The second time from out of state.Both were the most pleasant experience with a dealership.He was fair, professional, personable and best of all, we were completely satisfied with our purchases.He even called to make sure my husband made it home safe to arizona. The owner Paul Proestos is a rude and unprofessional stereotypical used car salesman. What a waste of time! Several days after I spoke with him about finding a used truck for me, he informed me via text that he wasnt going to bother. Their website says they assist with vehicle search, and he had told me he would be working on it. Today he texted me you could manage that yourself... My plate is full. Good luck What a liar and unreliable, trashy person!

When a car dealer makes a dream come true well, it is the closest thing to heaven on earth.I recently purchased a 2001 BMW Z3 Dakar Yellow from Santa Fe Auto Showcase.Truth I was dealing with a professional. Paul and his sales consultant took care of the the paper work with no issues. I was planning to drive back that night however, Andreas the sales consultant suggested an overnight stay at a local hotel. The concerns were timing and the weather. You see I flew in from San Antonio, Texas. My plan was to drive home that night, a good thing I didn’t because it snowed a little and well I was not familiar with the roads.I did make it back home safely after the eleven hour drive. After I arrived home I was so excited to have met such wonderful people who made the transaction so effortless and who cared for my well being that I shared the purchase with some close friends. To this day the car receives attention however, I get to inform all that Santa Fe Auto Showcase is where they need to look should they need a better car.My thanks to Paul, Andreas, and Susan for everything, most of all a cherished memory.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I went in there today to purchase a car and the man I dealt with had the audacity to address me as sweetie. Im not a relative, Im not a friend, Im a customer. To be patronized as such because Im a woman in the market is disrespectful and unnecessary. The staff is rude, and unhelpful, hard-headed and condescending. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Unfortunately, I have to amend my original stellar review. After owning the vehicle for a year, I went back to visit the owner. He had said previously that if I ever needed anything please come talk to him. After I was informed by Discount Tire that my supposedly “brand new tires” were in need of replacement so soon, I simply went by with a friend (who had encouraged me to purchase from Paul) to ask his opinion. What transpired next left both of us stunned.The owner told us both to leave and said some very unkind things to my friend who used to work with him (and referred me).He deserves a negative rating after that very unprofessional encounter. He was a typical used car salesman after all—big on sales and short on service. I cannot emphasis how surprised and disappointed I am.
