The place is usually stocked and staffed pretty well, cashier counters are staffed pretty well and typically tend to be fast. Staff is usually very helpful and you can be very specific for what you want and they can guide you pretty well. The store is constantly changing depending on what time of the month it is or what season it is or what occasion is coming next. The smell in the store can easily get overwhelming and can gives you a headache so watch out for it and step out of the store before its too late.

Extra friendly associates. I was greeted as soon as I stepped into the store to pick up an online order. She directed me to the correct register. I also needed to see if they had an other product y wife couldnt find online. An associate found the product for me and as I suspected, I spent more money for my wife. Great service guys!

Oh my, havent been there in years. Wow, looks really flashy nowadays. The scent of everything seems really poor quality, I bet borderline toxic, yikes, cough, cough, eyes burning. I used to buy lots of body lotion/shower gels/hand cream etc..from there and one could tell, some quality was there, surely not anymore. I tried few of the body lotion, the lotion doesnt even penetrate the skin, which is a telltale of one products quality and ingredients (really poor in this case). I feel like their age group target must 12-16, I cant imagine grown-ups buying anything from there?

Bath & Body Works outlet is situated on the 1st Floor of Westfield mall and offers a wide range of beauty & bath products.Especially during the Holiday season, its vibe is just to go for and amazing deals on select products are mind blowing as always.

Everyone was very helpful! When I did ask for help one of the employees knew her stuff. She asked different questions about the smells I liked and offered some of her favorites!

MAJOR FLAW IN THEIR COUPONS ISSUED. IN STORE, you can use the free body care item with any purchase alongwith the $10 off $40 purchase, the coupons state you can use the two coupons together BUT ONLINE, you can use only 1 promo code??!!!!and now during the pandemic when they should be encouraging more people to use online shopping, they clearly discourage you to do so by setting different standards for in store and online (though the coupons state you can use both together in store or online).

This place is amazing. I went to buy gifts and got a great deal on the products. They had buy 2 get one free offer on mens products. Though they had limited options for men. The associate (Dont remember her name) who helped was very active she quickly helped me to buy gifts. The store was well organized.

Great fragrances. Really good Sales happen in June and November. I love to go there just to try the lotions. The hand soap is also great. The candles are fine. They all ways seem to have discounts on them because not many people buy them. Also has hand sanitizers and cute holders that you can attach on your bag.

I always had a good experience with them until today. The African American lady at the register in Valley Fair is very rude and not accommodating at all. She just tore my discount without even asking me if I wanted to use it for my spray which I was going to get, so I just didnt get any more body spray. She has an attitude problem and should find another job not having to do with retail since she lacks people skills.
