Just went to this store because her costumer service was good but got home to my hotel and my 140$ “real sterling turquoise” has already tarnished my finger. I am super upset considering I went back to this location under the impression this was an authentic jeweler and art shop. Super disappointed.I even asked multiple times if it was sterling silver and turquoise and she swore up and down her jewelry is real.

Fantastic customer service. Ordered a few things and received free 2 day shipping which is unheard of these days. My items were packaged nicely and everything was exactly what I purchased online. Thanks for having such great customer service when others are taking advatage of todays situations for their benefit.

The owner of the shop, Barbara Rice, advertised a mesquite box with purple turquoise inlay. My father purchased it for full asking price, $130, off the site and had it shipped to me, knowing I was looking for a burled mesquite box. However, upon arrival the box is scuffed and worn in places and when you open the lid it has the artists signature and says Black Walnut. When I called the shop they were very friendly and concerned and provided me with the owners personal cell phone. I spoke to Ms. Rice once, and she offered to have me return the box for a refund. I did not find that acceptable and suggested she send me one of the mesquite boxes shes currently showing, assuming they are really mesquite. She refused to answer or return my calls, left on her voicemail and at the shop, and basically sold my father a black walnut box masquerading as burled mesquite and with about $30, on the high side. Maybe her shop is great in person but both her site and attitude leave something to be desired.

This has to be my favorite store/place in Santa Fe. I love the history and the lady that works there was so friendly and had to show us around. There are so many rooms so many little boutique type Gallery Places, women’s boutique and a fun courtyard. Two floors of fun. I WOULD recommend you shop there.

The Turquoise Butterfly is a gift shop/gallery located in the downtown area. They have lots of different types of art and lots of rooms to browse in. You will find art that cant be seen anywhere else in Santa Fe! It is well worth your time to seek this store out and look at what they have. Jewelry, Clothing, Pottery, and Turquoise Inlaid Furniture is found throughout the rooms. They also have a courtyard next to the store which has unique items in it and you can also eat and drink at Tanti Luce which is part of the courtyard. Eat, Drink and Shop! The store is located right across from the Santa Fe River, so you can take a break and rest in the park there as well...best store in Santa Fe!

Enjoyed the ultimate Santa Fe experience at the Turquoise Butterfly where we were able shop, drink and dine all at the same time. They had a wide array of fabulous finds in jewelry, furniture, clothes and unique gifts. Plan on doing more of my Christmas shopping online at their website.

Turquoise Butterfly is a MUST stop when you are visiting Santa Fe. Not only do they have amazing items from local artists, but there is also an outdoor courtyard with shopping too! If you buy an item you cant fit in your bag, no problem -- they will ship it for you!

My husband and I recently visited Santa Fe New Mexico and while there we visited a very unique store call the Turquoise Butterfly. This store is absolutely fantstic and should be on everyones must visit list. The store is in a very unique old building with a great amount of charm and interest. The quality of the merchandise is extremely high with a variety of unique items. Here you can find one of a kind jewlery, pottery, clothing, furniture and more. I found some great gifts as well as some treasures for myself. The mesquite furniture is amazing. The store also has a two story courtyard that overlooks the river where you can dine and have drinks and continue to shop in the courtyard area. Next time you are in Santa Fe visit the Turquoise Butterfly - you will not be disappointed.
