They have all the stuff you need that you dont want to spend a lot of money. Laundry baskets looked a lot more sturdy than some of the other ones I have seen ar grocery stores or other box chain stores.

Really nice and all the employees were helpful. Everything was neat didnt have a hard time finding anything.had hand sanitizer everywhere to keep clean from covid.

Furniture staff (Gil) provided excellent service and is extremely knowledgeable and courteous. A rude woman treated him badly, he did his best to accommodate her issue, but some customers will never be happy..He then graciously assisted me with my furniture request. Thanks

If you have ADD do not go into this store...if however you are up for a shopping adventure with super cool finds at every turn, check this store out! Some may say disorganized but I say strategically organized. Impulse buyers beware, lolAlso, just kidding about the ADD...

HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE....🤬😡We showed up @9am from Albuquerque to pick up some couch3s that were ordered the day before. As we arrived at 9am they had a sign will open @10 due to no staff. I leave come back at 10 immediately they change the sign to 11. I leave n return @11. Still closed. Called n they manager was very rude n no regard for us as a customer waiting to pick up furniture ordered n paid. After couple more hrs. Had to leave @2. With big lots still closed waiting for staff. NEVER AGAIN SHOPPING HERE. 🤬😡

Came to store to purchase a soundbar i saw on the website.When i arrived to buy it went to the aisle it was suppose to be and was not there an associate said soundbars are the most stolen items in the store and apologized for not having the soundbar in stock even though the website said otherwise.Upon walking away i spotted the sound bar pushed far back on the top shelf and told him there it is its up there pushed all the way to the back.When he handed it to me my excitement went way down as on the box was a clearance sticker and the words written in sharpie marker MISSING POWER CORD AND REMOTE CONTROL FROM $40 TO $20 because missing items especially the items needed to operate the soundbar.Why not write it off and throw it away instead of advertising its in store.TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Its ok, doesnt have some of the things that other Big Lots have in bigger cities. It could also be cleaner, but, it is a Big Lots and my expectations are not that high.

This store is like a step up from a dollar store. I also saw items priced higher than walmart. I cannot understand why anyone would shop there. The cashier was nice.

I love the new set up. Too many thieves in the area. Security is needed or we will lose this store.

Store is clean, great prices. We ordered bedding online and picked up in store. It took quite a while to figure out who to talk to. Workers didnt know what to do it was a little annoying. But all together good customer service.

They rearranged the store more open now good bargains

Nice store. One of the employees had a big wheeled cart to carry boxes and I accidentally bumped my cart backing up and turning to get out of his way and he said nothing. He looked irritated. So the customer service can improve. This was in Santa Fe, NM. He was an older man so maybe he wasnt in the best mood. But CS is his job. Other then that we like the Big Lots in SF. Have been going for years.

Not open at the time displayed on the door. A woman at the register saw me and let me wait outside in the cold for 14 minutes until she opened the door... this big lots normally has awful customer service so it’s understandable that this time wasn’t any different.

I like BL for its seasonal items but I was here to purchase a matress. Unfortunately the male worker was too interested in a female (friend?) as he never asked me if I needed any assistance. So after waiting 15 minutes looking at said mattresses, I left to another matress store.

My Girlfriend found an item she was looking for. Hard to find, and get Furniture in this area. Staff members do not appear to be as knowledgeable as they should... Reliant upon one or two members to help customers fully.

Every time I go in the store there a longer Que line. Its worse than the airport . now there are 3 or 4 new cash registers for check out but still only one cashier.

I hadnt been here in like 17 years took my grandkids to buy the barbies I was pleasantly surprised very clean stocked manager great job revamping.

We ordered something and it was to be delivered, paid for delivery, then we got an email that it was canceled because we didnt pick it up. Luckily the guy who delivers for them got it straightened out and delivered it.

Products are ok, service was bad, the staff was very unfriendly the store was very messy. Its changed since the last time I was there😟

First I have to let you know I totally taken off guard that there was no one securing the number of people walking in to the store during this Covid19 issue then as you manuiver the set up of the store shelves quite empty, supplies boxes of items stacked in between rows of shelves throughout the store, do messy unkept shelves, no clear notice informing customers the procedure to properly check out. Finally I empathize for the employees they are overwhelmed and I did not find what I needed to purchase.The last time I went to the store everything was in order, seasonal sales inviting, clerks helpful and very clean.Hopefully, the safety health to protect everyone from a Covid19 crisis.

It was great! Employees were very helpful.The store had been re-done a bit, and seem to be nicely stocked and displayed. My only complaint is that the shopping carts are way too big for the aisles. I had fun at their 20% off entire purchase sale! Still going on tomorrow.. 😁

We had a pleasant experience at all three Big Lits that we visited. Santa Fe, Coord and Zuni. They were very helpful in helping us with buying furniture.

Very rude waited for help in furniture for an hour. When helping us man gave us very rude responses and rolled eyes. Very unprofessional.

Very good storm a little difficult due to the heavy snow. Clesn and helpful adsistance with questions regarding our purchase full mattress set.

Big Lots has become so much nicer to shop at. I complemented 2 employees on how clean and organized the store looked compared to my passed visits. Kudos to Management and Employees and keep up the great work.

They have nice furniture at reasonable prices, but, it goes fast and you might get put on a waiting list if they run out. They also sell Broyhill furniture.

Very unpleasant experience purchasing furniture here. The layaway process is pointless. I put money down on a table to be picked up within a week. When i arrived, i was told it was sold and that i have to call every Tuesday and reserve the product to be saved when their shipment truck arrives(hmm isnt that the point of layaway and purchasing the product in advance? For them to hold the product for me?). Anyway be aware_if they dont have what you want then and there do not bother. Just a big headache.

I love this Big Lots location. Everyone is so courteous. One of the employees, Rebecca, even went out of her way to get me a cart while I was on the other side of the store because she saw me holding everything. Even the cashiers were very nice people. Amazing service, right staff. The greatest part is that they know where everything is.

Sometimes things are stale like the peanuts but no hassle returns make up for it!

Prices are good and people are helpful I like it I go back again and again and again

Very poorly managed. There was a long line at the only open register and the cashier called for back up. At least two people in front of us left without making a purchase. The manager showed up after the line had gone down. He asked the cashier what he wanted him to do about it because he wasnt a cashier. A manager should be willing to do any job necessary. That shows me that he doesnt care about the customer. Only gave two stars because the cashier handled the situation well. Otherwise it would have been one star.

This location is clean and open. And they have layaway for the furniture which I absolutely LOVE! The staff was helpfully and friendly as well and the restrooms were pretty clean. I always feel like bathrooms could use more attention.

Big Lots is just that. A lot of cheap stuff (their brand) of dubious quality and a spattering of name brands very well priced. Can pick up some deals if you shop with care.
