terrible! But the prices are good and theres a lot of variety to choose from. I went at 130pm today and the lines were crazy long. And I saw 2 managers walking around doing nothing. The cashiers have to bag the customers items. So, if you go be ready to wait in line for 30mins. During Covid. Its pathetic.

Close to my house and prices are always good.

When it comes to produce its not very good. Its expensive, always out of certain fruits and vegetables and they dont have many. Alot of times they dont have bags to put fruits and veggies in. Canned foods are ok but not a big selection. Its also very messy. They do have the best toys though.

So few people in the store but gigantic lines at the check out! A truly superlative store.

I cant remember his name now but I truly appreciate how he focused on my dilemma with not one shred of disdain or impatience. To see a true professional like the good old days, and in his early twenties no less, was a refreshing experience. Woot!

Why Walmart Supercenter is awesome? The store is my favorite place to go. I like to go shopping. I think the prices are great, to save money and live better. I would want to stay with Walmart Supercenter.

The clothes are different than the Wal-Mart on Cerrillos. Definitely making this place a once a month trip.

Mew electric carts that work!! Clean floors and new paint on the walls too. Has a cleaner appearance all over. Freezer department looked a little empty.

They now use brown bags for groceries. Should teach the baggers how to bag. You dont put your meat and chicken in the same bag as groceries. You dont put your apples and bananas on top of your bread.

Fried chicken burritos, extra crispy with extra sides of the chili sauce. Memorable and the only thing I ever order. I tried some strange taco one day and it was overfilled with lettuce and overpriced!

Everything in the store was out associates were not helpful at all rude. And to top it off they did not have any bags of any kind. So this is nota great place to shop

I purchased a table and chairs set a few days ago from the garden department. During the time I was there a team meeting was in progress in that same department. Dont understand how a Billion dollar company can run out of bags, and this is not the first time. This has happened on three other occasions.

Grocery pickup has left me waiting multiple times after telling me my groceries are ready. The guys running to the car are always nice, but this is ridiculouse. Notifying me that its done, then not even telling me my order isnt ready for over half an hour. They wouldve left me sitting there all night if I hadnt called. Then they wanted me to wait longer to have it pulled. Really sad.

Love the order online contact-less pick up, I think they should continue this after the pandemic and other businesses should offer it as well. So convenient.

Wonderful crew of folks working here. I was delighted to find organic produce and grass fed meat as well as uncured salami and ham! They also stock several New Mexico beers, including La Cumbre! And, of course, the store is full of a selection of affordable home items. Did I mention the lush Garden Center? I will definitely keep returning for the terrific prices and excellent selection. BUT, be prepared to wait outside in line for 20 to 30 minutes at peak times during this pandemic.

How was Walmart supercenter? It was out of bags today! Id use my own bags, but since they didnt let me walk in with bags, I stopped bringing them. Every time we go shopping, its a mess, because they always changing every isle around, cant decide where to put it or something. Especially the automotive section! They are always out of something I need! Last time they were completely out of brake parts cleaner. This time, I could not find a bottle of Lucas transmission fix, and all the automotive sealants, Permatex super glue, etc, were gone! I thought they kept that stuff in the same spot as brake parts cleaner, degreaser, etc. They did, but now they stuck some products somewhere else, and other products were nowhere to be found! Couldnt find any glass fuses either! What is there a shortage? Still on Covid time? Somebody stocking up on fuses and bought them out or is it considered a specialty part now? Whatever Wal-Mart! Always inconsistent!

After waiting 5 minutes for a propane exchange I went back into the store to remind the employee that I was still waiting since Ive waited up to 15 minutes at this store previously. Yesterday the record was broken! A 20 minute wait while employees are standing around chatting and tapping on devices is inexcusable and infuriating. Ive worked in retail in many capacities including management and all I can conclude is management doesnt care at this unit. After finally getting the exchange from an unapologetic employee and doing other shopping I again notice employees standing, chatting, tapping while shelves are in disarray, shelf tags are incorrect, and customers are, mostly, ignored. Again, this state of affairs is indicative of a lack of concerned management. Sad, really.

Typical Walmart. Lower grade due to the inconvenience of yet another remodel … and closed entrance. Awkward road to the entrance … turns that lead nowhere but gravel fields. Inside it is a Walmart. This one expects everyone to self-checkout. Not a good management decision.
