I highly recommend people not to invest a penny in this store. The staff is Highly unprofessional. Just to sell a product they will promise you big thing but when it comes to deliver they will turn back and refuse for what they have promised. I was promised for 1 hour facial each for me and my husband (which we didn’t even asked, it was suggested by half trained staff. Which later weekes manager claims the best employee of the company. probably they count best because of their lying capabilities and false promises to customers to sell the product). After 2 months of followup 10 calls, rude response, confused staff, discussion on the same thing on each call for at least 15 minutes, finally a strict steps/ talk, for a sake store manager agreed to deliver what they have promised. But on the final they keep their stand and did what they were talking for me 1 hour facial was finished in 40 minutes when i asked the beautician she replied saying that no facial is last for an hour every facial finished by 40 minutes. I simply laughed. For my husband the duration reduce little more she finished in 25-30 minutes. I knew this because i set an alarm. Please note the facial was also pathetic. I am still regretting to stop by this shop. If google had any - scores i would have given them that.Please don’t waste your time and money on such a bogus business where customers are least important.

I had a great experience at this store. Highly recommended.Oriana is a great salesperson and she just knew what I wanted. Guided me through the products very thoroughly and helped me select the best product for my skin.Great store with great employees.

I came in and Jeannette took care of my skin and recommended me cleaning products to start with and nail care. I just love itAfter that Danny the specialist did some recommendations in how to use the products and gave me information about to treat the skin without chemicals and no pain involveNot only I had fun, I have more knowledge about my own skin finally. Awful place with no customer complain policy. They took my money and say just loose it. Don’t even step into this place.

The place is super pushy which isn’t cool at all, but honestly the staff members are really nice people and my skin actually did end up looking better. I empathize with those who feel harassed and do not condone this type of behavior.

I normally wouldnt go out of my way to write reviews, but I had to for this store! I was visiting from Florida and needed something to help my dry skin due to the drastic weather change so I stumbled into the store to find something that would help. The service was fantastic and the aesthetics of the store made my visit even more worthwhile. They knew right away as to what I needed and it was reassuring to know that the staff knew the products they were trying to sell me. Whoever is from the area, I would totally recommend.

They have a very good service and the quality of products they use has to be among the best in its class. The products they use make my skin produce more collagen which makes my skin appear healthier even weeks after my session. My wrinkles has diminished and my face looks much more youthful. I will definitely come here again.

I wanted to pamper myself after I had achieved recognition for highest sales in office. So, I headed straight for Valley fair and the Infinite beauty spa. The people here are just wonderful and I asked them for their signature facial which is quite popular. I felt myself relax and soak in the nutrients as the personnel worked on my skin leaching out all the grim and more importantly my stress. I felt refreshed and rejuvenated after they were done. I love coming here. They are just awesome.

When walking past this store, one of the staff spoke to me in an Asian language, when I didn’t respond, his college made a slanted eye gesture. This spoiled my whole day.Edit, added answer to reply below:Thanks but no thanks! Looking at previous reviews on yelp, its not the first time this kind of things happened around any of your stores.Its pretty obvious that this company has been accepting these kind of behaviors for the past years and you are only interested in trying to take down negative comments, as the older guy (store manager?) certainly did not seem to care either when this happened. I would just recommend AVOIDING walking pass this store for anyone who do not want to be harassed or humiliated, especially in front of your family.

I had a wedding to attend and I wanted something that would bring out the best features without being too over the top. I came here and told the tech what I wanted. The assistant suggested that I should try their signature facial with a cleansing routine. After it was done, I was just blown away by how bright my face looked, it was glowing! I loved the way they diligently did their work on my skin. I was ecstatic, and had a really great time at the wedding.

I always felt it was natural for the skin to become jaded with age until I saw my best friend after a while. I asked her what she did and she recommended this place. I felt excited as I was going, and after the helpful lady who tended me was done, I felt it was worth the time and money. I fell as if a decade has been shaved off. I feel more energetic and confident. Will certainly be coming back again.

Simon was very helpful and showed me how to use each product. The eye serum and peeling gel are two of my favorite products as I can see a difference. The moisturizer has made my skin feel so smooth and the bath salt just exfoliates my skin and gives it a glow. Thank you Simon!!!! Can’t wait to try the face mask when I go back.

The staff here is incredibly friendly and attentive the three times Ive visited. I have never had a massage session scheduled as I dont have much free time but I have definitely tried their wide range of skin care products from Apeiro which help me to take care of my skin. I love the personalized attention they give to their customers and the quality of their service.

I have oily skin which is a problem in the sunny California weather ever since I relocated from Wisconsin. I happened to see the outlet while eating out at the valley fair. I came here the next day and I wanted my face exfoliated and a nice cleansing mask as well. I was amazed by the personal attention they gave on me. Now my face is much less oily and feels so nice. Thanks for doing just a great job!

My three kids and their activities have me running around from their soccer practice to their violin and trumpet lessons, leaving me little me time for myself. I was surprised when my husband and kids gave me a surprise by getting me a spa appointment at the Infinite beauty. I was a little reluctant to go but went there anyways. The staff was polite and helpful and asked questions about my skin, and then proceeded accordingly. When they were done, I was surprised by how good my skin looked and felt. Big thanks to the diligent staff and to my family.

I was visiting my cousin who is works in the bay area as a systems specialist. I came at valley fair to have a meal and also to do some shopping. I happened to pass by this outlet and just on a lark, entered inside. The personnel were very polite and answered my question, and after a while I decided to get a facial done. They asked me some questions about my skin before they began. I was pleasantly surprised by the work they did on my skin. Love it absolutely, it just glows.

I have very odd working hours and combine with odd eating times worked against my skin, and it gradually became more patchy and with uneven tone. I tried many creams but without success. A co-worker suggested that this place might be helpful to me as she has tried it herself. Long story short, I ended up coming here to get a complete facial massage and after the first session itself the results were visible. After three more sessions, my skin is now quite healthy with the patchy skin and uneven tone nearly all gone for good.

It is very hard working under the glare of lights when you are working in media, and harder still to maintain your skin. Luckily me and my friend found this outlet during our shopping in Valley fair. We were initially not too excited by the price so we got the skin products they were selling. The staff were quite polite and helpful and gave us good info on how to manage taking care of our skin. The results were observable in just a few weeks. Good products! We are going there to have a face massage in two weeks.

With all the stress from job as a Physicians assistant and coming home to two super active kids, I feel drained.. This is my place of zen, where I can relax and forget all my tensions. I literally feel my tensed muscles getting relaxed while the infinite beauty staff works on my face. I feel rejuvenated afterwards everytime.

I am very picky about the cosmetics I use because of a poor experience I once had from purchasing from an online site.. So, I was naturally defensive when the store rep who started talking with me when I was passing through while hanging out at the Valley fair to meet my friends. I did not buy their massage but did get an Apeiro skin products. It is good I must say. May be in future, I would try their massages as well.

I got the Apeiro Advanced Eye Serum from Infinite Beauty a couple of weeks ago to help get rid of the dark circles I have under my eyes, and Im shocked at it began working! Not only have my dark circles faded, I even noticed that the fine lines under my eyes have started disappearing, too! I cant recommend this product enough! Im definitely going to go back to Infinite Beauty and try some of their other products!
