Talk about Above & Beyond! The service department took in my 2009 Land Rover yesterday looking like something the cat dragged in. The electric company had dropped a bolt through my sunroof, not only did they fix that, but my car came out feeling like a brand new car. Between Eric and Carlos and their help, I am so very pleased. Would dream of going anywhere else.

I have been a customer at Land Rover Santa Fe for nearly 10 years. I have an older LR2, which is not high in the pecking order if youre familiar with the product line. Eric has been my service advisor the entire time. The team at LR Santa Fe has always done a great job, but recently they outdid theirselves when I had a mysterious error come up that could have been life-ending for my prized 12 year old LR2. It took over a week of diagnostics to find the problem, but they figured it out - and got me a ride to the airport in the meantime for an important trip! Im new to town and this is the first time Ive used Land Rover of Santa Fe I think it was pretty easy. I dropped my car off they then dropped me off at my house The car was done within 3 hours and when I got there it was easy to check out and the car was spotless they really did a good job in cleaning it overall I was impressed

I love driving my Range Rover Sport (cant stand the user experience of the entertainment system; bluetooth has never worked right, etc).But I love this dealership! Great attitude, always trying to make it better and responsive when I need it (Like fixing the passenger side mirror in less than 15 minutes without an appointment, after I slid off the road [even in a Range Rover!] and sideswiped a tree).
I had called about a plastic piece on the exterior passenger side windshield. I asked about if it was difficult to replace? I was told “no” that it wasn’t difficult but they could put the piece on in less than and hour for about $30. Well, it was done in about 30 minutes. The part online was about $80, so I thought this would cost about $110 to $130. I was $100 off. $230 for a plastic piece with 5 screws and clips. It looks like new but I did not feel like I was given the correct information over the phone! Three stars is generous but the people in the shop did a great job and I can’t criticize them.

Eric has always been more than helpful too. he keep you up to date on the time and the repairs. i could take it to other shops but, if you have a complicated land rover repair, its more than worth it to go to the experts.

Always great service!There was a nail in the tire, took the Velar to a tire shop where they wanted to replace all 4 tires saying a repair was not possible. We went to Range Rover Santa Fe the next day and they were able to repair the tire for $26! RR Santa Fe is staffed with honest and talented professionals!

Unexpected!I had a list of annoying small problems with my 2019 Range Rover Sport, and called LR of Santa Fe to schedule service. They got me right in, and listened to my list. They fixed everything in a few hours, washed my car, and handed me a bill for $0.00. Several hours of work for free. I am between annual services but I will take it to them when it’s due. They earned my business. Eric took the time to personally fix a navigation issue for me.Couldn’t be more pleased.
Driving through Santa Fe, I had an instrument panel completely blank on me. The dealership service department troubleshooted the problem and came to the conclusion that I needed a new panel. Unfortunately, due to COVID, it took almost 3 months to get the parts. Fortunately, Eric in the service department didnt hesitate to get me a loaner and let me get on my way to CO. He also took care of some other issues while I managed my scheduled to be able to come pick up the car. The exchange was seamless, the car worked great and looked good as well with the cosmetic fixes I asked for. The only suggestion, hence only 4 out of 5 stars, would be a bit more communication along the way, keeping me updated on the situation without me initiating the call. Great job!

I was working with the General Manager, Peter, via phone regarding a Certified LR4. He was incredibly nice and helpful, and I let him know that I was also considering another LR4 in Atlanta, that wasn’t certified and was about $12k less. I wanted to purchase Peters, but just wanted to understand the price difference. Peters immediate response to me was, “if you want to purchase a lemon, then good luck to you”. I never said I wanted him to match the price and would’ve purchased from him for what we were discussing. He immediately flipped from kind and friendly to rude and condescending, without ever even trying to understand my question. I’m not purchasing the LR4 from this dealership just because of the way I was treated, for no reason. Unacceptable and absolutely not what I expect from a Land Rover dealer.
Selection of vehicles is not great, but for a small city it is decent. The helpful gentlemen was what made the experience good. He was very mellow and not intrusive. Overall the dealership had a nice environment. I would recommend stopping in before traveling further. Management was great at addressing every concern.

I was traveling from Colorado to Houston Texas when a warning light came on my 2019 Landrover saying DEF dosing was malfunctioning. And vehicle will not restart in 170+ miles. I made it to Santa Fe dealership and Eric had my vehicle in service in a couple minutes. 45 minutes later I was back on the road. Eric and service were awesome.

I went in for a simple manufacture issue (sunroof drain plug leak) and our LR4 needed a new cabin filter. Before replacing it they called me and made me aware of the cost. The Range Rover customer service was there when I needed them! Have a diesel and was low on DEF fluid. They took care of it in 20 minutes as I was driving though town!!! Thank you to everyone who helped that morning (they even took my car in before they opened)!
Car is nice but did not have some must have features on it as explained by sales person gas door does not lock when car is lock no blind spot warning on mirrors I think any new car should have those features and should be told of options once that can or need to be on this nice cars but the car itself performance wise is good

Driving through Santa Fe on vacation and needed an alternator replacement. All of the service staff were friendly and helpful in working with a warranty company to get partial reimbursement for the work. Truck trouble while away from home is never fun, but they made it relatively easy.
