Stocked pretty well considering the day and age. Employees are plentiful and polite, although I would say almost too plentiful.Not cheap, not expensive.Ill go back.

This store is LONG overdue for some TLC and updates. Maybe a small expansion into the vacant adjacent space, but definitely needs some upgrades for their deserving customers!

Not one of the mega HEB just the plain old small town grocery store. Selection is good. Only lacks a deli which isnt a problem for me. Staff is friendly and usually dont wait for more than a couple minutes if store is busy.

Thankful HEB in Santa Fe was open! They had water, meat, some dairy fresh produce. Their staff is always friendly and helpful!

Very friendly associates and cashiers here. It is a little smaller/older HEB than what I was used to in my old town so they dont have some of the wierd stuff I buy, but overall it is a well kept and well staffed store. I forgot my buttermilk and an associate offered to run back and get it for me. That wouldve never been offered in my old town. It definitely left an impression on me. Keep up the great job guys!

This is for the young lady on register one today Saturday 30th at 4:30, I don’t know who hired her. She definitely needs to learn some manners and need to learn how customer service works.Very dry no greet or nothing very rude throwing my stuff around.Such nasty attitude, her rude face said it all.But as I was leaving for the next customer I remember her saying “hello ma’am how are you doing today?”Leaving the premises a little bit confused thinking what I did to her to be treated so rudely!Just moved to this town and I will never visit again.Very disappointed

Store is small but has pretty much everything. Not all customers were wearing masks and still granted service. Meh.

Ive always liked heb, you can get pretty much anything you need from there dispite the small size. I just have a little problem with them not enforcing their mask policy in this specific store.

Place not bad it is smaller then im use to but it is not crowded and had most all i needed so that was good been cool if it had deli but thats ok had everything else

We love our local HEB. The staff are amazing and always focused on customer service, so we remain loyal. The store is clean and organized, stocked, and mostly ready to meet the needs of the community. The only complaint I have is that the size of our community should qualify us for a Super HEB, but evidently the corporation does not agree. It will eventually happen, but who knows when.

Misleading prices on Clorox Disinfecting Wipes, 75 ct. The price tag under it stated $3.48. Which was actually for the product next to it.And for the Lysol Disinfecting Wipes 80 ct. Same thing. It showed $2.58 under it. But the price was for a 35 ct bottle. 😡👎🏼

Great place to shop friendly always has handicap carts

Refusing to shop here while they dont enforce masks. Hypocritical company that claims to care but wont do the bare minimum to protect employees and customers. Putting all those customers at risk and they dont have any say or choice.

This is a smaller HEB, so it doesnt have as many of the things you generally find at the bigger stores. It is going through an update, though, which can be frustrating because of things being moved around....but is also a good thing for the future. The people are awesome. Always kind and helpful. I do wish the Buddy Bucks machine would work more often 🙂

Really like HEB. Any of the stores are great for the items that they carry but I do like the Alvin one the best because I know so many of the people that work there and they are so friendly. Its really great to have a place that you go into and they are anxious to see you. I really like that

For the most part my experience was good most staff were very friendly and helpful. The cookie man that was stocking chips ahoy was really nice and helped me find my favorite peanut butter cookie. I was very disappointed with an older gentleman staff member who was completely rude because I did not have a mask on. I have a medical condition and will pass out. I make my children wear one and carry a cloth to put againt my face when I am next to someone (6ft). Its not like I want to get sick either but to wear it the whole time even if no one is by me I can not.People need to stop being rude and mean if they see someone not wearing one. Its mandated but NOT A LAW. No one wants to get it so maybe the certain people who are mean mask wearers, who like to tell everyone what to do, should stop and think maybe there is a reason why someone is not wearing one. I was thought in preschool dont judge a book by its cover. Mind your business and wash your hands. People need to go back to preschool

Our little Santa Fe HEB has made great efforts to improve by improving selection and cleanliness, and it shows. The staff is friendly as well. Even though its a smaller location, they have enough selection and fresh produce to keep me from having to drive to the one by the freeway.

Since the Corona virus started, all they have done, is go up and up on prices. You do not know if they will have what your looking for, or be out of it.

SF HEB is great. It will take me some time to get used to the new layout. But the Employees are always polite and helpful.

One GREAT thing about this store is their staff. Produce department is lacking....bad. I really wish they had more of a selection and they run out of stuff constantly, whoever does their ordering could use some help I guess. Their checkers are awesome. Jennifer needs to be promoted to a manager, shes their best employee hands down. Also, I need to mention Hope and Quade...always available with a smile and a lending hand. Great employees, lacking store. Hometown feel. HEB is great in Texas.

The HEB in Santa Fe is like stepping back in time. It hasnt been updated and has the look and feel of a small town grocery store. You can go through the whole store in about 8 minutes! They have a great selection and friendly employees. I like it! Sure beats the big HEBs that are often crowded and require taking a day off work just to get decent parking!

As of Feb. 2019 This H-E-B store plays the most irritating music I have ever heard in my life ! Come on people, this is Santa Fe, Tx. Play some decent music. Arlans is now playing country music and everyone seems to love it ! Most of the checkers in this store are unfriendly. They usually have 2 or 3 registers open, which is good. Produce pretty good...

I love HEB. They have THE BEST produce and meat selection. Everything is well priced, and they carry a good variety for the size of the store. Last, their staff is awesome. They are nice, helpful, and the lines move super fast.

You dont really want my opinion here. To limited. We NEED a BIGGER Store. Santa Fes store is nothing but a small over grown Convenience Store.

The staff deserves 5 stars. I just love this H-E-B and it’s happy, helpful employees. I really wish they would expand and have more of an Italian selection. I hate still having to order online for some items. I would love to see it grow.

HEB needs to add self check out registers. I dont like all these people touching my groceries such as the Checker and Bagger at times like this. The employees are not sanitizing their hands between customers. So basically they touched up to 100 other customers grocerys before I got there at the checkout register area. And where has everyones hands been?, Who really knows? HEB has taken some measures to protect against germs but in my opinion more can be done.

Santa Fe HEB had everything I needed. Was in the area and needed a few things. Stopped by there and saved me time from having leave from home again.

11/15/18I went to Santa Fe HEB and an old employee man is very insulting me about the eggs in front of the customers.... He thinks I swapped the eggs in a different egg carton.... I told him that I didnt touch another carton and he seems ugly. Ill report him to the store owner and have him FIRED. If he insulting me the last time and I will not go back there anymore. A young employee man double charged on the large Kale last month, he should return my money back.... I start saving all receipts just in case. The other employees are nice and helpful. Also, that place never carry fresh foods. I ate old foods and I was very ill sick, I double checked on the food that was 5 months old, no good.... Ill check on the expiration dates before purchase the foods. Updated, the employees didnt check on the bacon, they left it too long. It was expired in few weeks ago.... Im going to Dickinson HEB and get more fresh foods!

Small sweet store. They are doing a bit remodeling so you may get confused where the frozen stuff is until they are done.

HEB in Santa Fe is small. They have most of the basics but by the weekend they are out of things. Seems like they get the leftovers from other stores. The employees are nice and friendly. It would be nice if they had a deli or bakery.

Have been shopping there for a good time now. Store is clean and organized, staff is always friendly. I would really like for the store to be upgraded have Bakery, flower shop, etc. But over all its a nice quick stop last minute shop store.

Undercover prejudices

Very small HEB. No Bakery, no Deli and no meat counter. It has the staples that you need for most everything and its a decent place to shop. Wish it were bigger so I would not have to shop at the larger HEB.

HEB, Santa Fe, TX needs to upgrade the store. As in- a deli counter, meat/seafood counter, bakery. I guess what Im saying is we deserve a store like the Bay Colony location. I shop our HEB, but when I need deli/fresh bakery items I still go to Arlans. My husband loves snow or dungness crab at least once a month, so I always have to drive all the way to 45 and 646. It takes a long time. Santa Fe is growing so fast that I feel the upgrade of OUR HEB is very warranted. Thanks for listening to my comments.
