Have you ever wondered what it’s like to drive a Lexus? Today my low tire indicator light came on. I drove in to the service area of Lexus of Santa Fe to see if they would take a look at my tires? The service advisor said if I had 30 minutes to wait? In 30 minutes I was on my way. The waiting area had a nice coffee bar and a fireplace with comfortable chairs.Thank you Lexus of Santa Fe!

Unless its an emergency you should save your money and order from Lexus dealership in Colorado maybe Albuquerque these guys are about $7 more expensive on an oil filter alone than what I was paying you can also look online and find Lexus dealerships that have a storefront that are cheaper parts than these guys unless its an emergency dont spend your money here. Please dont support these guys especially when they want to treat us locals that are trying to fix our vehicles like some out of state tourists dont be afraid to compare prices at other Lexus dealerships see for yourself

I own three cars and SUV’s from Lexus. I even enjoy going to the dealership but Lexus of Santa Fe falls way short. One’s experience is always a reflection of the people that help you. Lexus of Santa Fe should start looking at their staff starting with the phone receptionist. The most unhelpful person. She made me feel “why am I bothering her by calling”.

I can not say enough kind words about this lexus dealership. They have truly saved our day today!! We hopped of I-25 to go to Starbucks. Pulling out of Starbucks, a plastic trim piece on our car started to drag. We pulled into the lexus dealership. The wonderful salesmen understood our problem and became our knight in shining armor. From within his desk drawer, he produced a 10mm wrench. And without further ado, proceeded to remove the plastic trim piece and place it in our trunk. Today is labor day Monday. I am fairly sure there is not a shop open for miles. I am so incredibly grateful to my knight in shining armor AKA the lexus salesman and his 10mm wrench.

My Sales Professional, Christopher Ortega, was an absolute pleasure to work with. There was no pressure, I didn’t feel rushed. Worst car buying experience ever. Even with credit union approving my loan, the still wanted me to go with their lender. So after spending almost 5 hours there, I ended up calling another dealership that would honor my pre approval from my credit Union. Lexus of SF got greedy and lost a sale. I will say salesman Adrian was great though.

I had my 50,000 mile service on 2017 Lexus 350. Adam was professional, following COVID guidelines and my car was returned sanitized as well as the key fob. All service was completed in a timely manner. I have been using the Maintenance Department at this dealership since 2013. They are consistently excellent.

I highly commend the service I recently received at Lexus of Santa Fe, especially during the pandemic. Everyone was very nice, but I want to especially commend and thank Kendall who recommended me to your shop and she was the person who assisted me in getting my car serviced. She was very professional and a true joy to work with. She went out of her way to ensure I fully understood the problem with my car and the cost involved and arranged for me to use a loaner vehicle until mine was fully repaired. I felt very comfortable with Kendall because as a woman who doesnt know much about cars, I am often intimidated by men who talk over my knowledge and I often feel that I am overcharged by other shops. I took my GS 350 in for the fuel pump recall work. Service identified several items that should be addressed on the vehicle. I had the transmission and rear differential fluid flush and fill performed. I dont like to have all regular service performed at the dealership because the services are so outrageously overpriced. Example, the price to install 6 spark plugs is $585.00 + Tax. Thats $100.00 per spark plug. I purchased the exact model spark plug for $7.99 each at OReilly Auto Parts and installed them in two hours. The service staff are lovely, professionals who treat people great. They dont set the prices for service and I dont hold them accountable for corporate practices. I just wont pay those prices and that is why I wont go to Lexus of Santa Fe for service.

A few times a year me & my husband Jim take a trip from our home in Summit Conty Colorado to beautiful Santa Fe, NM. During our trip 10/11/20 Jim lost the key to our RX 350 in addition my key showed low battery sign. We went to your dealer on Cirillios Rd and told our story to Juan Montoya the parts manager. He immediately replaced my key battery & order us a new key for Jim. Next day we were ready to return home without a need to extend our stay. Thanks to Juan we enjoy our trip to Santa fe. All Lexus dealerships are top-notch and Lexus of Santa Fe is no exception. This is one of the main reasons we have and will continue to drive Lexus vehicles. I appreciate that I can drive in for service and my keys off and hop in a loaner vehicle with no hassles. Lexus always gives a complimentary wash and vacuum even if you dont have service. Its a nice treat to grab a cup of coffee and donut and some water whenever stopping by.

I saw the 2014 Jeep Cherokee on Saturday and pretty disappointed on the appearance of the Jeep. The inside obviously wasnt completely clean, being with the covid-19 going on... Hair on the seats, back door noticably dirty, the steering wheel was dirty to the touch. A few cosmetics flaws were expected to be found on the used vehicle but I did not expect to find a broken taillight. The salesman that approach us wasnt sure how certain things were done at the dealership.I hope for your future customers a little more attention will be attended on your used vehicles.

Just bought a used 2017 ES 350, and cannot recommend Lexus of Santa Fe more! My wife and I made an appointment to test drive the car last weekend just for research purposes. I was immediately impressed by how friendly and attentive all the staff were (shout out to Danny and Harlan). Steve Robinson was my salesman and was the epitome of professional in working with me on the price, preparing all the necessary paperwork, and coordinating the financing. It was also a pleasure working with James Curvin on completing the financing paperwork today. Both gentlemen made sure we were well tended to, and were exceptionally playful with our young daughter. My husband and I were just going to drive through Santa Fe on our way back to Florida from California and of all places to break down between here and California couldnt have been more fortuitous. Rick in the service department took such great care of us from helping us with the towing company, who were friendly and prompt, to getting us a loaner vehicle, diagnosing the issue, ordering our part and getting it taken care as quickly as possible, and, allowing us to hang out in Santa Fe for a few days...it could have been worse, it could have been in some small town either side of Albuquerque or worse, in the middle of no where. Look up Police mistake costs man thousands from KRQE on you tube. This is the dealership that took $5300 from a guys who was had his car fixed, then told him it was stolen and the police took it. Dealership couldnt have said anything when they found out. No integrity and they will take as much money from you that they can. They do not inspect the vehicles prior to sale, and the vehicle I bought had to be returned three times to have all the issues fixed (which some of them still were not, but I gave up). I am the proud owner of a Lexus RX-450H that I purchased at Lexus of Santa Fe in 2009. I am pleased beyond expression with my Lexus. I am even more pleased with the Lexus Service Manager, Leonard Navarro. I recently complained to him that I never receive after-service surveys from Lexus so I can tell everyone how good a Service Manager he is; and how good the Service Team at Lexus Santa Fe is. So I am taking this opportunity to express my pleasure directly to DealerRater. With a little over 80,000 miles on my car, I have made many service trips to Lexus, always with a pleasant smile to start, a very accurate of cost and time estimate for the service, and punctuality (plus a freshly washed car).Most recently, I had a warning light appear to Check the Hybrid System. I called Leonard Navarro who was still working at 1830! Bring it in tomorrow AM and we will have a look. At 0700 the next morning, he rolled my car in for diagnostic and determined that it was just an erroneous Airbag error. His staff further explained to me that the Airbag system would work regardless of the error message. Since I was planning to drive to Denver the next day, I was greatly relieved. The error message has never reappeared.My thanks to Lexus of Santa Fe and Leonard. You truly deserve what the Lexus commercials say, Its the total service.

I have to say I am utterly disgusted in Lexus. We own a 17 Nx and every time my wife takes it in even for an oil change there is a supposed $400 or more thing wrong with it. Today it was taken in to have the brakes looked at and that was a $800 stop. Then they basically lie and try scare tactics on the poor people, especially women who go in for service and dont have a clue. Seriously a 17 Lexus that has already had over $2500 in extra services ! Man ill stick to my Gm products, a $45,000 SUV that needs more maintenance in 2 years than my 03 Silverado has ever had!

Typical Santa Fe dealership - waste of time to shop here. Looked at an old model, low mileage vehicle that was already priced way, way over market value assuming it was very clean. Ive bought a lot of cars, am a good mechanic and know car values. Manager made a big deal about 2500 worth of repairs that they had made. Car still had multiple issues, including issue with brakes and transmission. Reviewed the dealer repairs which were all very minor 800$ tops. Also noticed that new diff seals had been done with RTV instead of buying a $20 gasket plus leaking axles seals that were not replaced at same time. Made an offer at real value of the car of course not even a nod. Either these guys are rip off artists or really dont know the value of used cars. Feel sorry for the sucker that pays their price and trusts that these guys have gotten a car repaired to clean condition as a dealer should.

Me and my wife stopped by the dealership on Good Friday this past week. We were promptly approached by an older white gentleman with glasses and asked if he could help us. I let him know we were interested in looking at an LX, he immediately let me know they did not have any used LXs. I said that I was ok looking at a new LX and was not really interested in a used vehicle. He then said you mean a 570 correct to which I replied yes sir. He said let me check and see if I have any in stock. He then offered us a coffee or water.A few moments later he came back and said I have two in stock silver with red int and silver with black int. I asked if I could look at the silver/red and he said he would have to go get the vehicle from his lot in Albq. I told the man there is no need that we were passing through town and would stop by another time or at the Albq dealership.The next statement from him was that if we did not want to have the 3rd row seat, and some other options we could save about 15k off of a 2018 model. To which my reply was what if I am interested in some of those options. He then said well then you would be looking at a vehicle nearing 100k.Maybe 20 years of selling numerous different products and services hasnt taught me much but what is has taught me is how you should treat people. I would never suggest that someone who comes into my workplace as a potential customer does not have sufficient funds to purchase.Its not like people stop in to eye candy shop a Lexus LX? Maybe a Ferrari or Porsche? Not usually a SUV. There are numerous Escalades on the road who are in the same dollar range as an LX.I purchased my current GX model from Lexus of Albq. and drove almost 400 miles to do business with them, do to how they treated me as a customer.I will be buying a LX in the near future because they are exactly what I need and my wifes last 4 vehicles have been Lexus. Unfortunately I will be looking elsewhere after this sales professionals judgment.

One month without a response on why the car doesn’t start. Forced to buy a different car in order to not lose all the money. Purchased a 2013 Gs 350 with a extended guarantee since it was used. 200 miles later it stopped working. Took it 4 different times and Adam kept telling me it was just the battery, because I wasn’t using the car much. (Yes, really!). Had to pay for diagnostics because my “guarantee didn’t cover it.” On the 6th time they finally told me that there was something wrong but couldn’t find out. A week later, they replaced the computer and car still wasn’t working. On 4th week I Received a call from Adam saying extended guarantee wasn’t covering anything else if I want to pay for more diagnostics. (WTH????!!!!) Finally I had to say I didn’t want a defective car and to release me from the contract. Ana was really sweet and I appreciated her help. However, Anthony (GM) told me he was going to give me only 19k for a trade value on the previous car making me lose over 10k including: taxes, down payment, and part of the extended guarantee. I was forced to buy a new car because they didn’t want to take the 2013 GS350 that they had sold me 3 months before that hadn’t been used.

I am re-wording my review because I do not want anyone to get their feelings hurt nor do I want any animosity toward myself or anyone at this dealership. I went in to Lexus of Santa Fe while my husband was looking I waited and over heard a conversation that I shouldnt have heard and was very upset about the situation I encountered. I wont mention the names of the person(s) holding the conversation. I pray this dealership continues to praise the employees that work so hard to keep that place looking nice and presentable. I have had a wonderful experience with (Mark),he helped me into getting my vehicle washed by (Louis) and Detail by (Joshua) who did an amazing job!! After my detail n wash my Lexus looked brand new.!! Unfortunately I must of went at a bad time the day I overheard the conversation. I will continue to go to Lexus of Santa Fe, ONLY for the simple fact that the (guys in the back) GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT!!

From the first contact through a referral when Audrey and Barry called me after an online inquiry to the picture taking of me as I drove away in my new Lexus, there wasnt a moment of anxiety or feeling pressured. The genuine warmth and caring about your experience as a customer was palpable. My past experiences with the purchase or lease of an automobile were exhausting and bordered on harrassment. But NOT at Lexus of Santa Fe. Everyone was happy, professional, caring and courteous. My research as an academic is in the field of leadership. I studied and worked with Peter Drucker who is recognized as the father of modern management, who asked five key questions on which an organization must focus, 1. What is our mission (or what is the business we are in), 2. Who is our customer, 3. What does our customer value, 4. What are our results, and finally, as a result of deeply probing the first four questions, 5. What is our plan. I can attest to this Lexus dealership as one that would qualify as a transformational workplace/organization which understands their customers and what they value.
