Great souvenirs, HORRIBLE staff!! Was never greeted among entering, or acknowledged when checking out. Staff was just standing behind the counter talking about personal errands, drama, and on their phones laughing. Was never offered any help and the owner only seemed to care about getting money when customers were paying. She was very rude to the customers behind us. Easy to see why there are so many shoplifter signs on their windows. INATTENTIVE STAFF!! Sincerely hope this gets corrected, as they have many unique souvenirs at a reasonable price.
Wonderful souvenirs. Stop by when exploring the heart of Santa Fe
Just off the plaza in the heart of Santa Fe. They sell great items for souvenirs as well as great snacks!
This is a wonderful shop for gifts. The store kept going on in the back. Thought I was to the end, and there were more rooms. The room clear in the back has 50% off stuff. I was able to get all of my shopping done here. Prices are all reasonable. The staff was very nice. She even wrapped my fragile purchase up so it would be safe.
One of my favorite gift shops in downtown Santa Fe.
Love this place. Perfect for out of towners looking for souvenirs. I ended up there 3 times in 2 days because there is so much good stuff.
This store is packed full of amazing goodies! My husband and I looked for a long time and still didn’t see it all. I even found a book my aunt wrote! How cool!
I really liked this store. The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful in helping my choose a silver bracelet, explaining the differences in styles and costs. There was no pressure to buy anything. Santa Fe has so many gift shops and stores such that it seems harder to make choices, so this store was a good one for me. There were a number of other types of gifts from which to choose and so for me it became a one-stop shopping spree. I purchased two bracelets, Native American pottery, and more.
Fun store with endless stuff
Fun. Reasonably priced local items. Adults and childrens items. Great for tourists and good for local essentials.
We bought from them a wide range of small handicraft articles (primarily, native American tribal pottery of different forms and tribal origins, a night lamp, and decorative coasters) that could fit in suitcases, while we were in Santa Fe, New Mexico. In our experience, this store offered the widest range of pottery and gift articles *for the most reasonable prices* in all of Santa Fe. We would consider buying larger pottery from this store if we were to visit Santa Fe again.
Great gift shop! Lots of Santa Fe New Mexico branded products and lots of shirts magnets and stickers!
I have taken a lot of visitors to this shop but after the way my mother was treated the other day in there...never again. The young woman rang up her purchases with an angry scowl and when my mom asked her to wrap up a few small items in paper to prevent breakage, she acted like it was SUCH a terrible imposition. When I pointed out that I didnt appreciate her horrible service, she just glared at me...I wondered if she was capable of speaking. Turns out she was. When I asked to speak to someone in charge, she said, No ones in charge. More angry glares. When I asked the only other employee to tell me who was running the store, he said, No one. Lovely. Dont worry, you wont see me OR any of my guests there again.
Rude staff, and the cashier tried to overcharge me for items. If you’re looking for souvenirs just go to the five and dime.
Good place for souvenirs
