Friendly helpful staff. Wife knocked over part of a display with her purse (that never happens with my wallet), staff were not upset and said it happens all the tike.

I buy my cologne and body wash here. Great selection of candles and lotions.

They accidentally over charged me for stuff I didnt buy but they fixed it & gave me my money back. Theh were fully stocked, store was clean. Workers were helpful. But The store was kinda crowded & it made me a little uncomfortable especially because there is supposed to be a capsity limit in place.

So helpful and fun in the store.

I absolutely love this place i go at least once a week and I dont ever spend less then a bill ! Its worth it and the employees are friendly helpful and awesome 👌

Excellent care on sanitizing and care for customers. Though items were on sale, still pricey.

The customer service is the best in the mall. I needed to purchase gifts for my relatives, who are all females, and they wrapped up my gifts. The buy 3 get one free is a steal. Thanks for always coming though, Bath & Body Works!
