I recently purchased a ring for my girlfriend their and we returned it 3 weeks ago because we found a better deal else where they have my ring their and I still have not gotten my refund. Everytime I go in or call they say they dont have money to refund me. Im getting impatient with Gabe and his crews excuses its a lot of money owed to me. This is the worst costumer service I have ever gotten from anywhere.
It took 20 minutes of standing, just to get these people to acknowledge you. Let alone help you.
I took my daughter to Zales tonight to purchase a gift that she had been wanting to purchase for quite some time. We walked in to the store and there were 3 associates working. One of them was helping a family and the other two were helping a couple. We waited patiently for over 30 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. We were never greeted and they never even made eye contact with either of us. We finally walked over to Kay jewelers to see if they carried the jewelery we were going to purchase. When we walked in to Kay they acknowledged us immediately and were extremely nice. Unfortunately they did not have what we needed. We returned to Zales and continued to wait. Finally after another 15 minutes I made eye contact with one of the girl associates and she very rudely said they would be with us soon. We continued to wait for help as 2 of the associates continued to help the same couple. After another 15 minutes I walked up them and said Can one of you please help us? We just need to purchase a ring, and dont need help with anything. The woman associate with a pixie hair cut rudely walked over and said What ring do you want? She barely spoke to us and when she did was extremely rude. I could not believe how bad thier customer service was and how bad they treat people who wait patiently and want to spend money in thier store. If you can avoid this store at all cost.
I came in and spoke to a girl she was supposed to get diamonds in so my fiance can upgrade my diamond on my wedding ring. She said they would be in and I could come in a week later to see them which would be on my birthday. I come in a week later and guess what? they dont have them. I got an excuse it felt like because the ball was dropped. I was extremely upset as she said they would be there a week later for me to see them, they should of been honest with me or at the very least keep the communication. This was my birthday gift so we eneded up going right next door to Kays and bought the diamond same day and the ring will be ready before the Wedding. Zales just lost a few thousand dollar sale to their neighbors due to the lack of communication and not following through with their word. I Hope this didnt happen because my fiance and I look young and we were not taken serious. I dont know what it was but we were going to get a diamond regardless and we did. It could of been Zales sale.. so maybe next time keep the communication and follow through as that was not done, she TOLD me they would be in not that they had to be tracked down from another store. The manager was even involved with this as far as which to order... dont tell me one thing and then come up with something else when it doesnt happen.I was a sales person in retail as well and the last thing I would of ever done was not commit to my customer and lose a sale because of it.
Very poor customer service got screwed out a ring that I purchased several years ago.... now they claim that they cant record of the purchase after it got serviced the pasted 15 years...and on its last visit to their store for service it returned broken and wont fix or replace it... I claim ZERO STAR ON THEIR BEHALF
The lady that did my purchase was nice however when I came back to return the ring there was another lady there that had a bad attitude towards me they couldnt return the money back in cash so she put it back on my card. She began to say that all depends on your bank is how long it will take to hit your account. Come to find out that it is all on them not the bank . Furthermore, when I did the return they would not refund my warranty because I used it to get sized. $80 in the hole . So I went to Kays jewelry and talked to them over there and asked about the return of warranty and what not and Kay jewelry said that they do a full refund.IM LEAVING A BAD REVIEW BECAUSE THE GIRLS THAT WORK THERE HAVE BAD ATTITUDES. AND TREATED ME LIKE I WAS A JUVENILE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO ZALES AGAIN!
Customer service is really bad here in santa fe. I will be shopping in albuquerque from here on.
Actually Zales at the Santa Fe Place does not deserve a single star! That store is a huge disaster from the computers always being slow or down to the incompetence of the girls that work there.... NEVER AGAIN!!!!! To anyone that goes to that store ALWAYS keep your receipt handy!

Always something different very rude service. Compared to the service we had in West Virginia this place sucks. I have always reccomend sales but not after this experience. Never again will we purchase from them.
Very RUDE ASSOCIATES!! Manager is immature and disrespectful. Store is disorganized and dirty. I drive to Albuquerque for business.
