Horrible experience. Two of the employees assaulted me. One verbally the other physically his name is Jamie. Dont go to this store. We made a purchase of over $500.00 that day. My children and husband all bought boots and some clothing. The employee decided we were robbing the place. My advise, SHOP ELSEWHERE

!!!!!BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!Went in today because I needed a few necessities before work.Out of the 17 items 8 of them were priced a minimum of $1 more at the check out than on the shelf. 1 item was almost $6 more. I talked to the MOD and she said its not an excuse but our computers do the ordering for us we dont know prices and that they are short handed.Obviously the zone managers and the general managers are not competently doing their jobs ensuring that their store is managed and run properly or theyre just plain lazy..This was the last time I will shop here for anything.Another blemished and disgraceful business in New Mexico... surprise, surprise, surprise.By the way Walmart its not covid-19 causing your disfunction its your underpaid, untrained and/or lazy employees.

I went today to get a flu shot but the pharmacy was closed for lunch, so I decided to do a little shopping. I had decided to get my flu shot at Walmart because we received our Covid vaccines from their pharmacies and it was such a positive experience. I found the Dawn soap on my own and there was a woman stocking the shelves and I asked her where the small flashlights were and she pointed down the isle and said they were in sporting goods. I wondered through that area and could not find them. Then I approached another sales associate and waited patiently for her to conclude her transaction with another customer. She saw that I was waiting but proceeded to walk right past me when she was finished with the other customer. I asked her as she was passing if she knew where the flashlights were and she gave me the same information. She had been helping a customer get something out of a locked case. I finally did find the flashlights and, they too, were in a locked case. Im sure that she knew that I would have required her assistance but instead of telling me to wait for her so that she could assist me, she dismissed me. I would say hello to other sales associates and was ignored. It was such an unpleasant experience. Thankfully, there are other options to shopping at Walmart. It is not particularly clean, nor well organized, or friendly. I was reading some of the previous reviews and they are pretty terrible. Im glad that I am not alone, but it just confirms what I have always thought about Walmart - they are just in it for the money, could care less about the people that shop there and I would bet it is not a great place to work, if the attitude and behavior of their employees are any indication. Loved the old mom and pop stores of the past. They cared about their neighbors. These corporate giants are dispassionate and ruthless. If ever there was a time we needed kindness and compassion, it is now. Will be spending my money somewhere else. Not worth the time or aggravation.

I usually like going there because prices are better. The only thing I dont like is they seem to not stocked. I walk when I shop here most times. They never seem to have water stocked. I buy the small (kids) water and its not there everytime I shop here. But I like it more than the other grocery store here in Santa Fe.

The regular Walmart on Cerrillos Rd. Has such better customer service. Its a smaller store so less variety of items. And the lines are never as long as the Super Walmart. I dont mind going into this Walmart. The Super Walmart I try to avoid as much as possible.

The only place that had a caulking gun,the blue nor the orange, even barbor frate, go Walmart!! Hahaha

Good, usually has everything I want. This time the shelves were empty and mislabeled. Took a long time to find the correct price for eyedrops. An employee told me to use the app to scan the product. Finally I could find it. Wish the store would either post that info or properly stock the shelves.

I needed a vey specific size of battery for my car. A young man named Christian was stocking the battery shelves. He suggested that the battery might be in the back room inventory. About five minutes later he brought the exact battery I needed to me. He was incredibly helpful as the Walmart price was $40 below all other auto part store pricing. Thank you, Christian!

I was taken aback by how big it was and all of the variety they had a well as the artists part. It was AWESOME.

One of two Walmarts located in the area. This is the older of the 2. The setup is a bit strange on the inside but it is a typical Walmart when you get inside.

This Walmart has almost everything you can think of. When purchasing liquor here, took way too long to find someone to sell as it is all locked up. Maybe better off going to a liquor store instead.

Today was better than the last visit. Less people = faster check out! But it seems that I always end up with a checker that cant sell alcohol! Waited 15 minutes before I could check out with beer! 🙄

Seems like a well run Walmart. I needed a pizza pan, I asked an associate for help, and he led me right to them. 24 pan, made in USA, $4.75. Pizza cutter for$2. Whats not to like!

Has different stock than southside store. Seems like more groceries .

This is NEVER a good trip. I only shop out of necessity. The employees are mostly trash, the pharmacy seems to have the most ineffective antibiotics, the food is subpar, the justification is always COVID-19 and this store is held to a different standard. Its a perfect place to have me attend with your employees to show them what not to do when employed in customer service. Oh also they are really really good at calling the police on you whenever they THINK you may have committed a crime. Ill be posting a little more as I intend to meet with a lawyer soon regarding this stores standards.

They are really good and caring about my dog. They are very helpful and friendly.

This is a smaller Walmart. They did not have as much inventory as the big stores.The staff however was very helpful!

Its a good one stop shop for most part everything is easily located and accessible it accommodates all needs

If I could give it a negative number I would. This is the worst Walmart in the country. We have been to 14 States and never have we had a Walmart clerk ask for both of our IDs when my husband was buying beer. When I protested she said that she could just take the beer away, Walmart gave her that right. I showed her my ID and my husband said a couple of more times that this has never happened before and she threatened to take the beer again just for his attitude. All of this after trying to Traverse a store that is in complete disarray, isles with carts half full in the middle, shelves with almost no items, bathrooms that were absolutely disgusting three out of the five stalls in the Ladies Room were closed because of being stopped up and the mens room my husband said all of the urinals were unusable and all of the toilets were full 1 of which was overflowing. We had to wait in a line just to get a shopping cart. Well never do that again.

This location had several people wearing mask. Because customers and employees working at the store were wearing mask. They had about five cashiers working and there were several self checkout stations available. The store was quite busy but the prices are good and with five cashiers working the lines were not long at all.

Walmart is always easy, one thing to look out for is if you see the price on the shelf it may not be the correct price, I have brought items to check out with the price it posted on the shelf then its 2 or 5$ higher?? I then have to take a photo of the shelf price then have the cashier adjust the price, I wonder how many people over pay?? maybe a lot of people dont check. I would give a better review but when pricing is not correct and always in Walmarts favor it seems like a scam, a few bucks here a few bucks there... it all adds up and always in walmarts favor

Parking lot design sucks, store is crowded, but usually theres quite a few open self checkout lanes, so theres that. The supercenter is better, but this one has a decent selection of products if its the closer of the two.

The staff is helpful and they carry the things I like to buy.

9/10/21. stood in line over 30 min trying to check out in one of the only two lines open which moved at a snail’s pace. took 35 minutes to get 9 people through checkout. most of the self check were showing red lights. This is why I dont use Walmart anymore if I can avoid it.

Clean store, friendly employees. They will from time to time ask if you need help. Store is organized. And of course you cant beat the prices. I frequent this establishment often. One of my favorite places.

They had a few self check outs down but they fixed it pretty quick and I was in and out fairly quick.

The most impressive hat I may have ever seen was on an older man who told me that he has had it longer than girlfriends or wife.

We were going to sleep in this parking lot, but there are signs everywhere that say no overnight parking, no exceptions. Thats the only reason I gave it 2 stars.

Well stocked Walmart on the outskirts of Santa Fe. Prices were reasonable and it was easy to find everything.

Go their to do some shopping nice place to go not so expensive like other stores.

The Walmart in Sante Fe, NM is the massive. The amount of stuff they had was awesome. Very packed, and long lines. I suggest going through self-checkout.

Great Arts and Crafts the whole weekends, Fun Lots of Beautiful Arts,people were really nice Friendlys.

Most of the time, they sell what I need and at reasonable price.

Found everything I needed along with some extras. Great Variety and Value. Friday was probably my only mistake, very hectic and long lines.

Convenient online pickup options. Things could be better organized once inside at Customer Service for physical pickup. Two other customers who arrived after me were helped before me though I had been waiting in line for several minutes in the queue, next to be assisted.

After finding an item online showing it was in stock at this location, I speny 20 minutes looking for it with no luck. Finally found a sales associate who sent me to a non-existent aisle, then another who tried to do the same and said they couldnt help me. Wow. Wandered around until I finally found it on my own in a completely unrelated area. Very frustrating.

I like this store to get what I need. The only drawback is there are only two handicap shopping scooters. I had to wait 45 minutes for one. The employees were helpful though. The managers need to order more scooters so they can be charged and be ready for those that are handicapped ♿ or are elders. After all; many people shop at the store. Walmart need to be more responsive to the customers.

This Walmart doesn’t follow the same organization as other Walmarts normally do. This Walmart doesn’t even have a bakery.

Not the cleanest place, my last choice to buy groceries (poor quality produce and limited selection) and Ive encountered several miserable employees (Ive encountered a few nice and helpful ones too!). I imagine that the employees dont feel valued or respected by management & customers and therefore dont have much motivation to keep the store clean and taken care of... however, its the only place in town that carries the packing paper and printer ink for my business.

This walmart always seem to be lacking staff and enough cashiers. Only 4 of the self checkouts were open and we had to wait a long time. At least they had bags today unlike other times. The hand sanitizer dispenser only gives you a tiny drop that doesnt cover anything at all. No staff located to help with opening dressing rooms. Where is the staff at???

This Walmart almost felt like a Kmart.. People were helpful and surprising friendly. Felt comfortable and much needed.

Walmart has a little of everything. For a handicapped person (such as myself) one-stop shopping helps a great deal. Decent quality. Not high-end; not low-end. I use walmart.com all the time.

The people who work there were genuinely concerned with helping me. I found what I needed and got out.

Event though the store is organized the store doesnt flow. You cant assume where things might be.

They have a good selection of body products and other things but it’s really unsettling when you’re spending $60 at a store and you say hello to somebody at checkout and they don’t even care to say hi back you feel bad for spending money bad for being there. Quite unpleasant and it takes a lot for me to come here

Don’t even get the credit card.. I had mine forgotten and tried to use my electronic one and the manager turned me away “marina” or “Karina” was her name. I had a big subtotal. Why offer credit cards if you can’t use them! Super ridiculous.

There were numerous handicapped places, extremely busy store, only 3 riding carts. There were only 2 registers open, lots closed and we did self check out. I never heard of paying for your bags at Walmart. But here you have to.

Disappointed that several products were not in stock! Skim milk!? Lactaid ice cream, any flavor! Banana were not easily found in produce or in cereal isle or by checkout. Do people in Santa Fe not eat Bananas?

I know what I want or need before I go and that is what I get.

I bought a pair of pants, had no price tag, cashier used another pair of same pants to ring up. Pants did not fit. Returning the pants was horrible. Two female employes accused. Of bringing in pants from another store. Saying they dint sell that brand. I had to cry and beg for my money. I went grabbed 3 pair from rack just to show them they sold that brand. I hate this store employes are horrible

I find everything at Walmart and customer service is always friendly and helpful. Check out was the only issue, not enough check out stands . Line was very long.

Typical walmart, restrooms are much cleaner now during covid. The merchandise is not always available in correlation to what is on display. Otherwise it is a place where many items that are not available in this small City our accessible to local residents.

There is absolutely no overnight parking for semi trucks, campers, RVs, or pickup trucks with trailers. Used to be Walmart would accept these folks as we would spend money in the store while we rested. This is a different demographics then the East Coast. Overall the store itself is 3 stars just your average Walmart pretty tidy easily accessible location is pretty decent with a Murphys built into the parking lot with what I think is the cheapest Automotive fuel around.

Typical Walmart style. Lots of registers, but still long lines. They were sold out of Santa Fe t-shirts - the main reason we stopped.

I called ahead of time to pharmacy before I left florida on this trip.explained that I need one inj.called Rapatha, also explained that I received a grant so I dont pay for it..erything wasgreat. when the day of my inj.came closer and I explained again and they told me when it will be ready.I came in, puck it up and went home.there I opened it and realized they gave me TWO INJWCTIONS for which my grant cover but that created a problem for me because I was traveling and wasnt prepared to buy a cooler and ice, change it both daily, etc..other then that pharmacy staff was nice..

Store is a mess, shelves are very bare. Even looking past the fact the store is remodeling, its still a mess. If you call customer service for Amy reason, they either dont answer, or they hang up on you. In they future, I will go to Target or the other local grocery stores. Bye bye waimart!

This Walmarts pretty nice. I guess its not surprising Santa Fe is not exactly low rent. For me its definitely worth driving an extra hour to go to here instead of Espanola Walmart. Rich people get all the good stuff even the good Walmarts.

Always 100x better than Espanola, usually we make the trip to Santa Fe to shop here.
