Dylan was never there when we called for some reason, always unkown as to his whereabouts... We dropped our vehicle off at 8 am, attempted to call at 1pm and were told that Dylan had a lunch break until 2pm. So we waited until 2:30ish needing our vehicle for obvious reasons and it went to voice-mail. We try again later and get an answer as Dylan explains our vehicle will be ready in about 25 min. We drive there and walk in and, Dylan is no where to be found. As one of the front desk employees escorts me to Dylans desk he states, he is always up and down, we cant ever find him. I am seated and waiting. Dylan walks in and has no paperwork printed out for me (there are at least 8 copies/customers reports laying on his desk in front of me) so I have to wait while he prints papers out all while he says my car is still being washed. Mind you, this is 6 HOURS later. Also, sorry Dylan but if you cant be honest with yourself then how can anyone else trust you?? Tell me my car isnt ready because you are behind or have a family crisis. Anything but lie. Btw, We have taken our vehicle in numerous times and have had good service with honest employees for four years before this. I really hope this doesnt continue or we will find another dealership.
The salesman didnt want to make a sale. Was more interested in telling us what we couldnt do vs what we could. I would expect on a Jaguar lot there would be experienced client service experts no matter what time of day I show up but no, we had a kid in what looked like a target uniform trying to push us out the door. Shame too, we were pre-qualified and ready to go.
Shout out to Matt in the parts department. He went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with a tiny little part that had come up missing after some body work was done on my Jag and a local body shop. Really appreciate the help and service!
Cant speak highly enough of the attention to detail the parts department offered me on a small part I needed. Howard, specifically took the time to make sure what I was buying was exactly.what I needed. Then took the time to ship me the item the next day. Howards next level customer service is second to none. Want to be treated like a human. Shop here. End of story and cheers to them
