Love Urban Outfitters, their selection is also really nice. The staff is helpful and bubbly. There was a long line, but once we got closer and chose to do the self checkout which is really an assisted checkout, a staff member walks you through the process. My only complaint is there is one line for both options, which makes it a lot longer for you to get out of the store.

This Urban Outfitters is centrally located in San Jose with great access to accessible parking. it is typically overpriced but obviously not anymore overpriced than any other Urban Outfitters for a store thats in a mall. I was impressed with the array of hair products and low to mid priced makeup they had, the standard fast fashion jewelry and accessories, some overpriced Polaroid camera garbage (extremely wasteful by the way) and appropriately trendy clothes the sales staff was quite available friendly. It was fairly horrifying to see a Grateful Dead t-shirt there but I guess money is money. I cannot imagine myself putting their dietary supplements in my body but they had a number of them available. If you seen it on Instagram, SnapChat, or a Kardashian / Jenner, its in Urban Outfitters for sure.

Shelly was an amazing associate that helped me find the vinyl I WAS DESPARATELY looking for.

Oh my gosh worst customer service every, all the workers do is just stand around, arent helpful and glare at customers. Im sorry, but what is the point of working there if that is all you do?

Amazing variety of clothes in all colors and sizes. You find all types of clothes you want, formal, winters, summer whatever you name it. Good clothes choices for men and women both. Accessories are very pretty and cute. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I liked it!

Came in here to return something I bought online. It was much hotter inside that it was outside. You could tell as soon as you take one step inside, the AC was broken, or at least I assume it was, they didn’t actually say anything. Looking back at previous reviews, it’s either been broken for a month or it’s been on/off broken for the past month. Either way it’s ridiculous with how hot it is that they expect their employees to work in that all day, let alone expect someone to be able to stand in there long enough to purchase something. After I returned my item, I thought about going upstairs but it wasn’t worth it.They should also consider the moods this puts their employees in. I don’t blame them because it was SO HOT, but the manager who helped me did not return my greeting or tell me thank you/good bye after the transaction was over. I don’t think ANY words were exchanged. The only reason the transaction happened was because I’ve returned things from online before and know the process. Honestly all I got was a blank stare.You need to fix the AC if not for your employees than please for your customers.

Awesome staff and a really nice store. Returned a gift, and received a cash refund with no hassle, even tho I had lost the receipt. Well be coming back to see what to get instead and in addition. Highly recommended! :-)

Great store! Fairly spacious, comfortable layout, has a bright, well-lit and cheerful architecture. Easy to spot and look through merchandise. Contains a large assortment of goods. Especially liked the curious. You can lose yourself in here for a bit. The staff is pretty friendly and helpful.

Weve been here many times. The food is great, and service is prompt. Would highly recommend.

I went there to pick up something I ordered online.There is a free parking building in the same block. On weekday, it was so easy for me to find the parking and took 2 minutes walk to the store.Unlike other reviews, no people were waiting in line and the service was quick.

All the sweaters are so so saw and they have a great discount bin upstairs

SUPER dirty store and not well attended. I dont think Ive ever been to such a dirty and disheveled Urban Outfitters. And fix the AC already! Ive been back several times and it seems like its always not working.

The air conditioning is broken in this location and it a so incredibly hot (even hotter in the changing rooms and upstairs) that you drip sweat and all the employees are not happy about it either and look like they are gonna pass out from heat exhaustion. Management needs to fix the AC ASAP, it was so unbearable that it really is unfair working conditions and I wont be back to this location until they fix it. I had to leave the store and would have stayed to shop longer if I could have stood to be in there longer. Ridiculous.

Expensive stuff for poor quality. Its fun to come here and look around at the funny gag gifts and knick knacks. I think Urban Outfitters and Anthropologie are owned by the same company. The sale section is upstairs and there is usually a good selection so you can score some good deals.

Once the pinnacle of hip-ness, Urban Outfitters still surprises me from time to time, but Ive found the lack of home wares dissatisfying as they used to carry a much more robust collection.

Bad customer service, I called to ask about my shipment and they answered very rudely saying they will talk to the carrier and still one day and no response. And their tracking number do not show the delivery date. No response to email.
