Excellent experience! I was looking to downsize from a large SUV to something more practical. I drove up to Santa Fe and was greeted by their friendly staff. After a test drive, I decided to trade-in the SUV for a fun, sporty GTI. The gave me an awesome deal and within 24 hours, I was in my new ride! I would highly recommend Garcia Volkswagen. I’ve been through the car buying experience many times and this was by far the best yet. Greg and Tony are top notch!
I dont normally post reviews about car dealers. But this dealer is hands down the best Ive experienced ever, let alone Santa Fe. Every time I come in for routine service, Anthony goes above and beyond my expectations. Their service is fast, and done right the first time. Also, the place itself is pristine and they have private offices to work while waiting for your car.Every dealer should visit this place to see how its done.
This dealership is great. I went in there multiple times to find the right car. I was deciding between the new taos and the tiguan. Greg was a great help, and he happily took me on many test drives. He was very knowledgable and helpful regarding the differences in car models. Their manager, Tony, was also very kind and helped me a lot during the process. They were not pushy, but they were just very honest throughout the whole process. They offered to get me cars from Las Cruses or ABQ to make sure that I got the one that was best for me. I ended up purchasing a car from them, while trading my old one in, and it was overall a very great deal! I would really recommend buying from this dealership!
Purchased a new 2021 VW ID 4. They gave me a fair price for my trade and I love the new car. VW also offers 3 years of free charging on the Electrify America charger network. Happy with my purchase.
My initial contact was ok, I purchased a service contract, road hazard and tire warranty for $4,500, and was told I could cancel at anytime. I decided to cancel 16 months later, filled out the necessary paperwork. That was Nov 2020. I was told I’d see a refund check with in 8-10 weeks. It’s now been almost 5 months. My phone calls don’t get returned. I’m so frustrated and angry at this point, I would highly recommend driving to Albuquerque for any new or used vehicle. Yuck, yuck, yuck.
If you can get an appointment the experience is great! They dont often answer the phone so to make an appointment you need to schedule in person or online.
This dealership is literally the worst Volkswagen place to receive car service for vehicles. Had an appointment at 8am, dropped the car before the appointment left the keys in the drop off with all info required. Called around noon 4 hours after dropped off and still hasn’t been in for its service. Anthony from service department is a Joke. Saying he checked the box this morning and had nothing but saw my paper work and didn’t think to call. Worst customer service....
Friendly, prompt service.
Lupe in the service department very helpful.
I never leave reviews, but my experience with everyone at Garcia VW was so amazing. They were so helpful and did an amazing job on a recall and 20k service for my Jetta. I dealt with Anthony and Oscar and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. I’m from out of town, so was a little stranded. It was amazing that Oscar was able to give me a ride both ways, was really super helpful. Oh and on top of all that, gave it a nice wash to boot!
We just recently purchased a new Atlas from Josh Gallegos at Garcia Volkswagen. Josh made purchasing this vehicle easy. We were looking at several different vehicles in this class and Josh was fair and very knowledgeable with all the vehicles we were looking at. We decided to purchase the Atlas after we decided that Josh offered the best deal and went over and beyond our expectations in the customer service area. We love our new Atlas. Josh will still follow up to make sure we are happy with it.
I had a battery die on my Golf R and Waldo and the service department worked me in on short notice because I live out of town. They fixed up my vehicle and gave it a car wash. Very helpful, friendly, and tried to get me the best deal possible.
Customer service was exceptional. Josh Gallegos, Sales Manager, made this entire process so easy and painless. We’ve never had such a positive experience buying a vehicle. We highly recommend Josh and Garcia Volkswagen for all your vehicle needs! We love our Atlas. Thanks so much Josh!
Had major issues with the service department. Very little communication between themselves. Had to take my vehicle back 3 times. Over $1000 later my vehicle still isn’t fixed. My vehicle was there for almost 2 months. I approached the DM, Mr. Michael Martinez, with my concern and they way I was treated and he assured me he would get to the bottom of this. It’s going on over 4 weeks now and over 5 calls made with no response from anyone or even a call back. Guess I’ll need to contact Mr Garcia himself or maybe the BBB. Maybe that way I can be taken seriously. It’s a shame that clients get treated like this. Wouldn’t be the case if I dropped 90k on a new car right?
Anthony and the service team were great, parts ordered quickly and scheduled to our convenience.
Had my car serviced and they completed it in the Estimated time.
I just want to say that Tony Lujan the sale manager at Volkswagen did an outstanding job at getting me into the right vehicle, his dedication to customer service and his persistent at to get you the right car shows. The atmosphere at Gacia Volkswagen is welcoming with staff members such as Waldo in parts and Anthony in service that are very knowledgeable and ready to assist and help. The team and Volkswagen is unmatchable and strives to making you a part of their family. Even if you dont buy a new or certified preowned vehicle, stop by and meet the staff at Garcia Volkswagen.
I had a really great experience with the new guy Greg and the manager Josh. No pressure, comfortable atmosphere, and the process went smoothly and transparently. Got a great value on my trade. These guys work hard, and have respect and integrity. Highly recommend!
Very good experience and good PR 👍
This was an awesome and stress free experience. Working with Chris was great. He carefully walked us through the whole car buying process and gave us an excellent test drive experience. The Manager Brandon and Finance Manager Deb were also great to work with. Thank you Garcia Volkswagen for helping in my used car purchase. I am so happy!
Purchased a pre-owned vehicle, I was able to negotiate a great price, and received excellent customer service. The sales manager (Josh) was very professional and completing all the paperwork was a breeze. Very friendly and helpful staff. Ill certainly keep this dealership in mind for future business or referrals. A+
Finding and getting into a reliable used car can be extremely stressful but I couldnt be happier that I came across Garcia Volkswagen! It was a pleasant experience and Ishmael was very nice and patient with me during the entire process! The finance manager Deb was very nice as well! And I absolutely love my car! Thanks again!
Their service center had been good over the past couple of years for my regular maintenance until I had my airbag replaced as part of a recall. Unfortunately I recieved my car back with the faceplate of the steering wheel cracked and was not mentioned to me. Will not be returning due to the dishonesty of the mechanic.
Now words for the disappointment I have with this company. I have been trying for months (Since Feb) to get service on my car and no one has called me back. Called Sunday 6/21once more and no call back. March - End of May didn’t attempt because of COVID but at this point almost July, there should be actions in place to get people’s cars serviced. I planned on getting another VW but now....
Joshua Gallegos is a STAND UP car salesman. Before visiting GVW of Santa Fe, I sat down to negotiate two other cars at two other dealerships. Both of those dealerships were completely unwilling to negotiate with me. In both cases I knew the salespeople were trying to take advantage of the fact I am a single, young woman financing a car for the first time on her own. I drove an hour from Albuquerque to see a vehicle at GVW, and Joshua made it completely worthwhile. He provided me with a thorough vehicle history, and when we sat down to negotiate, he didn’t waste my time. He gave me exactly the deal I wanted when asked; no haggling involved. Andrea the finance manager was equally as helpful and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend GVW to anyone in the market.
Very helpful and polite. Not pushy at all. Thanks, and we are very interested. Will shop here again. Ishmael did a very good job. Thanks.
Great buying experience. I found a car I liked online, called to verify it was there, and was able to close my purchase with an awesome price. We even had a miscommunication on an additional fee and the manager stepped in to cover 75%! More than fair in my book! Id be happy to do business here again!
Good service. They really take care of you in the service department. One of the salesmen did not recognize me when I had just bought a car from him 6 months prior. I trust them with my car for repairs.
I had a great experience with Ishmael and David. They helped me make sure I got a car I loved at a reasonable price.
So pleased to do business with Garcia this holiday season. This establishment really did their best at making sure I walked out happy! A big thanks to Brandon and the team!
One of the worst service experiences EVER. I brought my car in to have a sensor replaced and the next day my cruise control was not functioning. When I called Garcia, they offered to diagnose the problem - for another $100. I took my car to University VW in Albuquerque, and they found that Garcias tech had forgotten to reconnect my cruise after the repair. University did not charge me as they said Garcia should have known better and it was not my fault. The most insulting part of this is that I sent a certified letter to Garcia and they did not even have the courtesy to respond. This is why I will never do business with them again.
Went in to look at cars for my mother and got exceptional customer service. Brandon was honest and just wanted us to leave happy. I will be back. Great store and great company.
Everyone was really great until after the sale. They had promised to put tint on the windows for cost ($166). When I called to make the appointment with the service department they said I would have to get it done through the sales department. Left 3 messages for the sales manager & another in the service department, never returned my calls. I do not have time to deal with unprofessional businesses.
Purchased a vehicle from here and was extremely pleased! Brandon was fantastic at making us feel like valued customers! Will definitely be recommending to family and friends!
Their new manager Brandon M. really helped me get into the car I wanted. They worked tirelessly and gave me a deal I couldn’t refuse. Will continue to recommend these guys!
Replaced the headlight on my car in record time
We drove all the way down from Colorado Springs to look at a used car they had advertised. Everyone there was extremely friendly and helpful and they went above and beyond to prep the car for sale so that we paid slightly below Blue Book (without a long, drawn out haggling battle) for a used car that was frankly in near brand new condition. They were very accommodating (especially considering we drove down with a 70lb dog who they had not problem with us taking on the test drive) and wed definitely buy from them again. Thanks again Michael and Andrea.
I brought my Jetta in for a simple issue parking light and fuse issue. Now my car is much worse than when I brought it in. Radio goes on and off, my display says kilometers rather than measured by miles. I have reached out to Service several times with no response back. I have been a loyal VW customer but have doubts about their service knowledge. With no response for them on this issue.
We didnt give them a phone number but they called us the following day - they must have gotten the phone number from Motor vehicles. Not very happy about that. They will never get our business no matter what price they come up with.
Great atmosphere and workers. Best dealership experience I’ve ever had. Brandon was a pleasure to do business with!
I waited a week or so to see if there would be some sort of response or means of making this situation better after I reviewed them on Car Gurus, but nothing. So here’s my review here in hopes more people will use some caution when they purchase a car from this dealership. This was probably one of the most rushed, disorganized, and less than pleasurable carbuying experiences I’ve ever dealt with. Ichose to keep my business local and instate to purchase a certified pre-ownedvehicle, I’m thinking I should have gone toUtah and did my business there. Given that I couldn’t find a vehicle in Albuquerque that I wanted to purchase, or when the one I liked sold really quickly at another VW dealership, I stumbled onto this vehicle in Santa Fe. I inquired even when there was no pictures on the website. After I emailed the dealership, I received a whopping two pictures of the vehicle; one distant exterior and one of the stereo. After a brief description over the phone I chose to drive up to Santa Fe to take a look. The car was clean, but obviously hadn’t been through any reconditioning or detailing. Jimmy “I’m just the messenger” Nickolatos, the initial sales rep was very rushed and very quick to cut you off when you speak. Didn’t have a lot of knowledge of the model, etc. but nice enough. The sales manager David, very much the typical car sales manager but nice enough as well. Here’s where the problems I have with this deal start:1. This dealership when compared to two other VW dealerships has one of the worst detail/vehicle reconditionings I’ve ever seen. If this is being sold as a CPO vehicle, then maybe take some time to make it look as close to new as possible? Just a thought. Even a buy here pay here lot in Albuquerque takes more pride in how their vehicles are cleaned and detailed before being offered for sale. We are talking dried bugs on the grill/bumbler, leaves still under the hood, windows being left cracked open when they hose off the exterior, a tar like substance on the rockers, lower portion of the drivers side doors, which my cousin noted as well. I could go on. When these issues were pointed out I was given the answers; “no they don’t buff man,” when I pointed out the light scratches near the door handles, or “well it looks better but it looks like the bugs are under the clear bra,” after Jimmy took the car back to detail where they removed one large bug off the hood. Mind you, they had the car for over 24 hrs before I returned to make the purchase, and most of the detail work could have been taken care of in less than an hour with less than the minimal effort. 2. I knew more about the perks offered on the CPO program than the sales manager, who by the way didn’t bother to seek someone else out other than the other salesman to answer my question. I had to ask about any and all details about the CPO coverage, the Sirius XM trial, the fact that the vehicle was still under factory coverage, etc. There just seemed to be an indifference or disinterest about offering information about programs like the CPO vehicles. 3. The biggest issue I have with this purchase and things have yet to pan out to see if David did what he said he was going to do, but before the purchase was made I was informed that it was “Garcías policy” to pull my credit to verify my identity, even though I was pre-qualified through my credit union. Also, when I informed David that my financing was already secured, this is when the tone and indifference started. I expressed my concern about yet another hard pull on my credit when I know for a fact, because I’ve had it done, is there is an alternative to a hard pull in the form of a OFAC pull. Which, when pushed, David said he would do as he explained that on his screen there are multiple options; OFAC being one of them. Along with this hard pull, As I sat there waiting, I received a notification from my credit monitoring service that a hard pull had been done on my Equifax report.Never again with Garcia VW of Santa Fe.Better informed and more pride elsewhere.
Shonis the best. He understood what I was looking for and walked me through the sale. I trust him without a doubt.
They were very efficient in diagnosing my issues on volkswagen and whether or not they should be addressed in Santa Fe or after my return home. I had called and they said to come by, but I was only there 30-40 minutes and they assessed the situation which was mainly what I wanted. Nice people.
Mediocre at best.
Had fender bender in the new Tiguan, Uptown doesnt directly do Collision repair but they didnt hesitate to tow my car in take care of everything. So impressed!
Great service
When I go for scheduled maintenance the service personell are always friendly and helpful.
This review is for the service department. HORRIBLE. If you dont know about cars, these people WILL rip you off. One of the pulleys for my serpentine belt broke. They quoted me almost $800 to fix it. I ordered the pulleys and a new belt for under $80 then replaced it myself in under an hour.Need new break pads? I measured my rotors before I took the car in and they were good. The service department lied and told me they were bad. Its almost like the people who work there are from Santa Fe.
Great customer service.Minus one star because its a VW DEALERSHIP.Parts guy is great with customers.Recommended places to eat while I was in town.My part was correct and received timely.Update: called and left a message twice for assistance with radio code. Got blown off. It has been over a month took a star off. Because I left my number, name, and reason 3 times. No one got back to me.Got assistance from VW dealership in Austin, TX instead.
Mike A is a great service adviser. Explains things in a down to earth kind of way. Sale Dept could use a lot of help.
After my initial bad experience things changed drastically. I was contacted by the sales manager, Michael, later that same evening. His call came as a pleasant shock. He contacted me to make things right, which is something I appreciated tremendously. It showed me that Michael was more interested in doing the right thing rather than making money. The saleswoman, Andrea, was also very helpful. They both made made my day, week, and month. I really needed a vehicle, and that Jetta is now mine thanks to those two individuals. Im very appreciative and grateful. Funny how things can turn around for the best sometimes. Go to Garcia VW. Theyll do their best to help.
Its like this dealership doesnt want to sell cars...I called to confirm that a car was still available and let them know I would come later that afternoon since I was driving all the way from Albuquerque to come see it. Andrea let us know that would be great...We get there... The car doesnt even start. A door panel is removed but they let me know I could still buy the car.... Without test driving it.???Andrea said it was a misunderstanding. The car was available but she never said that I could drive it. ??? So we want to talk about financing with her. Oh no. She is too busy and we get no apology.Sent Michael an email about this whole situation and how disappointed we were as we drove an hour to buy a car.Well guess what. I never heard from Michael. My call just got routed again to Andrea and the salesman Edmon. They told me the car would be fixed and I would hear back. Never happened.Left a voicemail for Michael that I wanted him to call me back personally.Never ever happened. The salesmen called me again said the car wasnt ready.I felt like this whole experience with VW was THE worst car buying experience I have ever had.Andrea is awful to work with. Edmon is too new to be a decent seller.Michael the manager needs to be replaced because he obviously is not doing his job.I took my money and went to a dealership that actually communicates with me and doesnt pull this bs with clients.Stay far away. There are many VW. You dont have to give this company your money.
I have utilized Garcia VW of Santa Fe for all of my oil changes, mileage maintenance and repairs for my 2015 VW Golf. Mario T. and his team have always provided me prompt, professional, courteous service.
My wife and I have taken our 2015 VW Golf TDI to the Santa Fe service center very regularly for routine maintenance and this isnt the first time Ive gotten a bad taste in my mouth. We dropped the car with them early for an 80k maintenance due to a grinding noise when braking. They performed the maintenance and visually inspected the brakes. When my wife went in to pick it up, MARIO (“service manager”) told her that the brakes had plenty of life in them and that there may be a rock stuck in the pad. MARIO then suggested that we go to a safe parking lot, accelerate very quickly and slam on the brakes, both backward and forward. I new that this would only cause more harm than good so I decided to perform my own at home inspection as the noise was still there. As soon as I had the front passenger wheel off I could see that the inside brake pad was nonexistent. I then proceeded with my at home inspection and found that the brake pad was so worn that it was digging a >0.010” groove into the rotor (pictures attached). I would STRONGLY DISCOURAGE anyone from using the Santa Fe Volkswagen service department if you value your life. The Santa Fe VW service department could have caused an accident sending a vehicle with faulty brakes back out on the road and if that accident had a fatality it would have been shut down. Seems to me that MARIO needs to be let go.
Absolutely DO NOT bring your car here for service! They replaced a sensor in my car and deactivated my cruise control while doing so, then wanted to charge me $100 to come in and diagnose the problem. I took it to University Volkswagen in Albuquerque and they corrected Garcias mistake for free.
What a welcoming atmosphere here at this store, very knowledgeable and customer oriented.
My husband and I purchased our new Jettas a year ago. We are very happy with our cars and sales process. However am not pleased with the service department. We both work Mon - Fri past 5pm. No Saturday hours means we both have to take time off just for an oil change. Usually they are booked in advance so you cant just drop by or get in without advanced notice. Not very happy.
Sadly, my experience was not good. I found this dealership to be unprofessional and dishonest. My sales person Chris Gonzales never followed through with any of his promises he made to me after I purchased the vehicle. I have been waiting 2 weeks now for Deb Gonzales, the Finance Manager call me back regarding an issue but I have yet to hear from her or anyone else over there. I was told that she would discuss my complaints and concerns with the GM Mike Martinez...but that clearly has not happened. I even filled out a survey and was told that someone would contact me but I am still waiting. Finally I went to another VW dealership in Albuquerque and they clearly pointed out to me how corrupt and non-transparent this dealership was with some of the add-ons I purchased. Also using the lowest of my 3 FICA scores when I was told the opposite. What a shame...I trusted them with this big purchase. My biggest regret.... is that I did not read all of the reviews before purchasing from Garcia VW in Santa Fe. If you scroll down and see all of the 1 Star reviews you would go straight to ABQ.
Andrea and Jimmy are so helpful and knowledgeable of their product
I have been a customer of Garcias (and previously Premier) Service Department since I moved my VW New Beetle to Santa Fe (about 7 years). The original level of service when it was Premier VW was respectable. However, the level of service over the past three years has been horrible. It consistently takes weeks to schedule an appointment and my vehicle had to keep going back to the shop. According the the Service Dept, it was always a new problem that mysteriously seemed to appear right after they serviced the vehicle. Work was never completed on time. They would keep the vehicle anywhere from three days to over a week each time. And always the same excuses.....have to order parts, our shop is too busy performing recall work, we have warranty repairs that have to be completed first, your vehicle is too old, and on and on.Last week the air conditioning failed while my daughter was at an appointment with the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale. It was over 120 degrees while there and during the drive back. She has to return to Scottsdale next week for follow-up. I contacted the Service Department to see if they would take a quick look at the vehicle to see if the problem could be resolved before she had to leave. The next day, I stopped by the shop to talk with the shop manager in person. There was absolutely no interest in helping out with this emergency repair. The best they could do was do the diagnostic work in August because they were too busy with warranty work.During this whole process, I was also informed that VWs were designed to last ten years and I should expect all kinds of problems with an older model! Maybe they should watch a few Subaru commercials.I cannot recommend this dealership for anything. If you have a choice, stay away from these folks.
Id like to recognize Chris Gonzales for his professionalism and customer service. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Im sorry we couldnt give him our business. When I informed him that we had chosen another vehicle make. He was sincere in his congratulations. If I know of anyone looking for a VW I will most definitely tell them to see Chris at Garcia VW.
Service was great. Friendly knowledgeable staff.
I have dealt with this dealership for several years. Great people and great Service Department! However, the biggest highlight of my many experiences, was the Sales process. There’s a terrific young man named Shonisani Rapea (pronounced “Shoney” for short). He is a wonderfully direct, open, honest and very knowledgeable sales consultant who is a pleasure to deal with. Go see Shoni and tell him hello from me.
I had heard horror stories about this service center, but I decided to try them so I wouldnt have to drive from Santa Fe to Albuquerque - big mistake. The service manager, Mario Torres, was somewhat helpful at first, then turned very macho, rude, and unprofessional. I submitted my 2018 VW Tiguan with ticking noise coming from the outside of the doors and Mario ordered replacement flashing for the outer doors. When the VW regional tech manager diagnosed it as b-pillar rattle and said that the interior headliner needed to be taken out and the frame adjusted (major unrelated repairs), Mario didnt care to explain that the issue was on the exterior of the vehicle. I was shrugged off and offered no alternative. Even Santa Fe VW master tech, Lupe, agreed that the b-pillar repair would be extreme and ineffective. Mario also failed to address the oil leak that I informed him of the second day that they had the vehicle. Meanwhile, it sat on the lot for three weeks and in the end nothing was resolved. Finally I took my car to University Volkswagen in Albuquerque. They were understanding, thorough, and professional. Within a week they completely solved the ticking noise by replacing the outer flashing on the door and fixed the oil leak that Garcia VW of Santa Fe failed to repair. University Volkswagen also offered me a loaner vehicle and covered gas.UPDATE: Its been two weeks since I was told that someone from Garcia would follow up with me and Ive not received one call or email. I didnt expect any better from these guys anyway.
I was happy with the deal I received on my 2018 VW Alltrack. I was unhappy to find out later models had blind spot monitoring . Especially since the model I was purchased was the SEL that came with all the safety equipment. I told the Christopher, my sales person it was a consern . He said the Alltrack doesn’t come with it. I don’t think he was lying, just uninformed. Both Andrea and Christopher were very nice.I called GM Mr Martinez about this issue, he seemed cold and uncaring, offered to trade it in on the model I wanted, trade, not swap. This spoils my feelings about this dealership. It’s hard to rate this dealership, I say go, but be warned.I should mention when I took delivery, it was missing a windshield wiper, I didn’t notice until turned them on, scratching my window. I had to make another trip to the dealership for a windshield replacement.Recently I took the car to University VW about the windshield wipers not working properly, turns out they are set in “shipping mode”, another screwup by Garcia.
This stealerShip has minimum 2 weeks to get any appointment, has high prices for everything, poor facilities, unfriendly inattentive service -- Im constantly wondering, who would possibly wait to get their car serviced at this place.
Had a listed SUV I was interested in came out with number wanting me to pay almost what it sold new. Wont go back plus I found one elsewhere for cheaper.
Worst possible service experience, I suggest avoiding doing business with Garcia VW at all costs. They have had my wifes VW for over two weeks. Despite at LEAST six calls they never called her back. I called service on her behalf and they ignored me too. Then I called to speak to the GM and had to leave a message. Rather than calling me back himself I suddenly received a call from service who offered me excuse after excuse. Services poor communication, their changing sand conflicting excuses (which read as dishonesty to me), the weeks of trying to figure out what is happening with our car, along with the GM dismissal of my request to speak add up the WORST service Ive ever received. Not only will I never buy a car from this company I will also never allow them to service my cars again. One star is too many...
I would give Garcia VW a lower rating if I could. I was about to purchase a Certified Preowned vehicle. I pointed out a huge gouge on the side of one of the tires and they assured me their certification process was rigorous and everything would be taken care of in that process.I gathered my funds and was headed to the dealership and the wet behind the ears 19 yr old salesman texted to say that the unsafe tire was fine and they would not be replacing it.It seems that Garcia is buying up many if the dealerships between Santa Fe and Albuquerque and that is not a good thing!I will be looking for a Better Business site or perhaps the Attorney Generals Consumer Protection Division to file a complaint.Be forewarned buyers!
Updated: Garcia Volkswagen has definitely improved their services. However after trying to get my 2nd TDI EXHAUST RECALL fix im left disappointed. They want my car for 2 wks and will NOT issue me a loaner or rental. Will have to take car out of state to a real dealership that knows what their doing and how to treat customers.
Customer service is not the best. I took my business somewhere else
Anytime Ive had questions n got my car looked at. Service department staff is very helpful
Called yesterday to make sure a car was ready to be picked up. Was told by Marcus the keys would be left with the service manager and can pick the car up at 730am. Showed up today at 730 and no keys. An hour and half later Marcus shows up and found the keys after looking for them. No respect for other time!
I talked to Allan Quezada the Sales Manager and set an appointment to see a very nice 2011 Jetta Sportwagen TDi the dealership had acquired. When we arrived Allan was great. We went on a test drive after Allan showed us everything about the vehicle. It was a great no pressure experience that felt more like a visit with an old friend. The vehicle was already priced lower than many comparable vehicles on several internet car sales sites like CarGutus. Not only did the vehicle look and drive great, but Garcia Volkswagen had done the expensive ($1000) 80,000 mile service on the DSG transmission and the vehicle only had 74K miles. Allan also explained the checks they do on their used vehicles before they put them out on the lot. While we where in Allans office he made sure he printed a complete Car Check report and gave it to us. This report is very similar to the Car Fax report. I would definitely recommend visiting Garcia Volkswagen in Santa Fe.
They handled the 80K service for my GTI wonderfully, and for several hundred dollars less than I was quoted by other mechanics around town. Ask for Mario when you need you VW serviced!
Parts department was super helpful.
I don’t have my unrestricted license yet, but thanks!
Friendly folk working here
Great service!
Sales department were terrible. Havent had to use the service department but will be going to University ABQ instead.
Great help, kind .
I purchased a Jetta in August. Still waiting for the license plate...two months later. Cant get an answer out of anyone there. The manager wont call me back.
Great service
Very friendly the stuff
Little motivation
