The new manager is always rude when I go in no people skills at all. I always over hear the employees complain about how rude she is. It used to feel good going in that store now you feel tension and lack of good management!!!

After self checkout. Magnetic tag was still on clothes. No one there removed them. Came back next day to have them removed. Doors were closed at 4 pm.

Machine didnt work properly and the clerk was rude. Acted like we were dumb and not following the prompts. We followed them, it didnt work. Maybe a more personal approach would be better. But it wont matter to me because I will not be returning.

I am giving Dollar General a 2 star rating for two reasons. One is because the brand Dollar General is not what it claims to be. One Dollar General had a COVID-19 outbreak and the general manager told the employees to wear gloves and dont say anything. The manager of the store left and wrote an email to the CEO stating what happened; including, how she will not work for a business that does not care for its employees nor the customers. The CEO claimed not to know what happened and issued a shutdown that last for approximately 3 days to clean the store. Reason two because of the two stars is because of the employees. It would be rated one star but the employees deserve some recognition. From rude customers to even more rude, disrespectful, and down right evil managers, they are the definition of underpaid and overworked. Please just tell them thank you and stay safe in Dollar General.

I am making sure it is known that the Hispanic lady that works here..... was the most rude and cruel lady I everrrr encountered in any store.... I left immediately after she was rude... Never step foot in that store again....

They are a decent store employees work hard and are generally not appreciated by upper management and each employee do the work of at least 2 people. This store needs a few more products that many of their stores carry

Great prices for food! Super affordable rates for low income needs. Unfortunately, the only problem we had with our visit was that the space was super difficult to get around due to all the inventory boxes waiting to be put on shelves. Other than that, great visit! We will return soon!

This store has Changed so much in the last two months. They now have a new manager named Tracey and every time I go in she’s very friendly and very helpful. She’s always busy stocking shelf’s and cleaning up the store, and let me tell you this store before used to look like a dump so I had stopped shopping at this store but since I heard that there was new management I decided to check it out and WOW what a change so now I’ll be shopping here again. If you were disappointed before at this store and stopped shopping here like I did too, give it another chance it has gotten sooooo much better.

FAMILY DOLLAR IS WAY BETTER! Ive never shopped at this store before & I went for the 1st time just the other day & the cashier (The Girl Who Looks Like A 13yr Old Clown) was very rude & everyone who says the store is clean needs to know what clean is! It looked like a tornado hit & its like, What Do These Workers Do While On The Clock? Not straighten up or clean thats for sure. So Im NEVER going back to this store & Ill refer to my family, friends, acquaintances & strangers to go to Family Dollar better!

Was trying to return an item thst didnt work and the scanner wouldnt scan my receipt so I wasnt given a refund. Will not shop there again.

Surprisingly, this store has some really good buys, many of which are less expensive than at Walmart or Big Lots. The quality of most items is fair to good. The most disturbing aspect is that the store is overcrowded with merchandise, so the aisles are difficult to maneuver in. This makes the store look unkempt.

As a teenager without a lot of cash, I go there all the time! Some stuff its best to stay away from, but overall; the shop is in good condition and the customer care is GREAT! (considering its just a dollar store) Its also in a great location. Great store!Update 5/13/18Theres been some staff changes (also Im no longer a teenager), but the store had definitely changed and not for the better. The staff arent as welcoming and the stores not the image of clean. Still affordable though.
