The (very) young woman working the register when I came in early on a Thursday morning did not approve of my look. She gave me the old up and down slow look of disdain. She did greet me, but did not ask if I needed help or if I was looking for something particular. She stayed behind the cash register the entire time I was in the store. There were other customers in the store too, but she didnt try to help them either.Luckily I had done some research online and knew what product I wanted. I just had to walk down every aisle until I found it. I was too shy to ask the worker!I did find the product, All About Curls Bouncy Cream. Ive just tried it and so far my hair looks great. Hopefully the product will keep my hair looking good.

Went in there to purchase my hair dye the lady in there immediately greeted me and was extremely helpful she went above and beyond to make sure that I was a satisfied customer it was obvious that she had knowledge about the products she sold. She had her hair beautifully dyed a fun color so it was obvious she knew what she was talking about. She was very friendly and I really appreciated her help. ( Turns out that this amazing lady was the manager so Im glad to have someone like her running the place)

By FAR the most wonderful experience i have EVER had with a Sally Beauty Supply. The manager was so so kind and sociable and was patient with my anxiety and confusion over the phone and in person. I feel terrible, her name escapes me... but her amazing pink tipped hair was eye catching and super healthy and shiny so i completely trust her pointers and opinions! She was amazing! And i will most definitely be returning to this SPECIFIC Sallys!

The manager at this location is fabulous!!! She is so knowledgeable and the most friendliest person Ive ever encountered! Definitely a returning customer because of her service!!

This lady who manages or whatever she does hasnt been very helpful the couple times Ive been in. Shes always busy in the back or something and leaving all the workup to her general employees. I will not be back into this Sallys. Ill stick to the one on cerillos, at least there kind and knowledge there.

I walked into Sallys to purchase a Christmas gift. The place was packed, with only one person on staff. She (Rachel, store manager) was more than up to the task. She acknowledged and served everyone with great ease, knew the products like the back of her hand, offered important information, and made me so glad that I had chosen to take my business to Sallys instead of shopping online.

First, this is a much BETTER and friendlier location than the one off of Cerrillos. The manager was so polite and knowledgable. She took a look at my hair and recommended a color that would balance out the orange mess my hair had become. She was an absolute pleasure to talk to. She also seemed so cool with her pink hair and I would take any advice she could give any time.

Great customer service, the young lady greeted me immediately and acknowledged me and assisted with any of my questions. 01/31/21

Vacationed in Santa Fe 2 months ago. Went to Sallys for some hair products and the staff are so sweet. Made me not only feel welcome to the store but gave me some great tips of places to go. Im planning a trip back this week. I had so much fun. Location was near food and shopping. I recommend this location as well.

The Sallys on Cerrillos rd. is.....questionable. Manager there is nicely insultive. Dont know why hes there. Had to make a trip to the one at DeVargas Mall. Very helpful, friendly employees, Ill go back there. Never will I go back to the one on Cerrillos. 5 star at DeVargas, 1 star at Cerrillos.

Running out of a few things because of difficulty shipping over seas. Still I like to support them.

Highly recommend shopping here as employees have high product knowledge, are extra helpful, & friendly. Personally, they have some of THE BEST hair products that kept my hair healthy & looking beautiful

Closed early on a Sunday because they always close early on Sunday. Not cool. Online business hours state they are open until 6pm even though the mall apparently shuts down at 5. Please update your online information.
