Organized, pretty big inside, had a decent selection

Most of the employees are super nice and the store is pretty clean, especially for a Dollar General. I shop in this location at least a couple of times a week. This morning I walk in the door and was hollered at that it was senior only from 8am-9am. I had taken maybe 2 steps inside the door. I honestly did not know this was a thing right now and I think its a great idea but maybe they shouldnt SCREAM at customers unaware of the unsaid rule. There was no sign posted. Standing around with a group of your staff waiting like vultures to holler at the next non-senior customer to walk in the door is crude and rude.

I could find my way around with eyes closed. Employees treat me like Im family

Down here we call our local Dollar General The Mall since they have almost everything you need to shop for and dont have to drive into town (ten minutes) to get!!

I shop at this store at least 4 times a week. It started out fantastic! Nice new well stocked store. The help were always fantastic. Sadly it’s falling way short of that now the past couple of months. Their orders come in and they clog the aisles for over a week. The great staff are down to just a couple left! Many times I pull in and the cashier is outside smoking and all the stock sits on the floor. They are out of stock frequently on items I had regularly bought.I was happy to have a well run store but it’s falling into the same POS run store as the one on highway 6. Guess management doesn’t give a damn. Very sad!

The store on 646 is very clean and employees helpful and friendly. 6/)28 Sunday early mid day. I go to this store I have been going to like every other day. They hired a new lady. I have seen her twice. behind the counter both times she was really rude when I asked about an item. I will not go back in here. They are not even recommending face mask and as much money as I spend in there I dont deserve to be talk to like she talked to me. She went out of her way to help an unmasked customer that was in line ahead of me.

Standard Dollar General Store they got frozen foods they got unfrozen food laundry soap dish soap 91 now but they got a lot of everything

It was great. I did not have to go a big box store. I got everything I needed and was in and out quickly.

This is one of two new stores they have opened here in our town, bringing the total to four stores. These new stores are larger and have much more merchandise, especially in the grocery section. The staff at this store is friendly and helpful. My only issue is that the store is not particularly visible from the road if you dont know its there.

Dollar General in Santa Fe Texas is fairly new but every time we go in the store is clean and organized! The cashiers are always friendly and courteous!

Enjoy the convenience of this place! Employees greet u just as u walk in almost 100 percent of the time! Very helpful and awesome entertainment when u leave! They have senses of humor to make ur enjoyment of spending money! Lol.

In this store almost daily, friendly employees who have never been spoken to rudely to me as has been the case in some of the other stores. Very clean store even during remodeling. I will come here to avoid going to Walmart

Absolute horrible customer service by a woman many call Red (obviously called that for the horrible and completely unprofessional hair dye job). This place is brand new and I can not believe the ignorance of hiring an employee with so much to learn in the retail customer service industry. I have never been so utterly and completely disappointed in the quality of this employee and her actions will be taken up with corporate. Almost every time i come in to this establishment and she is working I want to cringe. Her unprofessionalism is only matched by her lack of any ability to filter the voices in her head that tell her to obliviously be the most condescending and ugly person she can to all her customers. If i could physically pay the corporate office of Dollar General to send her to a customer service seminar I would gladly do so. Maybe this would give her the skills needed to further her career in retail sales and keep her from falling into the obviously low class of society that she came from. I hope nothing more then she can put her problems behind her and represent the NEWLY BUILT establishment in a way that drives customer service instead of encouraging the customers to go else where.
