Wonderful as always .. lots of new products. Staff was helping me out for all my need . Always love this as my wife skin is sensitive and this is the only so far suits her.

We had issues with a return and they were very patient and figured out the problem(with the system), we were able to make the full return. The staff was friendly the entire time, they helped me pick a nice foundation that really fits my skin type.

Staff is not customer service oriented.Staff has no tact at communicating with you and come off as patronizing and snobbish.You are better off purchasing Mac Cosmetics from another retailer that treat their clients cordially and friendly so sad.

Ive had my makeup done at mac a few times now and have had it done by Jessica twice (I think staff calls her jlo). She is amazing! She takes the time to ask what kind of makeup you like and listens to anything you want changed. Im very picky when it comes to makeup so these 5 stars go to Jessica!

Karla was super helpful! My cousin and I went in to look at new makeup and she helped us pick out new lipsticks! I was worried the foundation(mac) I was wearing already didn’t match my skin, but she reassured me that it DID match, which was a relief! Great customer service!!!

Employee named Jennifer did not want to help. I had to call her several times and after she gave me answer she went away. Then Jennifer and the other employee just hanging out playing their phones without taking care of customers. Definitely not going back.

Being a woman weve had our struggles. Womens rights, equal pay and the urge to be beautiful for society and as much as I thrive to love my inner beauty, I just have those days where I wake up, look in the mirror and wonder Valerie how did you wake up looking like the damn Crypt Keeper? I guess Im not the only one have you seen Amy Schumers video Girl, you dont need makeup? Well if you havent look it up! That video only further proves my point that sometimes you just shouldnt leave the house without a little mascara on.MAC is my go-to store for all of my face painting needs. I dont need to go in depth on how great their product is because chances are you already know. My newest obsession MAC Please me lipstick. $16 for .10oz worth it! Now service can be a hit or miss but I always found the guys to be more helpful than the ladies.Dear MAC I noticed the raunchy ad that features Miley Cyrus does this mean if I buy more of your product I can achieve the look of a tramp?!? Well I guess its better than looking like the girl from the exorcist!

Customer service should learn how to help a customer..I will never visit the store as they should learn etiquette to help out customer..Mac will loose customer..

Went in for makeup service i highly recommend sophie she took her time and makeup was great.
