This place has amazing customer service. I saw a car in their lot that really caught my eye and my salesman George took the car out of the showroom just so I can test drive it. Not only that but even offered to get lunch! (You know how it is buying a car with all the paperwork and everything). If that’s not outstanding customer service then I don’t know what is!!! I really wish I could remember his name but he made everything super fast with the computer stuff like the signing of final paperwork, and even Skylar with the follow up emails made this whole purchase super preferable!!-Bob!!

I just traded in my F-150 to purchase a new vehicle. Not only did they give me a great value on my trade I was very please to get 0% financing, 3 years of maintenance, as well as a 5 year bumper to bumper warranty with 10 years on the powertrain! Brought my car in for its regular service. Ovy is a fantastic service tech, lets you know what to expect, explains what they are going to do, and keeps you updated on your vehicle status. Lets you know if car needs any additional items like wiper blades and filters, explains pricing and any additional time needed. Also pricing very competitive with other service centers. The service waiting area is also nice with area to work with laptop with outlets and separate reading T.V. area.

Great dealership! I was there to get a recall done on my car. It took a couple hours, they offered us a drive into town which we didnt do since there is not much to do anyways during covid-19. We took a walk around the block instead. Got some lunch which they let us have at a table. I had some general questions about accessories that they patiently answered and actually had to research one. They also kept us updated about the progress of the recall work. And we got a free car wash!

I took my Santa Fe in for 18 month service. Had an appointment in order to wait on the car, since it is my only car. As usual, the service was efficient and completed promptly. I love my Santa Fe, and the service since purchase is icing on the cake.

I arrived at this lot after looking at Subarus all afternoon. I was tired and I still had to drive an hour and a half to get home. I told the salesman, Michael, as much. I told him I was Hyundai-curious and that I had some particular requirements for the car: I have a teen with chronic illness, so I wanted a comfortable ride with heated seats, etc but I had a budget. He didnt waste my time trying to sell me something I didnt need or over my budget. He took me right to the vehicle that ticked all the boxes (and more) I needed.I left without the car but decided I wanted to buy it. It was difficult for me to get away from home and make the drive down there to negotiate; Im a single, working mother. We negotiated by text messages.When I arrived to trade in my car and purchase my 2018 Santa Fe, Glenn, the finance guy, had all the paperwork ready because he also knew my time was at a premium.Ive purchased a lot of cars and I have to say, they were astonishingly straightforward and kind. I will go back there again *if* I ever decide to trade in this car.

You can probably find better pricing elsewhere. Small town = no competition = they have no incentive to offer reasonable, market-competitive pricing.They were asking me for $9,500 more than a dealership in CO. And they offered me $2,500 - $3,000 less for my trade-in than any other competitor.I told the sales rep the price I was receiving elsewhere. She claimed to be beating it when she sent the quote but failed to mention that it included a $10k down payment. I found that a bit misleading, since I mentioned many times that the competitors price DID NOT include a down payment. This interaction made me very cautious and skeptical of their ability to be forthcoming and transparent with me.The sales rep was also asking me to run KBB numbers on my trade-in. Ive purchased numerous cars in the past and this was the first time I had this request from the sales rep. You usually give them the VIN and they do the pricing work. I asked a buddy in the industry if this was normal and he claimed it absolutely is not. This was a request made out of pure laziness. The sales rep wanted me to do her job.I would avoid this dealership or at the very least look around and research your options thoroughly. Theres a good chance you will find better pricing and customer service elsewhere.

Top notch asked if I wanted to see the Kelly blue book m(dealerships hide it )soI would have a figure in the real world, I was then given many financing options, including going through my own bank (most dealerships wont do this)I got a price from a dealership in Denver which had been inflated by over$3000 it changed that muchfrom the price I had been quoted by the time I had driven up there.So when Mr.Ortiz and Ms. Martinez gave me a straightforward deal and didnt add to the price of the car like they wanted to in Denver they wanted to add$4000 because I was $4000 put of equity (upside down)so my $18000 car was going to be almost$22000 in Colorado.. Im so glad I bought locally, my car ended up almost$100 a month less thanks so much taking such good care of me Sincerely, Michael Berry
