Lang Motors is a Professional shop that does excellent work. Mr. Lang is an honest and kind Man who I trust and recommend to anyone who has been cheated by other shops that just want your money. Cost of labor/repair $$$ is reasonably good and always address my concerns or recommends critical repairs that affect performance or safety issues.

We have been going to Lang Motors for years. They are consistently fair and up front with what repairs are needed and the price. They have continually done excellent work on our cars. On top of that, Mr. Lang has a great sense of humor, and he and his wife are so nice!

Its tough to trust mechanics. Most people have had bad experiences with many. I must say with Lang, I feel comfortable and I feel he is honest. I have taken 3 different cars there for the past 2-3 years 2018,2019, 2020.I will be coming back for mine and my daughters car... again. Highly recommend.

Lang Motors is a family owned business which has been in business since 1977, one of the oldest auto shop in town. Lang has been servicing my family’s car for over 20 years. He does it quickly and honestly. Lang is my go to auto repair. He works on all types of cars and makes.Lang is also a licensed technician diagnosing complex electrical issues with newer cars. Even other auto mechanics will bring their car for diagnostic.Highly recommend.

I went for an oil change at a different shop and was recommended coolant flush, power steering fluid flush, driving belt replacement, and a bunch of other service, although the Mazda schedule said I still have 10k more miles to go before these things should be looked at. I found it suspicious so I took my car to Langs for a second opinion. Lang and his associate inspected my car and confirmed my suspicion. They even showed me where everything was and explained to me why they didnt need replacement at the moment. Highly recommend for everyone in the area.

Went to Mr.Lang’s work place to get a smog. I originally failed smog at his location for a “catalytic monitor “ being not ready. After diagnosing the problem and replacing the catalytic converters with California legal catalytic converters from O’Reillys and all the O2 sensors, I was able to return to get re-tested Due to my catalytic monitoring system being in ready status. He failed me for ”tampering” on my smog test, because 2 letters of the sticker under the hood didn’t match my direct fitted catalytic converters. The thing is the sticker under the hood is coded for FEDERAL standards and CLEARLY states “not for California emissions standards or states which have adopted California like emissions standards.” The catalytic converters are listed for my vehicle type on the California governmental website with a California assigned CARB number. Thus, it’s obvious that the catalytic converter I installed exceeds that standards which that vehicle was made for. My disappointment with Mr. Lang was that he asked me if I wanted to continue with the SMOG test and I told him to proceed. As soon as another customer came to his shop Mr. Lang then idled the car for 30-45 seconds and informed me he completed my smog test which was a clear lie. I feel that he should of just informed me that I should just go to the CA smog referee instead of BSing me telling me he completed the smog test. I just wanted to know if my vehicle would of passed CA emissions to be able to state that to the CA smog referee. The fact that Mr. Lang doesn’t speak very good English doesn’t help but he had a clear lack of interest on explaining anything. He handed me paper and told me “what do you want me to do for you?”

Mr Lang has been working on my cars for over 20 years. He is experienced, honest and always takes care of the issue quickly. Plus he has a great sense of humor. His first estimate on cost is usually $1 million but the real cost is always super fair.

Mr. Lang has always given me the best service at a fair price for the last five years I have been taking my service to him. Last year he worked on my brakes and I picked my car up just before closing time on a Friday afternoon. On my way home I got nervous about how the brake pedal worked because I was driving to LA in the morning so I went back to Lang and asked him about it. At that time he was already closed for the day. He checked my brakes and then took me out on the freeway with my car to see how they were working on the road--everything ok! I felt he was genuinely concerned that I felt safe driving my car on my road trip--that meant a lot to me.

Got a smog check for my car in less than 45 minutes. They also saved me a few hours by telling me that I can get my registration sticker at the AAA office (if I am a member)... which took 15 minutes.
