Everyone is so nice here! I love all the deals and products. I signed up for the Sallys card because I shop here frequently. The prices are better than other beauty stores.

Nice selection of things for black and brown people with complex hairstyles, wants and needs. Prices can sometimes be a little high but worth it. Definitely recommend!

Stopped by today, shelves are half empty, I guess due to Covid.The sales person had a mask on, but only covered her mouth, not nose. So not sure what the use.

0 stars if I could. I had a horrible experience here. The first day I came In here 2 ladies stood around talking in the back and didnt ask if I needed help, and they saw me walk in. 10 minutes later one comes over and asks if I need anything and I asked for 100% REAL HAIR (a sew in weave) she pulls it down and I paid for it. I trusted her that it was real because thats their job. I go home and realized she gave me Blended hair, meaning its real but most of it is fake. I go back the next day and as I walk in she didnt let me speak she just said right away we dont do exchanges or refunds on hair so rudely. Her name is Desiree by the way. So she gave me the customer service number and she didnt even look at me or she didnt smile say sorry or anything. She looked like she hated her job. Fast forward. I called customer service and they called the store to hear their story. This girl had the nerve to tell them I sold her fake hair because she couldnt afford it...... I was pissed. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALLY BEAUTY LOCATION. THEY HATE THEIR JOB AND ARE EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!!!! If you need real 100% hair and nice people go to STAR BEAUTY!!! 0 stars for this location and I will NOT bring my business back here nor will my girlfriends.
