I was so excited to visit PB and the service was horrible. I drove 2 hours because my teacher recommend it.The women working wasnt friendly. Yet didnt say a Word to us until I brought my things for checkout. I would understand if she was busy but she wasnt.Overall cute shop and variety of beauty products, hair and makeup.

I’ve always avoided any of makeup/Beauty shops in the mall because the workers tend to be rude for not knowing anything about makeup. But I recently decided to go into this store and I was really pleased and surprised. An associate named Jocelyn was really welcoming. I was looking for some eyelashes explained how I had no experience in lashes. I told her what I wanted though and she showed me a pair that matched with my description! She was very understanding as well! Needless to say, I’ll be coming back very soon! 10/10 recommend coming here if you’re new to makeup! 10/10 recommend going to Ms. Jocelyn !

I came in looking for a skincare routine with no previous knowledge on products. Jocelyn made my experience wonderful and recommended a bunch of items that would best suit my skin type and within my budget. She also did a great job explaining what each product did. Ive been doing the same routine daily afterwards and Im definitely happy with my purchase and the customer service. Give this girl a raise...

I love this place there products are amazing customer service is fantastic and there generous on giving you different samples to try at home . I wish they had a planet beauty closer to my home so I could shop there more often . We have ULTA near my home but customer support is poor and they always seem to be out of samples which is disappointing when your spending 100’s of $$ at a store that too cheap to let you try some of there products at home... okay back planet beauty I LOVE YOU GUYS YOU ROCK !!!!

I started seeing Sophia in December 2015. It has been 4 months and my skin has improved considerably. I didnt know much about skincare and my face was always getting irritated with all the products I had been using. She has been resetting my skin with her facials and her superb all-natural skin cream that she personally mixes up for me. Now my skin isnt so bumpy and red. It isnt perfect, but I like the direction it is heading towards.

Super bummer on their new much smaller location in the mall. The selection is even smaller than before. Their staff is always very friendly and helpful.

Amazing service and great price! They were able to get me a GHD hair straightener as a last minute gift when all other stores in the mall were out.

The employees are always helpful and friendly!

If I could give a ZERO to this store I would. My experience is on feeling to be stolen. Ive been using this shampoo, caviar oil moisture from the brand Alterna for one year. I had always bought it at Sephora until I got it from this store. Theres no comparison. The very same shampoo I buy at Sephora is creamy, foaming and feels very very soft after I rise it. The one I got at this store, Planet Beauty is not creamy at all. It leaves my hair so dry like a dish soap. The smell is very mild whereas the smell from the Sephoras leaves my whole bathroom smelling like citrus and sweet fruits for hours just for using it as a shampoo on my hair. I will never buy from this store again. The worst is that they dont give refunds. Only store credit. Which is dishonest in my opinion being that their products are very adulterated or expired

This store carries almost all shades of opi and all products of dermalogica .
